Located off Colima Road in Hacienda Heights, Heidi's Pharmacy is a really nice option instead of going to Target or Walmart. Been coming here for quite awhile and I have no complaints. Everyone is really nice and helpful and if you don't know how to use the medication don't be afraid to ask them once, or twice or even to call them on the phone. I love it here so much and even though there are plenty of pharmacies near my home, I rather come here. You can also set up monthly refills on your medication and they will send you a text message to tell you to pick it up! It works so well that I never forget about all the different medications that I have. read more

I can't believe that I haven't written this review sooner. I LOVE HEIDI'S PHARMACY. Heidi and her staff are just the absolute best! They are that perfect mix of professional and friendly. You get the sense that they really care. They fill all of my family's prescriptions, even my furbaby. They take such good care of us. Heidi always has the answer to whatever drug question you might have plus she always has great suggestions. She even convinced me to get a flu shot this year. I never did in the past, but with the threat of Covid I didn't want to risk getting the flu during this time. I thought I should at least ask about it. I've interned at this pharmacy for 16 weeks as a pharmacy student and have worked at many pharmacies in my career as a pharmacist, and the service provided by the staff is stellar! The clinical services provided by the staff top notch, and the staff knows everyone by name. By the time the patients enters the pharmacy through doors and walks to the counter, the staff greet you with a warm hello and have pulled your medications ready to be run up. The pharmacy is located in a small plaza and there's ALWAYS parking available that's right next to the door of pharmacy and is very easy for the elderly or those with disabilities to enter and exit. This pharmacy isn't only about quickly filling your medications - its about knowledgeable pharmacists and detailed consultations. This pharmacy has awesome pharmacists who can sit down with you and talk to you about your medications in a designated office for consultations. The pharmacists can spend as much time as you want to address any questions you have about your medications! Trust me, in a world full of corporate pharmacies that are profit driven its a refreshing feeling walking into a pharmacy whose chief concern is about your health!!!! You won't walk into another pharmacy that this level of service. Let's not forget modern day features like text messaging to let you know your prescriptions are ready, a facebook to keep you updated on store events and delivery if you're unable to stop by the pharmacy for a pick up. Honestly, this is one of the best pharmacies I've worked at in my career as a pharmacist and the staff is top notch. In my experiences as an intern at this pharmacy, I think speaks volumes about the pharmacy when the customers bring gifts to the pharmacy for our excellent service. Why would customers do that? I am a new client of Heidi's pharmacy and they are pretty new to Hacienda Heights. I would have to say that they deserve 5 Stars. Why? 1) Clean and organized pharmacy 2) Friendly and professional service 3) Never a long wait 4) They go beyond services by asking if I would like them to call my doctor for my refills or offering medicine droppers/dispensers for my child instead of charging me (Supercare Pharmacy charged me). 5) Text messages to remind to me to pick up my refills 6) They make you feel comfortable to ask any questions regarding your meds or symptoms you may be feeling The only thing I wish could change is the location but I won't knock a star down because of the location. I just feel that it's too bad the plaza is pretty empty and lifeless. I guess the positive part would be...."yay, more parking for me!".
