I can't say enough great things about this place! The food was incredible. We started with the dates and cauliflower. Both amazing. For the entrees, we got the salmon and the short rib. Outstanding! The waiter was also so nice and friendly. He made sure to take great care of us. Okay and let's talk about how BEAUTIFUL this place is! Great for taking pictures if that's your thing, whether of the food or yourself! All in all, worth the visit. Call ahead on weekends to see the wait time. Heather, our waitress was truly amazing. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and delivered us with excellent service. We started with the dates which Heather suggested and they surely did not disappoint. Then we got the wedge salad, chopped, and it was delicious and plenty full. Two entrées that were showstoppers were the free bird and the lump crab cake. The chicken was cooked perfectly and paired great with the risotto and crispy onions. The crabcake was full of crab and very little filler. The lemon aïoli was the perfect touch. We finished the night with the warm banana bread topped with ice cream and cinnamon toast crunch, and I'm still thinking about it this morning. Dada has an amazing vibe which is shared by all the people working there. You can sense it as you watch them all working together to cultivate an a wonderful dining experience. We were seated at a cozy table for two under the twinkling lights which are throughout the majestic oak trees. Our server was friendly and a big help answering our many questions about the menu. We shared the Local Fish Crudo and the Grilled Artichokes , both of which we really enjoyed. We were too full for dinner since we had been at another place for happy hour. Everything was so great the moment we arrived!! My husband and I haven't been this satisfied with a restaurant experience in such a long time especially here in Delray. He was able to make a last min reservation on a Friday night and we had to wait a few minutes for an outside table. The restaurant was packed out, inside and out. The weather was of course beautiful and the lights were so cute and colorful. We sat outside and had Gary as our server. He was perfect from start to finish. Didn't forget anything and had great recommendations. Excellent service, we really felt like we were taken care of in a timely manner. Ok now for the food. We ordered the Crab Cake the start- soooo good the corn was also delicious. The portion is thick and great to share. Cooked perfectly. I ordered the Salmon dinner, so good. This was my second time at Dada's and the atmosphere is very cute. They offer indoor & outdoor seating, we sat outside and service was great. Started with the grilled Brie appetizer which was served with bread, apples and grapes. Ordered one of the daily specials which was the Hanger steak with broccolini & mashed potatoes. For dessert we ordered the vanilla crème brûlée. The restaurant does have valet but I parked on the street by the tennis center for free. read more

Really cool restaurant in Delray Beach. To start with the cocktails are great, I particularly enjoyed the Dali cocktail. The vibe is fun with colored lighting projected on the trees and the sides of the house where the restaurant is based. On a nice corner adjacent to a historical cottage and an old school building, the patio is especially spacious and comfortable. The menu is very dada - it doesn't hone to specific conventions but has lots of good stuff. I opted for the crab cakes which were delicious with a spicy aioli. Our server was awesome. We've been coming here for years. Over a decade now. We really like it. When you make a reservation you usually get a good table. It's off season. It's hot. There is hardly anyone here and I am sitting here... looking at what look like "the chosen people" with their high power fans and nice lighting in the 87 degree summer heat whilst I swelter under the canopy with the other couple sets of people with children, it's like they want us to GTFO. At least provide a fan, or close the canopy'. It was ungodly. read more

From the moment I was warmly greeted by the hostess, until the moment I walked out, I felt welcome in this very cool restaurant. I requested, and received, an outdoor table, as it was beautiful weather. The fans helped mitigate any heat that may have made it uncomfortable. Our server, Nick, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We started with the Tuna Tartare to share, and it did not disappoint. For dinner, we had the "Freebird" chicken dish and the fresh caught salmon. We were not disappointed! This place is great for a date night or for a casual dinner. This place has the best atmosphere. It is just so unique inside and out. We only had drinks here but they were unique and cleverly named. I liked the last one I tried that was in a bear cup - it has a spicy kick to it. Wish I remembered the name. This place is the perfect date spot if you're looking for one in the Delray area. Dada, in Delray Beach, has an interesting dining atmosphere, which resembles a quirky cottage decorated with unique objects and set against the background of an huge old tree at the front yard. Outdoor dining is highly desirable but often comes with waiting time making some customers to settle for indoor seating that does not have outside charm. As far as the food is concerned, Dada has an impressive menu offering different types of dishes. The hamburger has succulent patties sandwiched between perfectly toasted buns while the chicken sandwich is a perfect combination of tender chicken with tasty dressings on top. The pita vegetable board on its part displays an artistically arranged vegetarian masterpiece that combines various fresh ingredients into an explosion of colors and flavors. However, one flaw in this culinary adventure lies in how quick orders are delivered, because sometimes it takes quite long for clients' food to arrive at their tables. Another note is the bathrooms, while they are small, but with unique design, I think the restrooms needs to be attended much more often... as there is only one stall for male and female, and I don't think it gets cleaned very often at least not when I went in. Nevertheless, the staff's attention and friendliness during service delivery made this a great experience. Had crab cake app. Very good. Crabby not filler. Short rib was really good. Green beans tasted like green beens. Smoked tomato jam. Score. Wife got meatloaf. Good but very smooth texture. Horseradish potatoes were really good. Put my regular mashed spuds that came with the short rib to shame. The carmel carrots were really cool. The time spent to make these is appreciated. I have to say- the quickest way to my heart is through historical treasures. And ESPECIALLY as a Floridian native, going to a restaurant that was built in 1924 touches my Floridian heart. It's a very eclectic little place full of unique art on the wall, beautiful chandeliers, and the waiting area is a cute little lounge with a fireplace. The banyan tree out front on the patio is a beautiful focal point and features a stunning view of the museum and square across the street. The service was We had Chris and even got to meet the Manager Danny. Both gents were super friendly, gave incredible recommendations, and were just attentive enough to meet our needs but also enjoy our date night. We ordered burnt ends, stuffed dates, the chicken with risotto and a burger. The burnt ends were good but not something I Would say left me craving more. But the DATES!!!! I can't wait to go back and get those again. The burger was simple but perfect and the fries were awesome. The chicken and risotto were delicious. I am a sucker for a good risotto and it hit the spot. The only thing I would warn anyone would be the noise level inside. Because it is an older home, it's more intimate which means close quarters and low ceilings. Had a great dinner here on a Sunday evening in November while in town visiting my fam. I love how they aim to sustainably and locally source. The decor and ambiance outside is eclectic and cute. Service was good, helpful and efficient. Best thing we got was the seared tuna appetizer. So fresh and tasty. My sister and I split that and the fried cauliflower which I thought was also really good and the vegan butternut squash ravioli which was good although my sis thought was under seasoned.
