She answered all of my questions, made sure everything was correct, and went above and beyond to ensure my order turned out exactly how I wanted. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find, and I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. Because of the outstanding service Ginger provided, I will definitely be returning to this CVS for my future photo orders. Thank you, Ginger, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

The one on the left says "Debit/Credit Only," and the "No Cash Back" notice is posted much smaller underneath. I was in a rush and only noticed the larger "Debit/Credit Only" sign. I made my purchase specifically to get cash back, so when I realized I couldn't, I asked to return the item. When an employee came over, I explained what happened. She asked if I had the physical card (which I did), but instead of simply helping me, she read the sign out loud to me in a very rude and condescending tone, as if I didn't know how to read. Yes, it was a simple mistake on my end but there's a respectful way to speak to customers, and that wasn't it. I had planned to purchase something else to get cash back, but after that interaction, I decided to return the item and leave. I ended up going to Walgreens instead. I truly hope this isn't how all customers are treated here.

I was going to pay for my product afterwards. But since he didn't allow me to use the restroom or pay for my product I did not. He was talking so much bad stuff to me and told me, He was saying to me, you were gonna play a good one. In which I don't know what that meant because I literally was gonna purchase my tampons right after I handled my emergency. I was extremely upset and when he asked for the product, I toss them.He attempted to persecute me as I walked out. This store needs some sincere change with this man working for them. I wouldn't be surprised how many customer they will lose because of him.

I used my computer, but could track my order from my cellphone. Within two to three hours, my photo order of two collages was ready. I also received 50% off by entering the discount code listed on the banner at the top of website. The store was clean and well stocked in the pharmacy area, cosmetics, shampoo, can goods, beverages, and dairy products. I was very pleased with service and quality of my purchase. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Walgreens today, particularly…read morefrom call representative Anita and her supervisor, Call Center Specialist Melissa. I currently have COVID and am not feeling well, so I specifically ordered a COVID test for delivery because I did not want to go into a Walgreens location, expose employees or customers, or risk spreading COVID to anyone else. I was guaranteed delivery within one hour. Approximately 40 minutes after placing my order, I received a notification that there was a problem and my order had been delayed. At approximately 4:25 p.m., I called the customer service number provided in the Walgreens app for assistance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told they had no ETA, did not know what was happening with my order, and that I should call the Walgreens location myself to find out what was going on. I explained very clearly to both Anita and Melissa that I have COVID, I am sick, and the entire reason I paid for delivery was so that I would NOT have to go into the store and potentially expose other people. Neither representative seemed concerned about that or made any meaningful effort to help find a solution. There was no attempt to contact the store on my behalf, determine what happened to the delivery, provide an alternative, or even demonstrate basic empathy for the situation. What is especially troubling is that this is a pharmacy. Sick people rely on Walgreens for medications, testing supplies, and other health-related necessities. When a customer tells you they have COVID and are actively trying to avoid exposing the public, the response should not essentially be, "We don't know what's happening, call the store yourself." I even explained that without assistance, I may ultimately have to do exactly what I was trying to avoid: go to the location while sick with COVID just to get the test I was promised would be delivered. That concern did not seem to matter either. This experience was incredibly disappointing. Walgreens has publicly faced significant business and financial challenges, and experiences like this make it easier to understand why customers may choose to take their business elsewhere. A trusted pharmacy should be a place where customers, particularly sick customers, can expect compassion, accountability, and help finding a solution. Today, I received none of those things. Walgreens needs to seriously reevaluate how its call center representatives and supervisors are trained to handle situations involving sick customers and failed delivery promises. I expected much better.

Staff!! Needs to Shape Up -- Manager Saved the Day…read moreI came in for a simple oil change and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had here. I want to be clear-- I love this Walmart. The store itself is always well-stocked, and the staff throughout the rest of the location are consistently helpful and friendly. That's exactly why this stood out so much. I waited about two and a half hours for my oil change. The wait itself wasn't the issue, I understand these things take time. What I cannot excuse is the complete lack of communication from the Auto Service Center staff. No updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. A little transparency goes a long way. I eventually asked to speak with the manager Jeff . He was an absolute gentleman respectful, professional, and went above and beyond by personally working on my truck himself. That told me everything. The standard is there; the problem is the staff not meeting it. The workers in that Auto Service Center need to shape up. The manager showed exactly how it should be done. If he can lead by example like that, there's no excuse for the rest of the team to fall so short. Do better -- your customers deserve it.

I went to Rose Pharmacy yesterday to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy tech said that they could not fill the prescription, because the insurance company had rejected iit. She said that the pharmacy could not override the insurance company's rejection of the prescription. She told me that the insurance company had determined that the medication was in "conflict" with a medication I had received two weeks prior in the emergency room after falling and lacerating my scalp. I went back to the doctor's office, asking for help, and they told me that the pharmacy could not refuse to fill a valid prescription. They suggested I go to a different pharmacy, either the one that was right next door to their office or the one right around the corner. The pharmacy that was right next door filled the prescription, no problem. I do not know why the pharmacist at Rose Pharmacy decided not to fill the prescription. Perhaps he thought he knew better than my doctor what was best for me. Or perhaps the pharmacist at Rose Pharmacy thought he was a doctor. However, the insurance company did not tell Rose Pharmacy not to fill the prescription. If you need a Mounds bar or some bandaids, Rose Pharmacy is probably okay, but if you have to get a prescription filled, try Omega Pharmacy on College St or Covina Pharmacy on Badillo. CVS is better than this.
