I live in S.F., without a car, so contacted multiple print centers here in the City about a small…read morecopy job, 200+ double-sided flyer on goldenrod paper. Some shops just ignored my request, and others told me my job was too small, which says to me that the job was not worth their time. I gave up and yesterday went and bought a ream of paper and have begun making copies, as needed. The reason I'm posting this review is because "Stanley P". at A.S.A.P. Printing & Promotions just contacted me with a quote. I really appreciate the fact that I was contacted, albeit too late - this time - but as a board member of an international association, should we need a more substantial printing job done, I will definitely contact A.S.A.P. Printing. For me, customer service is what it's all about.

When I arrived, instead of checking correctly, they told me the package was still on the delivery truck. That turned out not to be true (a lie); must have been the easiest way to get me out the door. Good customer service is about communication and making an effort to fix the problem. Very poor experience and a frustrating waste of my time.
