I have a chance to visit Da Vien Coffee at Stanton, CA with a pickleball friend. This Da Vien location is well designed, it comes with a drive thru, outdoor seating, and plenty of indoor seating. The vibe is bright, modern and kind of high end. Service is good and friendly. I am glad I got a chance to try egg cream coffee - it's is creamy and not overpowering and taste smooth. Good coffee - imo I like it better than banana ones. My friend likes his drink too. It's a good cafe to try trendy Vietnamese coffee!

Einspanner Cream Coffee & Peach Tea
Christina P.

We were leaving Huntington Beach looking for a drive-thru coffee spot, and this popped up on Google. The vibe is trendy and modern with a fun Vietnamese-inspired coffee and tea menu. Since it was our first time, we really didn't know what to order, they had a drink called the Einspanner Cream Coffee. It's einspanner cream, cocoa powder topped over bold Vietnamese iced coffee and also had the peach tea. The coffee was perfect, strong, creamy, not overly sweet, with just the right touch of sweetness at the top. The peach tea was refreshing and came with fresh peaches inside. Service was quick too. We actually pulled up once, realized we needed a minute to decide, came back around, and our drinks still came out fast. Now that I know there's another location closer to me, I'll definitely be checking that one out too.

Banana Latte

Came here while waiting for my pizza. Tried a latte and was not disappointed. Got a banana latte and it was really good. Just the right amounts of each ingredient. Not too sweet and tased great. Will be back.

Da Vien is expanding a lot and I didn't even realize they opened a satellite spot at Stanton! This location took over an older building and has a drive through-thu window. Luckily Da Vien interior is nicely modernized , bright, clean and spacious -- so very inviting. I stopped by on a Sunday around 4 PM and it was packed with people hanging out and enjoying their drinks, which says a lot about how popular it already is. Despite the crowd, the vibe was relatively low noise level. I ordered the "popular item" marble drip latte and it was really tasty--smooth, refreshing, and still maintained a strong coffee flavor. The service was good and quick. Cool to see Da Vien growing, and this Stanton spot seems like it's already a hit.

This used to be a Lee's Sandwich so it's huge inside with a drive thru. The drive thru is poorly designed as it wraps around the building which makes it hard for parking. The spaces are on one side of the drive thru making it hard to reverse out of the spots. As you exit, you are adjacent to the drive thru line and if you got a vehicle that sticks out wide, you're stuck. I would recommend to not park in their lot and park in the outer lot to walk to the front entrance. This location doesn't serve Pandan drinks. The restroom requires a key. Next to each table and sitting area has an electrical outlet. Even the center couch has it underneath. I'm picky with my coconut blended coffee and they are still my top two places that make it to my liking. The coconut is perfectly ice blended and mixed with the coffee and topped with coconut flakes. Loved the strong creaminess and the consistent texture. Brown sugar fresh milk is the only non caffeinated drink.

It's always a plus if they have a drive thru and this location has one. Love their coffee, very consistent with the taste.

strawberry cream matcha

First time at this location! Da Vien has been opening lots of locations lately, and it was about time given how crowded even their new locations are. GETTING HERE AND PARKING: No issues with parking WHAT I ORDERED: Strawberry cream matcha THE DRINK: Honestly, the matcha was okay. They recently switched to ceremonial grade matcha, but I kinda can't tell a difference. It definitely wasn't at a level you might expect at a smaller coffee/matcha shop, but it's not bad and the ratio was pretty good. The strawberry cream, however, was fantastic! I've had other drinks in the past with other creams, and this probably is the best one along with the ube and sesame. I'd skip on the banana, which doesn't really compare to other places that do it. Overall though, I like their egg coffee the best. SERVICE: Good service, drinks come out quick. You can order at a kiosk too. VIBES: Good for working/studying. Definitely more spacious than the Garden Grove and Little Saigon locations. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: Good number of outlets * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, pretty good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, have to ask them for a key * VOLUME: Not too loud * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Went on a weekend but there were still lots of seats open * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: Pretty reliable place for drinks and getting work done.

I ordered a Marble Drip and said with Less Ice please twice out loud and they somehow still messed up my order. My cup was 2/3 filled up with ice. Never again!!

ORDERS: - NEW Strawberry Cream Oat Matcha - NEW Strawberry Cream Oat Latte - Coconut Strawberry Ube x 2 - Sea Salt Matcha Einspanner Their new drinks are good! The strawberry cream is on the thicker side that's why I gave it 4 stars.

cookie butter matcha and banana latte
emilee r.

wow was this matcha good. it opened my third eye, i felt reborn, 10/10. my stepdad got the banana latte 30% sweetness and i got the cookie butter matcha 50% sweetness. it was so freaking good. highly highly recommend. the matcha itself was strong and the cream on top was thick and sweet and the cookie crumbles were satisfyingly crunchy and delicious. i def recommend shaking well before drinking so the sweetness is evenly distributed. the interior of the store was aesthetically pleasing and i think would be a nice place to study. service was okay, i liked ordering at the kiosk but there was a bit of a wait. anyway def will come back again i rly hope they keep that cookie butter matcha on the menu!!

ube matcha, ham and cheese croissant

I've been to almost all Da Vien locations & I have to say their Stanton location is one of my faves! Very spacious & aesthetic with abundant seating and parking. My friends and I usually come here to work/study & haven't found an issue with grabbing a table on a weekday. Their drinks can be a hit or miss with the ratio of matcha/coffee base to cream top/flavor. Also more on the artificial side but the taste doesn't bother me. My go-to drinks are their banana matcha, ube matcha, and banana coffee! Their ham & cheese croissant is also a nice snack but wish they offered more food :') Honestly, a solid coffee/matcha spot that always has promos or BOGO deals if you subscribe!

DV coffee

I've had Da Vien Coffee bookmarked for such long time. I finally got to try it and it did not disappoint! I ordered the DV coffee - the drink was strong and I loved the thick, rich cream on top. Yum! This place gets busy but the drinks are made pretty quickly so you don't have to wait long. The inside is very chic and clean, and they also offer both indoor and outdoor seating, so it's easy to relax whether you're hanging out or grabbing a quick break. There's even a drive-thru available if you're on the go. Parking is convenient and the restrooms are clean, which is always a plus. Da Vien Coffee is definitely worth a visit!

And to my pleasant surprise, LJ's Lil Cafe was right down the street. Had to go with the OG Burrito! Comes with 3 eggs, tater tots, Portuguese Hawaiian sausage, bacon, mixed cheese, and the LJ's sauce. Ah it was so good! From the first bite to the last bite. Everything was cooked perfectly. Flavor in every bite. And I ended up just grabbing a drink from Home Depot. Price: $15.99 They have a couple tables and seats. But they're always taken by the time I get there. My other go to spot to eat a breakfast burrito is on my trunk. So, catch me there. Lol. Service - Really good. They did tell everyone that the burrito would take 25-30 minutes to make. WORTH THE WAIT! They also have a texting system that let's you know when your food is ready. Parking - Not too bad. It's in the parking lot of a Home Depot. So there is a lot of spots. Will I be back? Oh heck yes! My reward for playing some pickleball in the morning is definitely going to be a breakfast burrito from LJ's. Also, cause it basically cancels each other out right? Lol. See you soon LJ's.

It's actually located outside the Home Depot, between the two main entrances, so keep an eye out for the small walk-up window. Since it was our first time here, we asked what they recommended and were told to try the OG Burrito, which comes with eggs, tater tots, Portuguese/Hawaiian sausage, bacon, mixed cheese, and LJ's sauce. It sounded really good on paper. Unfortunately, once I started eating it, I found the burrito surprisingly bland considering everything that was inside. They did give us sauces on the side, but I wasn't a big fan of those either and they didn't really improve the burrito for me. I actually ended up not finishing it, which is pretty unusual for me with a breakfast burrito. The other issue was the price. At $15.99, I expected something that really stood out, especially with so many great breakfast burrito options around Southern California. Nothing was necessarily terrible, and the people working there were helpful when we asked what to order, but overall the food was just mid for me and overpriced for what I got. I left disappointed and probably wouldn't order the OG Burrito again.

The Tonkatsu was the sole dish we shared, and we both agreed it was delicious! I've had this dish at other places and more often than not, it is usually greasy since it's fried. This was not the case. I don't even think they use panko breadcrumbs. I'm guessing they use corn flakes, but it WORKS and gives the perfect crisp to the protein! The salad and rice were also a good portion to share if you're not starving. The restaurant is very casual and has a laid back vibe. The inside was full of students studying, and young families so we opted to sit outside in the fresh air. Prices are very reasonable. The establishment is accessible and the service is great!
