I simply wanted clarification on whether it was likely to be ready within the next few days or if I needed to contact my prescriber. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with the bad bleach job I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my question, which made it very difficult to even get a simple answer. I wasn't upset about having to wait, I just wanted to understand the status of my prescription and what I needed to do next. As someone who use to work at a CVS pharmacy, I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful. However, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Going forward I will have any future prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Below I have also attached a hair mask that I'm sure this employee would benefit from greatly.

BE VERY CAREFUL HAVING UPS PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THIS CVS LOCATION…read more I paid UPS an additional $7.99 to have my package delivered to this CVS because it required a signature. I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

I was going to pay for my product afterwards. But since he didn't allow me to use the restroom or pay for my product I did not. He was talking so much bad stuff to me and told me, He was saying to me, you were gonna play a good one. Unfortunately, when I arrived it looked like they lost my order. Usually, I wouldn't think too much of it but the fact that the photo is of my kids I don't want that out in the open, but it makes me wonder how many other orders are lost. I've never had this issue before I've ordered prints before in the past, but maybe I'm going to look for a different service provider moving forward. They still disposable cameras for sale; haven't seen those in a while. The manager had my order reprinted, so had to wait a bit.

This location is bigger than most of the other 986 Pharmacies I've been to, and the employee who helped me was very kind and friendly. I called ahead to make sure my doctor had sent over my prescription, and she was nice enough to get everything processed quickly. By the time I arrived, all I had to do was verify my insurance and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The whole process was fast and smooth. I also like that they offer free delivery, which is really convenient for times when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Everything was efficient, and the staff made the experience easy. They even gave me a small goodie bag with things like tissues, popcorn, and cough drops, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The pharmacy is located in a plaza with Aldi and Planet Fitness nearby, so it's a convenient location as well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back if I need prescriptions or vitamins in the future.

I made my purchase specifically to get cash back, so when I realized I couldn't, I asked to return the item. When an employee came over, I explained what happened. She asked if I had the physical card (which I did), but instead of simply helping me, she read the sign out loud to me in a very rude and condescending tone, as if I didn't know how to read. Yes, it was a simple mistake on my end but there's a respectful way to speak to customers, and that wasn't it. I had planned to purchase something else to get cash back, but after that interaction, I decided to return the item and leave. I ended up going to Walgreens instead.
