She comes over, logs in no problem, then calls the person in line behind me. Then she helps the guy and instead of helping me, she leaves and my lady still can't log on. I was wondering where the hidden camera was considering the total incompetence surely had to be a fake. Rite Aid Camarillo is located in the Camarillo Village Square shopping center on Los Posas Road next to Sprouts and Planet Fitness. They have been my pharmacy for over 20 years and they have been absolutely great for all my prescriptions. The pharmacists and associates have always been very friendly and helpful, particularly with explaining how to take new medications. And whenever there's a problem with a prescription it just takes minutes to get it resolved. And it's also my go-to place to get vaccinations. Unfortunately, the store part of Rite Aid is a very different story. While there been some improvements since they emerged from Chapter 11 in September 2024 they are still frequently out of stock of many items. Basically, unless I'm at a nearby store or at Rite Aid for another reason I don't shop there. However, if I do see something I want or need in stock I will buy it since their prices are normally pretty good. Finally, I have loved Thrifty ice cream since I was a little kid. I particularly love their Chocolate Malted Krunch ice cream. And while their ice cream is normally for takeout they do have two small tables if you want to eat it there. In sum, I highly recommend Rite Aid Camarillo for their pharmacy and ice cream but suggest to only shop there for other items if you're already there or nearby.

We sat for days thinking it was on its way when it wasn't. The last straw was a recent visit when the customer service woman with short dyed reddish purple hair and arm tattoos (nothing wrong with that, just for ID purposes since I couldn't get her name) She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional that it turned me off from ever coming back. I got a text that my RX was ready and when I came 2 days later, she said there was nothing for me. She was short and obviously irritated and said "I don't know who sent you that text but it wasn't us" I showed her the text from Burt's Moorpark and she rolled her eyes and said "well there's nothing here. It's a great, independent pharmacy…read morelocated in the Daily Plaza Shopping Center on Arneil Road near Citi Bank and Community Memorial Health (CMH) Urgent Care and across the street from Topper's Pizza Place. They offer quick and personalized services for your prescription needs. And unlike chain pharmacies, you don't have to fight the crowds. Also, check with your medical insurance first but for me my co-pays for my maintenance prescriptions are now about 1/5 of what they were at my last pharmacy. And one word of caution: the west parking lot along Arneil Road can fill up but there's another parking lot on the east side of the shopping center near Camarillo KinderCare. So, I highly recommend Camarillo Community Pharmacy for your prescription needs.
