I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

I simply wanted clarification on whether it was likely to be ready within the next few days or if I needed to contact my prescriber. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with the bad bleach job I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my question, which made it very difficult to even get a simple answer. I wasn't upset about having to wait, I just wanted to understand the status of my prescription and what I needed to do next. As someone who use to work at a CVS pharmacy, I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful. However, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. You can get a wide variety of items here ranging from vitamins to milk. It's almost like a large convenience store. The pharmacy is located to the rear. On average there are two friendly people there to assist with pick ups. The line can get long so be patient. Overall this store does an excellent job of providing good customer service, average prices and the convenience of finding a wide variety of products. This location is bigger than most of the other 986 Pharmacies I've been to, and the employee who helped me was very kind and friendly. I called ahead to make sure my doctor had sent over my prescription, and she was nice enough to get everything processed quickly. By the time I arrived, all I had to do was verify my insurance and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The whole process was fast and smooth. I also like that they offer free delivery, which is really convenient for times when I can't make it to the pharmacy. Everything was efficient, and the staff made the experience easy. They even gave me a small goodie bag with things like tissues, popcorn, and cough drops, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The pharmacy is located in a plaza with Aldi and Planet Fitness nearby, so it's a convenient location as well. Let's face it I can easily switch to a drive thru pharmacy instead of having to walk in 3-4 times a month to pick up my prescriptions because I am a disabled senior, but all these employees are so delightful & engaging they make my difficult walks worth it. And trust me at 61 I've been to a lot of multiple pharmacies in my lifetime and this one is hands down the best. I hope their boss or bosses appreciate them as much as I do. Lots of empty shelves and even the thrifty section was reduced to one station flavors. I only came for thrifty so will not be reviewing the entire store. There was only one staff working that we saw for the entire store! There were probably more but they were inside stocking and cleaning so we could only get the one staff to help. She sounded stressed out when we asked questions about the ice cream. So far, ice cream selection was very limited. We had to pay at the cashier first and then walk back to get our ice cream, no cones though, only cup. We ordered a single chocolate malted Krunch, I really wanted to like it but to be honest it was so meh. There were frost bites in some of the edges, there is a hint of peppermint in the first bite, and the whole scoop was very watery. Overall, I usually love thrifty ice cream but this is one I don't think I'll come back unless it's the closest option (which it was for us at the time).
