They were great. They cut it down while I waited. Fast forward to now--when I was being discharged I chose HH for the durable supplies. When they delivered them I told the man that the tone of the place had changed and how the service had gone down. Giving them the order was (and I told them so) a way to give them a second chance. Two days ago the hand controller for my lift chair failed. I was stuck in a lying back position. I was frightened and called them. They told me they were not the kind of business that just dropped everything to come out. They were willing to come the next day to evaluate my chairs problem. Sure enough, it was the controller and Dave, the technician, told me it would be $110 for a new one. I asked if they had a loner. No! Could they sell me a controller from a floor model? No! The prepared invoice said Service Call $25, Fuel Cost $10. The store is about 2 miles away! Needless to say I am not buying the controller from them. When you are handicapped you expect more of a caring attitude or vibe.

We sat for days thinking it was on its way when it wasn't. The last straw was a recent visit when the customer service woman with short dyed reddish purple hair and arm tattoos (nothing wrong with that, just for ID purposes since I couldn't get her name) She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional that it turned me off from ever coming back. I got a text that my RX was ready and when I came 2 days later, she said there was nothing for me. She was short and obviously irritated and said "I don't know who sent you that text but it wasn't us" I showed her the text from Burt's Moorpark and she rolled her eyes and said "well there's nothing here. It turned out to be a mixup from my doctor's office but she made me so feel embarrassed and unwelcomed that I'm never coming back. Giving 2 stars for Kimmy the pharmacist who is professional and prompt but didn't say anything when the other lady was so incredibly rude. I keep holding out hope they'll improve, but after no such luck, I'll be switching pharmacies. I hope management takes notice of these issues as I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
