I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

The only other pharmacy in the vicinity I can think of is Walmart, and I generally avoid going to Walmart if possible. It's way more messier at Walmart than at Rite Aid, among a handful of other reasons. Two other highlights that I enjoy are 1) the ice cream parlor section, where you can get ice cream on a cone to go, (although you can also definitely buy them by the tubs from the freezer, they run about $3.50 each), 2) the Amazon lockers! (Located near the pharmacy, towards the back.) I would order merchandise from Amazon from time to time, and I know better to have them delivered to my door. The theft rate of boxes left near front doors is insanely high as of late. People with no morals are just running rampant. Shipping your packages to these lockers, however, offers strong security. And just like picking up my rx, getting my parcels here at Rite Aid is so easy--love it. Downsides though? Efficiency--it's mostly lacking. No matter if you go to the pharmacy, or the front store, do not expect fast service. They are... all right. Passable. If you're in a hurry, chances are, you won't get out on time. There's usually a line built up, and they are pretty much understaffed all the time, so there is no measure on how to counteract the long queue. You just gotta... wait it out. The last time I tried to purchase a few containers of ice cream, I stood there for a full 10 minutes, because there is only one cashier working. (He's already working really hard--not his fault, per se.) And I only had 1 or 2 customers ahead of me! ...It didn't help they each purchased about 10-20 items. Holiday shopping, I suppose. And the parking lot. The horrible parking lot. The customers that come to this plaza/strip mall tend to be... let's just say... they be crazy drivers. Many of them will not obey the stop signs, some will speed down the road, or sometimes you'll get honked for absolutely nothing. It's irritating. These things happen often when the place gets crowded, so be forewarned. You have to be alert, both as a pedestrian and a (defensive) driver. Tip: Go early or go late when it's less busy; then it's not too bad. Weighing the pros against the cons, an appropriate 3-star rating, yes? Yeah, I do have to make sure I have plenty of time cushion whenever I choose to visit this location, but it's a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things, and I would likely keeping using Rite Aid to my advantage.

While waiting she was loudly rude to the person in front of me, and I received similar treatment. When I got home my wife and daughter knew exactly who I was talking about. I simply wanted clarification on whether it was likely to be ready within the next few days or if I needed to contact my prescriber. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with the bad bleach job I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my question, which made it very difficult to even get a simple answer. I wasn't upset about having to wait, I just wanted to understand the status of my prescription and what I needed to do next. As someone who use to work at a CVS pharmacy, I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful. However, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Going forward I will have any future prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Below I have also attached a hair mask that I'm sure this employee would benefit from greatly.

I am a fan of Walmart…read more I am but almost anything I can imagine at this store, prices are ALWAYS very affordable, the selection of items I need and don't need is HUGE and the employees are always friendly, and helpful I love the scan and go feature as part of the Walmart+ membership. I simply scan my merchandise as I shop and when I am ready to check out, I scan my barcode at a specially designated check out counter/register and the balance due is deducted from my debit or credit card. No waiting in lines. Always a good experience when shopping at Walmart stores and/or online.

I've only really gone here for their pharmacy to pick up antibiotics due to a really bad and really mucus-y infection or to get my COVID/flu and cold shot in the past. There's almost always a line at the pharmacy and I also had to wait a bit for any shots. They do their best, but again, large patient population and limited staff. But at least on the pharmacy side, staff is very polite and do their best to be efficient. Never really found any sale items or weird energy drinks or sodas that caught my eyes, but unless I really need something, Walgreens isn't my place to go.

I placed an online pickup order a few days ago, and when I got home, I realized some of the items were not what I ordered. I came back the next day for an even exchange, but the customer service was very poor. The employee at the front seemed confused about my issue, so I had to explain it several times. Eventually, she asked the supervisor for help, but the supervisor immediately gave me attitude. There was also a long line, and no one tried to open another register to help customers waiting. When the manager name Crystal got involved, the attitude continued instead of trying to resolve the issue politely. It honestly felt like they did not want to help customers at all. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and the whole experience was frustrating and rude. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location.
