Saw Nail Tech Tony for the second time. He got me from the waiting area. I sat in the chair for a pedicure and immediately noticed he hadn't cleaned his station. Previous implements were out and nail clippings were on the towel. He reached to start with the used implements. I said something and he got a sterilized pack. Then he placed the clean pack on the dirty towel with the nail clippings. Disgusting. After me prodding him, he got a clean towel. I complained to the owner. She completely agreed and said she'd have a meeting with him. Big deal. He knew better and just couldn't care less. You'll never see me in there again !!! read more

Shop is beautifully decorated with upbeat music playing. First time I came, had a good basic pedicure so I came back a week later to do my hands. Disappointed because the color I picked TWICE was not used either time. The first time the lady picked out a green color instead of pink‍. The second time, with a different person, was close enough so I didn't complain. But 2 days after getting my mani redone the color is changing. I don't understand how a nail salon in this location would not try to be better than this. You are losing customers that work and live in the area for carelessness. read more

I've been going to this place for years. I typically go there about twice a week. A friend of mine went there for years also and she recently stopped going because of some guy named Don. I go regularly to Emily for manicures and pedicures and she is amazing. I've used some of the other techs there, all were fine. Emily wasn't available today so I had a manicure with Don and he was so rude, it was absoutely disgusting. He refused to buff my nails which was very odd and at the end of the manicure, he ruined the polish on one of my nails with his finger. When I asked him to please fix it, he became extremely aggressive and volatile and refused to fix it. It was pretty frightening that someone like that is working out in the community among people. After years of going there, I will absolutely never go there again. It's a shame because Christina is so nice and I really enjoyed giving her my business. read more

The lady made my cuticles bleed on 3 different toes, left dead skin, and didn't even clean under my toenails. Not to mentions that my nails weren't filed evenly. Won't go back there again! I have been a customer since this salon opened. I have used several different technicians over the years and have always been happy there. However, Since they have changed ownership everything has gone downhill. I caught a fungus in two nails! This is something to think about when you stick your fingers in the Nextgen jar! This is where mine came from and unfortunately I may have given this to someone else. I am being treated by my dermatologist for this. I have changed salons and my new technician noticed this under two nails. I am grateful to her for telling me to see my doctor. read more

Very dirty place! Owners are rude and the place is covered in nail dust! The Nail tech I had in all 6x times I've been there brought out a new bagged orange foam buffer but never use it! They used the opened one from their containers! The nail table is dusty the nail technician did not change the towel on the table! They have asked one friends to leave the premises due to that they didn't want to wash their hands due here having a latex allergy. So, I called to ask for a 1:00 appointment and the earliest they had was 2:15, which I took. I arrived at 2:05 and checked in. They said there was a bit of a wait, but then realized I had an appointment so they just said pick a color, which I did. Five or 6 people walked in after I did, checked in and were taken care of. There must be 20-30 manicurists- it seems like a factory. I asked at 2:25 why everyone was being taken care of before me and was told they had appointments with specific manicurists and I would have to wait another 15 or more minutes. This place is a hot mess!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I didn't feel confident that I would be getting CLEAN and COURTEOUS service. So I left. The gentleman that did my pedicure cut my skin to the point it was bleeding. He put alcohol on it and began fanning it to make it stop bleeding. Further, I wanted a pink and white full set of acrylics. They sat in me in a dirty nail station. It had someone else's nail clippings and the outer shell of removed Nexgen. Next to the same dirty station was a pile of nail supplies hanging out of boxes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was concerned that the content in the boxes were going to fall on me at some point.
