I have no idea how this woman is allowed to work in the front!!!!! We were here at about 3pm checking out and while she was helping a customer in front of us, he asked her for a bag and she replied "Well ten cents" so he started looking for change in his wallet. He took out a quarter and with a voice filled with attitude told the man who very clearly had trouble speaking English "How many do you want? I said ten cents" and he replied "Yes one bag" and so she proceeded to put his quarter back on the shelf and take a dime away from him. I get it, maybe it's easier to just get the dime instead of giving him change for a quarter but maybe he just didn't understand. No need to be rude! THEN - when we had room to put our stuff on the conveyor belt, I was waiting for a bar to separate our items and she literally THROWS the bar towards us on top of the conveyor belt instead of using the designated space to slide it down on. My mom and I just stared at each other in disbelief, had that just happened?? Whatever, we proceeded to put our items down and once it came time for her to scan our TV in our cart, she stood there with a scanner in hand and didn't say a word but expected us to somehow magically know we have to push our shopping cart around to her. Has this woman ever heard of speaking to customers to let them know what we need to do? Usually when we have big items in our carts the employee comes around and scans it but I guess that's too much work for her. Then, I was handing her my ID card for her to verify my age since I was purchasing alcohol and she completely ignored it so I put it away since she had already scanned the alcohol anyways. Someone tell me why this lady then pauses the whole transaction to stand there just staring at me. I'm confused now and don't say a word either since that's the attitude I'm receiving she can get it right back!! With an obvious anger in her tone, she says "ID???" so I give it to her AGAIN. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Why work in customer service if you can't provide a simple smile and a nice attitude?

Take a quick stop at the coupon machine and see what you may be eligible for. The shelves here are well stocked and items are presented well. You can get a wide variety of items here ranging from vitamins to milk. It's almost like a large convenience store. The pharmacy is located to the rear. On average there are two friendly people there to assist with pick ups. The line can get long so be patient. Overall this store does an excellent job of providing good customer service, average prices and the convenience of finding a wide variety of products. Parking is easy and the store is easy to navigate. I'll be back.

The music needs to go but I think they should also add a hold time message telling us how long a wait we're in for, then we can choose to hold or call back. This is a lousy way to do business.

An associate by the name of Arianna was passing by going into the employee only area by the meat department and stopped what she was initially doing (she didn't work in the meat dept) to help me (gladly with a smile) with going in the back to check and see if they had 3 packs/pounds of the 85% Jenny O ground turkey that I needed. Few minutes she came out with 3 packs with a smile on her face. I thanked her for providing me with excellent customer service and I feel that deserves acknowledgement on her behalf. Lots of empty shelves and even the thrifty section was reduced to one station flavors. I only came for thrifty so will not be reviewing the entire store. There was only one staff working that we saw for the entire store! There were probably more but they were inside stocking and cleaning so we could only get the one staff to help. She sounded stressed out when we asked questions about the ice cream. So far, ice cream selection was very limited. We had to pay at the cashier first and then walk back to get our ice cream, no cones though, only cup. We ordered a single chocolate malted Krunch, I really wanted to like it but to be honest it was so meh. There were frost bites in some of the edges, there is a hint of peppermint in the first bite, and the whole scoop was very watery. Overall, I usually love thrifty ice cream but this is one I don't think I'll come back unless it's the closest option (which it was for us at the time).
