Today I went into this location after two months. The reason I stopped going to this location. One morning after 8 AM I was there to pick up photos. The same reason why I was there today other CVS on East 14th in San Leandro aren't taking photo orders at this time. Two months ago it was one employee there on this Tuesday morning . It was myself and a delivery driver. I went to the lottery machine and I started scanning the scratchers that were thrown away in trash can. employee older woman looked at me & had a tone I disliked. With her tone, you would think I was stealing something from the store. she was saying you can't do that scratches already been scanned which was not true but I wasn't going to correct female employee. The delivery driver looked over at me & She walked over, took the wastebasket and put it behind the counter. Employee cashier number is 158-7664/ REG#01/ STR#9876. Hopefully the CVS on East 14th will soon get their printer fixed so I could pickup future photos.

Positive - my meds were ready. Negative - bossy and rude tech. Mouthy woman - kept trying to pick trouble. That is no place for her type.

The people working here seem clueless when you ask them for help or they just don't want to help you find things ..

Nelly is amazing! Helped maximize coupons and very friendly. Went in for flu shots and ended up buying products from the store.

It's in a strip mall but with Covid, parking isn't bad at all.

The store itself was well stocked with everything from daily home essentials, party supplies, snacks, beverages, vitamins, toys, Valentine's Day items, makeup, cleaning supplies, books, pet items, and more.

I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

This Walmart on Davis St in San Leandro is a frightening SLUM. I thought I'd walked into downtown…read moreTijuana. Filthy, massive long lines, no room to push a shopping cart down any aisles, for all the indifferent employees wandering around like they were high (who can blame them, working there?), and the shelves poorly stocked. I drove a HALF HOUR to this location for a small kitchen appliance I needed to cook with since my stove is broken, and this was the closest to where I live. I tried ordering it online, the online ordering was seizing up, the item said "in stock," so I thought it would be "in stock" if I walked in and bought it in-store. NOPE. Gone from the shelf. I was not familiar with any part of San Leandro, and no one EVER answers a phone in ANY California Walmarts in Customer Service (you'd die trying, with the phone ringing for the next 50 years). So I had to drive in. The parking lot is like a convention of the most depressing and depressed-looking people on Earth and everything just looked filthy. I think the inside of County Jail is cleaner. So I drove to another Walmart a 9 minute drive away, the one on Hesperian, hoping I wouldn't be met with the same nightmare; I wasn't. The Hesperian one was clean, the lines moved fast, and the shelves were well stocked. In this one on Davis, the impression is just chaos and anarchy in the entire store. The Hesperian one is still a Walmart (and God help anyone for braving any of them), but at least THERE (NOT HERE!) I was able to get what I came in for, and leave, within a short time.

Nico in the photo department deserves a special mention too. I do a lot of photo printing at this store, and Nico always remembers my name and is friendly and super efficient.

Thank god I don't have regular medical issues to need to shop at a pharmacy regularly. I came in…read morehere to find a specific OTC nasal spray after my husband's surgery, after checking both of the nearby grocery stores with no luck (partly because Safeway now has their entire pharmacy section behind glass). About 50% of the aisles here are behind glass, and it's absolute chaos. The same exact medicine in the same exact box will be both behind glass and not behind glass in different sections of the same aisle. Different formulations of the same thing, different sizes, name brand or generic, there's no logic whatsoever as to what's behind glass and what isn't, or even what section of the aisle something is in. I found the same medicine on opposite ends of the same aisle, both behind glass and not in both sections. So you're left trying to compare the ones you can get without calling over the *one employee in the store* to open it for you. You're scrounging the entire aisle, looking at the fine print on every product to see if it's just another brand's equivalent name for what you're looking for, comparing prices and added ingredients on everything. Trying to decide whether the one you can just pick up off the shelf is the one you want or whether it's worth calling over the employee to open the shelf for you so that you can even look at the other options. And then I got a headache and just bought the cheapest one I could pick up off the shelf. Good thing I already have headache medicine at home, not sure I'd survive trying to find it here. I'm never coming back.
