When I was here today, I used a self checkout station as the line for the cashier was super long. First off, two of the other machines were not even working. However, the machine I used was totally fine until I paid. My receipt would not print properly; only half of it printed. The machine automatically set up an alert for staff to help me. When a staff member did come to help me, she gave me attitude and explained that I should not have pulled at the receipt; she didn't even bother to allow me the chance to explain that the receipt wasn't printing properly. This will definitely be the last time I am coming to this CVS.

Two days later I walk in ready for my photo only to be told they discontinued the service 4 months ago. Very rudely I might add. Like I was totally out of line for suggesting they take my photo. Staff member quickly greeted me and I was in and out with my photos within literally a minute or two. Even though I just popped in quickly, the store looked really clean and organized. I didn't look at the photos until I got home and one of them looks like the contrast was off but the other looked fine. So I would just recommend to look at your prints before you head out ;)

They were professional, helpful, and actually knew how to handle the vacation override process. I had already spent way too much time going back and forth between the pharmacy, my insurance company, and my doctor. Carmen Drive made the process so much easier and got my prescription taken care of. It really makes a difference when pharmacy staff know what they're doing and are willing to help instead of sending the patient in circles. When you walk here, they do not acknowledge you. They do not greet you. They are just nasty like if they'll get to you when they get to you. I do want to mention there were two tech people checking us out and they were very lovely. It was a young woman and a younger man. And they were very sweet both times. This lady shouldn't be in Customer Service and she should never work with people. I will be switching my pharmacy to the other CVS up the road by the way it is where the vitamin Shoppe is. I was sad to find out the truth for the long time I've been with Plaza Pharmacy. I was treated with respect I was made aware of any changes and my meds always came on time delivered every time I walked in into the pharmacy. I see nothing but smiles, happy and wonderful attitude from the top of the chart after going through different pharmacies Plaza Pharmacy is the one that I felt very comfortable because I was treated like a human not like a Customer I was treated like a friend.
