They're nice, but inconvenient, and you have to keep on them. I don't know if this is all of them, but mine is strictly open 9 to 6pm on weekdays, and closed all weekends and holidays. Not even banks keep banker's hours anymore. Also they have a habit of leaving a prescription out, or not following through on a prescription every so often. read more

not very professional .My med needs are complicated and extensive and run approx q8k a month. There are specific needs that need to be met , and ater 26 years my Pharmacy is closing and I am looking for a professional/ accommodating and knowledgeable staff .After the UNPROFESSIONAL conduct I encountered on the phone, and a LACK of professionalism, by a staff member, I can't envision using this Pharmacy I would need a Pharmacy that waS like my last. and this place failed miserably. before I even had all my prescriptions transferred. I guess I will be using an Out of county, Pharmacy to fill and send my prescriptions. UCLA will now be my go to.. Smh. people today don't unfortunately don't have employment skills of professionalism and that's sad.. I'm new in town, I've had Multiple Sclerosis for about 16 years now, it's very stressful having to find a new pharmacy, grocery, Amazon deliverer, door dasher, haha! Seriously though, medications, those are extremely important as everyone knows. Especially when you have a MS, seizures, migraines, pain etc.... My Seizures are what scare me the most. If I just miss a dose, I feel very scared that I could have one. And they aren't baby ones, they are end up in the hospital ones. I was looking for a pharmacy, I saw that Seena had 5 star reviews, I read a review about how they helped someone new in town. Because I have so many medications that I have to take, even one being late can have an affect on me. I have not been able to drive in a year, due to my medical conditions, so imagine my surprise and happiness to find out that Seena delivers, too. I brought my 83 year old mother here for her Johnson and Johnson one dose COVID vaccine. She only wanted the J & J vaccine because it was one dose but it was difficult to find a place that offered it. We came from Thousand Oaks to Seena Pharmacy to get the type of vaccine my mother wanted. All of the staff was very patient and kind to my mother. One reminder... bring your Medicare Card when you come here for a vaccine because it is needed. We didnt know that it was needed so I had to call my mother's doctor to get the Medicare card because we didnt bring it with us. I was very satisfied with the service I got from this pharmacy and I would highly recommend this place to others. read more

I was looking for a place to get my Covid booster shot. I checked CVS because that's generally where my family fills their prescriptions. After 30 minutes of frustrating searches for a pharmacy location that had appointments available, the vaccine I wanted, and 5 pages of online forms - there were zero CVS locations within 10 miles that were viable. I gave up and went back to my original search and saw Seena. I called to see if I needed an appointment and if they had the vaccine I wanted and they said no appointment needed and yes they had all three of the vaccines. Great experience...10 minute wait for the vaccine and 15 minutes to ensure I had no reaction and I was out of there. The staff is great, the location easy to get to, and the hours to get your vaccine. I watched several kids being vaccinated and they had no issues. Moving my prescriptions so I can have great service instead of lousy CVS impersonal, substandard service. read more

Excellent service and excellent value on pharmaceuticals. They beat Cvs by $30, and they still even beat Costco which is supposedly the cheapest. If you pay cash out of pocket for your meds this is the place to go. We live 100 miles away now and still have my family go there to pick up the script and ship it to us cause of the excellent value. read more

I found this pharmacy four years ago when I was in the hospital with severe bronchitis. I didn't have medical insurance at the time and I was worried about how I was going to afford the medication I was being prescribed. Thankfully, I was referred to this pharmacy and haven't gone anywhere else since. They are the nicest, quickest, and most affordable pharmacy in the area. I usually get my medication the same day, or the next day at the latest.
