I spoke with a pharmacist who cleared my prescription for delivery. I just had surgery and couldn't…read moredrive. My surgeon called after the cultures taken during surgery came back with a serious bacterial infection. The initial prescription made me very sick so my surgeon called in a different prescription. When delivery wasn't an option I called to find out why and answered the pharmacists questions. She added the delivery option back in and I paid for it. Why would another pharmacist stop the delivery of an antibiotic? I have receipts and emails showing it was paid for with delivery scheduled between 2-4 pm. No one notified me that a pharmacist had removed the delivery. When it wasn't delivered by 6 PM I checked the app. I found the prescription had been changed back to a pick up and it did not even show my payment. I still have the receipt and my prior payment was not canceled. If there were more questions then someone should have called me. What pharmacist would override what another pharmacist had already approved? I immediately tried to call and was placed on hold over and over for 45 minutes. I finally gave up. I will be heading into a 3rd day without a very needed prescription. I will change pharmacies after this. This is not the first time that I have been put through this by this, but it will be the last.

The store is surprisingly big and everything is organized very clearly and you know exactly where to go. One thing is this location does not have self check out kiosks like most other places so you do have to wait in line for somebody to check you out. Luckily, once they saw a line build up, they were able to get more team members to come in and open up another register. They were able to get me out a lot quicker, so thank you for the awareness that they had. Thank you so much for being so on top of things. They were professional, helpful, and actually knew how to handle the vacation override process. I had already spent way too much time going back and forth between the pharmacy, my insurance company, and my doctor. Carmen Drive made the process so much easier and got my prescription taken care of. It really makes a difference when pharmacy staff know what they're doing and are willing to help instead of sending the patient in circles. Glad all the aisles and sections had good signage. And the self check out is very easy and quick to do however, even though with me accidentally tripping it up, the worker here was able to get me through the process very easily. I always get tripped up when it's placing your item and then bagging it for the scales. Anyway, it's always embarrassing when the team members have to come and save me. Download the app so you can get coupons and deals on things. Sometimes there's some good things on there that will save you a few dollars.

A supervisor came over, but instead of assisting the cashier, she simply pointed in the direction of the item. When the cashier still couldn't find it, the supervisor rolled her eyes, walked away, and left the cashier without help. As a customer standing there, I found this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful. No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers. The cashier was simply trying to do her job and deserved support, not frustration. I brought the incident to the attention of the manager, hoping it would be addressed. Unfortunately, the manager did nothing, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope Walmart provides better leadership training and reminds supervisors that treating employees with respect is just as important as providing good customer service.

They had poor communication about the pharmacy hours and told me my meds would be in on a certain date. When I went there they said we don't know when we will get these meds in. I was so angry. I had waited 5 days. I called my doctor and had him pull the prescription and send it it to CVS. I went over to CVS on Ashwood. They had my meds within hours. I chatted with a customer in my line who was a big fan of CVS here on Ashwood. She went on and on about how great the pharmacist and the pharmacy department was. When my name was called, I picked up my meds without a hitch. Then the customer, who I had chatted with shouted, "Welcome to your pharmacy! We are happy to have you." A few people in line cheered for me as well as the pharmacist! My sour mood changed to fabulous!! I am so dang happy about my experience. Bravo!!!
