My husband and I have traded with CVS stores since they opened. We have had a card for all of these years which has served its purpose with points and coupons. Two days ago we went to this store and got coupons from the machine as always, putting in our phone number. I tool the time to do a large shopping. Also I had earned an additional 25% off and received a discount card by mail as we spend a great deal here. At checkout there were two supervisors, Pam and Janine. Janine left a huge safe open that all of us in line could see into and it was so huge we could fit in there too! She left it open and walked around however ignored the treatment Pam was giving me by falsely accusing me with the sales person Emily, of using someone else's coupons! I asked her if she thought we memorized a fake number, went to the maching and at check out recalled the same number she said we used off the top of our heads. She refused a $160.00 sale if coupons were used. I called Corporate today and they saw all of those coupons of course as linked to us and our card. The store manager Steve tried to call us today. I called right back and Pam told me he would not be in at all today. I told her who I was and she said she knew and good bye. Two days ago when at CVS Janine and Pam kept me in the front for an hour. I told them my husband was standing outside in 106 degree weather and we are both over 65. She did not care. As myhusband later said they could have checked the feed it they thought something was wrong. We left I called supervisor Janine and from the car and said I would be calling Corporate after the holiday. She mocked my voice on the phone and said she did not care. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Pam the other supervisor unfortunately is a tough woman who respectfully is elederly but snaps as she cannot hear and is mean about this and tells customers they need to learn to speak! I have opened a case with Corporate and the Regional Manger has been contacted by us. There are many CVS Stores, so I would avoid this one at all costs. Side note, 3 years ago a customer was drunl in the store and I used the restroom and the woman got out of control outside the door and I was locked in the bathroom. I called the police. The person that was right outside the door and could have helped was Pam. The person that passed me in the isle to avoid the police's questions why I was not assisted when I called the FRONT before calling the police and the person hung up on me was Pam. I'm writing this review on behalf of one of our patients because I was just so appalled at how they handled a certain situation. We prescribed a patient her medication and provided her with a coupon as it can be expensive. She took the coupon to this CVS on Agoura rd to pick up her script, the pharmacist read part of the coupon incorrectly and told her it doesn't apply to her she can't use it. She was too scared to walk away empty handed so she paid the $200+ that it came out to. Unreal! (For eye drops) She came into the office a little over a week later for her next appt and said "hey I just want to let you guys know these coupons don't work in California" we freaked out we give these things out all day long we've never heard this, oh my gosh all our patients are gonna be coming back with the same issue. We looked further into it and noticed the pharmacist read it wrong so I felt so bad she paid so I much I called CVS myself to help her out and see how she can apply the discount and get her money back, here's where I got to speak with I believe his name was Nick, he argued the same thing with me I explained what the verbiage actually means and he misunderstood it (it took much longer than that he argued with me for a while) I asked if I could speak with the pharmacist who helped her in the first place he said he wouldn't know who that it, I questioned that comment because don't the pharmacist sign off on all the new scripts they hand out? he then said even if that is the case that they misread it l, it's past 10 days so they can't do anything now she can call the 1800shopcvs number. Are you kidding me? So you barely can admit you guys made a mistake, and then you can't even do anything to make it right? I asked for his manager he said her name is Trish but she's unavailable and she won't be able to do anything either. I felt so bad, our patient had the best attitude saying it's ok she won't ever use them again and that she appreciated us fighting for her but I was still so upset this guy Nick needs to find a job doing something else where he's happier. He had such an attitude, we told our doctors about the situation, our office pushes patients to use the mom and pop pharmacy's from now on, we urge our patients NOT to use this cvs or cvs in general since they don't emphasize patient care. read more

If there was a way to leave no stars I would. A woman named Janine will not be decent or assist in any way. I have been there twice lately and typically several times a month as it is close by home. I will never go back. The last two times Janine who claims she is general manager, closed the window Saturday as I stood there! An elderly lady named Pam snapped at me to stay put and both left never to return. My items were out of the basket Janine said she had to make a call. I asked a worker named Emma if I should get back in line and she said she wanted to have lunch! I thought there must be an emergency. Last Saturday, Janine left the CVS safe in the front of the store facing the line us customers wait in, open for us all to glare into from the line for a good half an hour. She was perhaps having an issue as a grey haired woman Pam was shaming a woman ahead of me! Janine who is GM she said, literally stared into this safe as though she was in another world as her supervisor Pam berated an eldely lady refusing a sale as she told the lady take her coupons and go. As I left my things and went to Rite Aid, four others left with me. Each time there is a very rude and odd issue at this place. Side note it turns out Janine is not GM as Emily told me on the side. Also I tried to call Steve the manager today and the woman Pam hung up on me when I kindly told her what it was regarding. She claimed Steve did not come in at all. Untrue. Save yourslef the grief and go to one of the many other great places we have to shop. Target is 5 minutes away. read more

This place was amazing to work with. First off my doctor suddenly stopped taking my insurance so I wasn't able to get a certain medication anymore and its a really important one also.I was told that I had to schedule an appt which was like 3 weeks out and I needed the medication that day. I went to minclinic and showed proof that I was on this medication and the doctor was super willing to help and it made me feel safe and comfortable. They are good workers here and speedy which is a plus also. read more

Depends on coverage because of COVID/-19 and/or political wokeness as well. At same time also includes now back to face mask wearing by some of them. By the this also includes lightning with back part where their bathrooms are located as well. In which they still got signs up regarding what one is for employee/customer. Long lines everytime I am in there. They always have this agressive guy in a white suit pan handling at the door. Says it is for homeless children, but when asked for identification of the charity he gets very angry and aggresive. Later the CVS manager came out and had a smoke with the guy. Jasmine and Zareh were fabulous. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Ten minutes from the time I dropped off the paperwork from my doctors office to the time my medicine was ready. Outstanding customer service by jasmine and zareh. Wish I could give zero stars. How is it that every CVS Pharmacy has terrible reviews but they stay in business? This place is the absolute worst. There is no humanity or consideration with the employees here. They are souless empty robots. Can't wait for CVS to go out of business. read more

Cranky cashier charged us double what the shelf price was. Spoke to the regional director, and the cashier was fired.

Long time to wait, big problem, other wise the people are nice.
