Hello darkness, my old friend I've come to talk with you again... I ordered a photo magnet thru the app on the and received confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, when I arrived it looked like they lost my order. Usually, I wouldn't think too much of it but the fact that the photo is of my kids I don't want that out in the open, but it makes me wonder how many other orders are lost. I've never had this issue before I've ordered prints before in the past, but maybe I'm going to look for a different service provider moving forward. They still disposable cameras for sale; haven't seen those in a while. The manager had my order reprinted, so had to wait a bit. read more

The product selection at CVS is very good, with a wider range compared to Walgreens across the street. That said, customer service needs improvement. It's often hard to find help in the store, and when assistance is available, the experience hasn't always been very welcoming. Better staffing and responsiveness would make a big difference. read more

Came to get something that was on clearance and couldn't find it. I asked the person at the register if they could check their inventory since it said they had it in stock on the website and they were able to find it in the back! AND IT WAS THE LAST ONE! yayy! The person who rang me up was very nice, they kept apologizing as their coworker went to go look for the item for me. I was in and out pretty quickly so no complaints from me! Hi I've lived in Covina for over 30 years. And I have never have I experienced an unpleasant visit at this CVS. The employees running the registers were extremely rude and disrespectful to two Hispanic ladies trying to purchase their items. Especially two young men that were at the register, I over heard them talking down to them. There was also a Hispanic lady employee there that whispering to those two young men. Very very wrong of them. Times are difficult as it is, and now with this type of customer service ? Wow this was so embarrassing for me to witness. Worst service ever!!!!! Final straw is Linda Chow!! In my opinion she is Zero help and rude!!! She told me prescription not valid. Go to another CVS said prescription is valid, but could not fill it because out of stock on medication. Go to a third CVS and they say prescription is valid and filled it. I have to steal give this Pharmacy a one-star for the way I'm always treated at this Pharmacy! The only reason why I go back to this Pharmacy, is because of the pharmacist Angie, and the pharmacy tech Karen. Hopefully you get the rest of the pharmacy management, and the pharmacy text treat me like s***! I've done nothing wrong but defend myself when some crazy lady came in there about three years ago, and she just went off on me, and my daughter bend it for me telling that woman to not talk to her Father which is me like that! Instead of the pharmacy tech addressing the issue to the woman that started it, she looks at me and tells me to knock it off. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Army, and no American should be treated this way! Do not print pictures from this store. Very poor quality. I spent so much time picking the pictures I wanted to be printed and was so excited to check to see my picture, but only got disappointment. Every single picture has a mark on the right side. And the explanation I got was because my pictures' back ground were white, and that's why the marks are showing. If you have a photo center, at least make sure your printers are working well. It's not only the money, but the sadness when I see my pictures are ruined. read more

My husband and I are travelling out of the country this summer and I need to update my passport information. He happily greeted me and said, 'Come to my office.' I found it hilarious since his 'office' was the CoinStar dispenser where he pulled a white projector screen down from the front of it. Anyway, he was extremely friendly and asked questions about my trip without seeming nosy or creepy. The picture was ready in a few minutes and I was out of there in no time! I was just trying to reach the pharmacy line but whoever the lady was that picked up the phone, she was very rude, rushing to get off the phone, and her attitude was all over the place! The female pharmacist who was working the pick-up counter before lunch today is one of the rudest CVS employees I've ever met. I waited in line for 10 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me. When I finally get there they have this insane plastic draping taped up that looks very ghetto. The CVS in Target off Citrus has a very professional looking plexiglass barrier, vs the system at this store that looks like it was pieced together by any random pieces of plastic they could find to make a see-through haunted house. Anyhow, i digress. The real issue is the pharmacist who, after putting in my info and telling me there's nothing in the system for me just tells me to go stand in another line at the drop off counter. No explanation of why i need to go, just "go to the drop off counter" ... I then explain that I gave my new dr this pharmacy's info and I got a text saying my prescription was ready and asked so how can I find out where the filled RX was and she said "Go to the drop of counter, like I just told you." And then she said "And you're supposed to be standing behind the red line anyhow." A) The red line for social distancing was 6 feet from the counter. It's hard enough to understand people from 3 feet away when they're wearing a mask. B) I'm hard of hearing C) Customers shouldn't have to yell out personal information D) the two gentlemen who were at the counter with her before me were standing exactly where I was and she never rudely told them to stand behind the line. I've only shopped here for pharmacy services. I went in on a weekday to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy because my insurance and that pharmacy don't get along. I chose this CVS because they have a drive thru pharmacy. If you haven't tried drive thru pharmacy you're missing out. It's the fastest way to pick up prescriptions. I walked in, and was told as soon as I stepped into line I was told that they'd be right with me. A few minutes later one of the guys behind the counter asked how he could help. I explained that I was interested in transferring prescriptions and he filled out a form for me, and said they'd get right on it. He also said that they'd fill any prescriptions that were on auto-fill from the previous pharmacy. Other than that, the store is clean and the staff seemed friendly enough. read more

This particular CVS offers great customer service... Greg ( Manager ) and Oscar ( Pharmacist Intern ) are true professionals who genuinely care about their customers. Greg is always quick and easy to deal with at the cash register. He is pleasant and always makes sure you are finding exactly what you need. Oscar in the pharmacy is a true consumer advocate who is truly looking out for the best interest of each and every customer. These 2 are the heartbeat of this particular CVS and you can tell that their co workers look up to them and respect them. read more

Was extremely dissapointed with the pharmsist on duty. My nephew was staying with me over the weekend and had an infected nose. I told the pharmasist the story and his response was "how do you know it's infected?" serriously!!! Because I'm an intelegent human being that has lived in a body for 26 years and knows what infected skin looks like. I thanked him for nothing and was on my way. No help whatsoever. I have been coming to this Pharmacy for years. The pharmacy staff treat you so well almost like family. No matter what the situation they always handle it with empathy and courtesy. I would love to give specific examples about how well they treat their customers or get things done in difficult times, but my review would be more than 5 to 6 pages long due to the fact they're so great. For some reason, the place where pharmacy patrons are supposed to line up is extremely far away from any place that any normal customer would line up. Any normal customer lines up somewhere (anywhere) in front of the place they are hoping to enter or to do business with. Not here! God forbid you should go stand a few feet behind the only customer at the register, believing THAT to be the line. Because if you do, you'll be snapped at and told to, "Get in line." Umm, I though I was in line. So, you'll saunter around for a few minutes until you spy a faint red line painted on the carpet that is not even at the pharmacy. Literally. Not. At. The. Pharmacy. When I suggested to the person ringing me up that they could perhaps benefit from a sign to let people know the appropriate place to wait, I was given a spiel about the laws of the land and Sudafed. (I was buying Sudafed because I can't, you know, breathe.) I told her she was missing the point. So then she said, "So, how exactly would we make this sign? What would it say?" She NEVER heard the point. The point is that the line is confusing. It's nowhere near a natural line would form. At all. It's not even in front of the pharmacy. It's way, way off to the left. And also, since there were no customers there except for one who was being rung up at a cash register, why couldn't someone just let me stand in a reasonable place and say, "Be right with you," like a normal pharmacy jockey? And if they needed to use a different register, say, "Oh, step down here, please?" Weird. Weird pharmacy. Oh, and I got a lecture about needing to stand in the "drop off" line for Sudafed. Well, I've never been in another CVS where that was the case. And do you know why? Because I'm not dropping a prescription off. I'm bringing a card to the cash register, where someone will grab the Sudafed and ring it up after checking my ID. Not exactly a regular OTC item, but also not a prescription. And if, for some reason, the register being used for this transaction is unable to check the ID or something, just ask me to move down to the one that does. Why all this song and dance about waiting in an invisible line in Timbuktu? Why a lecture when I just mentioned a sign might be of some help to customers who can't figure out where they're supposed to stand, since no one in this CVS is allowed to plant their feet where any reasonable person would? What really bugs me is that I CANNOT be the first customer to mention the odd placement of "the line." This tech knew exactly what I was talking about and went off on some unrelated tirade. Never going here again. Hello, Walgreen's across the street! Oh, and as a bonus, I was told that she wasn't in charge of that, that she'd have to pass that on to the manager.
