It's unsettling, especially when I'm alone. For a neighborhood pharmacy, that's completely unacceptable. The store is also poorly stocked. They're constantly out of basic items, and the selection is way worse than other Rite Aid locations. Even the ice cream--something Rite Aid used to be known for--is a letdown. The brand they carry now is grainy, has a weird texture, and literally feels like sand in your mouth. It's gross. This place needs a complete overhaul--better staff, better safety, and better products. Until then, I'll be going anywhere else.

I go there often with a disabled client that has a hard time standing in line. He has never ever acknowledged that. It happens every time. I can only say my goodness. Tons of empty shelves and despite reading that the medication I was trying to get is at Rite Aid, it wasn't here at this location. I don't know if they're doing renovations, simply understaffed and not getting orders in, or if they're closing down, but you can hardly find assistance or the items you're searching for. Another woman was trying to get her elderly mother some Metamucil, and I suggested an aisle I had walked down previously, but she couldn't find it anywhere there either. Good luck to Rite Aid.
