I made my purchase specifically to get cash back, so when I realized I couldn't, I asked to return the item. When an employee came over, I explained what happened. She asked if I had the physical card (which I did), but instead of simply helping me, she read the sign out loud to me in a very rude and condescending tone, as if I didn't know how to read. Yes, it was a simple mistake on my end but there's a respectful way to speak to customers, and that wasn't it. I had planned to purchase something else to get cash back, but after that interaction, I decided to return the item and leave. I ended up going to Walgreens instead. I truly hope this isn't how all customers are treated here.

I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with the bad bleach job I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my question, which made it very difficult to even get a simple answer. I wasn't upset about having to wait, I just wanted to understand the status of my prescription and what I needed to do next. As someone who use to work at a CVS pharmacy, I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful. However, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
