I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

On average there are two friendly people there to assist with pick ups. The line can get long so be patient. Ray, the old owner/manager/pharmacist was a simple, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike this new manager who has hired pharmacist Jean Mak. Jean has the delusions of thinking it's her job to be in charge of a patient's autonomy, telling them how and what medication they can use. Even doctors (those that completed medical school) don't have this level of control. She tries to play this maternalistic role and I really hope she get fired. I will be looking to file a complaint with the California State Board of Pharmacy.

I called ahead to make sure my doctor had sent over my prescription, and she was nice enough to get everything processed quickly. I also like that they offer free delivery, which is really convenient for times when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Everything was efficient, and the staff made the experience easy.
