I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

You can get a wide variety of items here ranging from vitamins to milk. It's almost like a large convenience store. The pharmacy is located to the rear. On average there are two friendly people there to assist with pick ups. The line can get long so be patient. Overall this store does an excellent job of providing good customer service, average prices and the convenience of finding a wide variety of products. Parking is easy and the store is easy to navigate. I'll be back.

I placed an online pickup order a few days ago, and when I got home, I realized some of the items were not what I ordered. I came back the next day for an even exchange, but the customer service was very poor. The employee at the front seemed confused about my issue, so I had to explain it several times. Eventually, she asked the supervisor for help, but the supervisor immediately gave me attitude. There was also a long line, and no one tried to open another register to help customers waiting. When the manager name Crystal got involved, the attitude continued instead of trying to resolve the issue politely. It honestly felt like they did not want to help customers at all. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and the whole experience was frustrating and rude. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location.

We had to pay at the cashier first and then walk back to get our ice cream, no cones though, only cup. We ordered a single chocolate malted Krunch, I really wanted to like it but to be honest it was so meh. There were frost bites in some of the edges, there is a hint of peppermint in the first bite, and the whole scoop was very watery. Overall, I usually love thrifty ice cream but this is one I don't think I'll come back unless it's the closest option (which it was for us at the time).

There's a deli and hot foods section, a bakery section, there's a section for camping and fishing, an automotive section, outdoors gardening section, pharmacy, and photos for passports and developing photos. It can get super busy here, especially since they have their own gas station now and the fact that it's near a super busy intersection and near freeway exits. I usually try to park at the periphery since there's o many people. Don't get me started on the past Black Friday's that I've shopped here (only to get a touch lamp). It can get super disorganized in here, again, with a lot of people and items being picked up and placed any which way. Many Walmarts don't have the item price scanner anymore (not sure if this one does, but I couldn't easily find any and this may be a ploy to get workers to interact with people, eugh). I'm also not a fan of self check out not having Apple Pay tap to pay and instead a QR code to scan, opens your Walmart account and checks out. Might have just been my lane only, but fairly annoying. Not a fan of these upgrades and prefer how things were, but I guess that goes with the changing of times. Deals and sales can go hard here if you dig around and if you want cheap snacks, home goods, seasonal items, etc. the Walmart brand is a good go to.

This used to be my mother's pharmacy for about a year, where she gets all her prescriptions, she…read morehad switched over to Riteaid so it was more convenient for me to help her pick up her meds since they open 7 days a week and from 9am to 10am. This is a Chinese owned pharmacy just like most of the individual smaller pharmacies in the area. Staff here speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. There was never any issue here with the service, staff is helpful and quick, so even when we had to wait we never had to wait very long. They don't have full stocked shelves with the over counter items, I am imagining that is because most customers here are for prescription meds, and not to over stock items that don't sell, so the over the counter items are quit scarce , however they will be able to order it from their supplier if it's in their catalog (Cardinal) and normally it will arrive the next day. There are a several pharmacists, I personally like the younger pharmacist, just feel more comfortable with her , she is Chinese-American and she also speaks Cantonese, and very friendly and helpful. Over all I think this is a solid pharmacy for presentation meds, and they do mainly have Chinese speaking customers especially senior customers. My mother would feel more comfortable coming to this pharmacy for that reason, but since I am helping with her meds, I'd prefer the chained pharmacy such as RiteAid, CVS, or Target mainly for the convenience of the store hours , the automated phone refill system, and the full stocked over the counter shelves.

Jean has the delusions of thinking it's her job to be in charge of a patient's autonomy, telling them how and what medication they can use.
