Every single prescription has had an issue. They also hassle me about using GoodRX For my fourth visit: there was an issue again, and I had to go over to the consulting desk (as always) where he fixed it. However, just as he fixed it, and literally (I'm not exaggerating) all I had to do was pay, they closed for lunch, and someone came over to shut down our conversation, and told me I would have to come back later. I explained that all we had to do was pay, and this only took long because of their mistake. She rudely didn't care and just kept repeating "we are closed for lunch, you'll have to come back" like a broken record. Which, not only was this insanely bad customer service, lacking any sort of accountability for their issue, but what an infuriating way to be spoken to. The above was the last straw, and with her last "you'll have to come back later", I told her I was never coming back. But hey, on the bright side, I was out of there in under an hour!

I'm not sure where to start in sharing just how much I appreciate the owners, pharmacists, and…read moresupport staff at this Medicine Shoppe on Thompson Blvd. as I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for somewhere around 30 years now (Since well before they moved to the Thompson location). They have always treated me warmly and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure all of my prescriptions are filled and delivered professionally & timely. While there may have been a few prescriptions they were not able to fill over the years - due to strict insurance guidelines, or various costs set between them and their suppliers, for the most part they get things filled timely and they do things right. I think as humans sometimes we forget to acknowledge others when they are actually doing a great job or providing a trusted service to the community. In reading through some of the reviews on here I see that people often lash out or are quick to complain when things are not perfect- which is truly sad, because we are all human and none of us are perfect. We have all made mistakes occasionally been constrained in our abilities to do our best by the reams of red tape or bureaucracy. I can't help but wonder if some of the negative reviews are because of whatever is going on in our own lives- as we all have our stuff to deal with and it's so hard to do it or go through it -all alone. All I can offer here for the negative posters - is this: I wish you each well going forward through the many challenges of your lives- I do indeed understand and sympathize with the weight those individual challenges can present, and how they can hinder the pursuit or realization of any positivity or happiness. It is my hope for each of you that each day will bring you at least one thing to be happy, positive, or excited for, so that anger and negativity won't consume every thought. I know things are difficult when having to get a prescription- because dealing with Medical stuff always sucks! But please remember humanity depends on each of us to be kind to one another and sometimes circumstances are just beyond anyone's control. She went to the back office & continued to rant about it where she could clearly be heard in the front lobby area. Another woman attempted to help but our business was obviously not wanted. We immediately switched the prescriptions to Vons pharmacy who was happy to help & use the good RX card as well. We just couldn't believe how poor the customer service was at this pharmacy. Definitely not ever going back or recommending them to anyone.

The store is surprisingly big and everything is organized very clearly and you know exactly where to go. One thing is this location does not have self check out kiosks like most other places so you do have to wait in line for somebody to check you out. Luckily, once they saw a line build up, they were able to get more team members to come in and open up another register. They were able to get me out a lot quicker, so thank you for the awareness that they had. Thank you so much for being so on top of things. Soaps, lotions, candles, purses/wallets and many other types of gifts, mugs, home decor etc... Walk straight back to the pharmacy and to the left there's a huge home medical equipment section. They are a compounding pharmacy too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Lori for taking the time to go over my prescription. I think she's the pharmacist... very nice and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Glad all the aisles and sections had good signage. And the self check out is very easy and quick to do however, even though with me accidentally tripping it up, the worker here was able to get me through the process very easily. I always get tripped up when it's placing your item and then bagging it for the scales. Anyway, it's always embarrassing when the team members have to come and save me. Download the app so you can get coupons and deals on things. Sometimes there's some good things on there that will save you a few dollars.
