It's a tiny 7-11 but the closest one to me so it's served it's purpose when it's Slurpee Day and my brother and I went here to get our ridiculous amounts of Slurpees. The parking here can get quite tight and crazy since not only is it a tiny plaza, but it's next to a super busy and large road where people are driving super fast and crazy, so keep that in mind. Especially since there's also a school nearby and it gets busy when it's time to pick up those kids too. Weirdly in the past, at least in the summer, they'd take these kids to the 7-11 as a summer break field trip so it'd randomly get crowded because of that. Unclear if they still do that, but this was back when they still sold Shonen Jump in person. So that definitely was ages ago. Hot food is kinda gross here, but everything else is what you'd expect from a 7-11. Low key ambiance, a bit grimy, but does the job. read more

I came in because I heard they started carrying matcha but this location does not. It's small but has the regular gas station types of foods. I came in the afternoon and the coffee station looked clean but the side area was sticky and not well maintained. There were a few kids there getting instant noodles. So it's nice that they have hot water available for them. One worker guy came out to look around while I was in there but did not help me and there was no one at the register so it's definitely a grab what you want and I'll ring you up when you're ready. Unfortunately there wasn't anything for me to try since I was turned off by coffee station. read more

Smaller 7-Eleven store located in West Covina. Stopped in because I was so thirsty!! Wandered around looking for something to snack on, but nothing caught my eye. They did not have any of my favorite 7-Eleven goodies in stock. To be fair, though, the store did look well stocked. Service was okay. Although, the guy was not wearing a 7-Eleven uniform. The person working here at 3:17 AM this Monday 2/19/24 morning decided they are "closed for 15 minutes" because he was mopping. On Yelp, online, and Google there is nothing saying that 7 eleven changes their store hours for mopping. There were a bunch of cops in the entrance of 7 eleven not only on one of the parking entrances but also when you walk into 7 eleven talking to some old homeless lady it seemed? However the other parking entrance was easy to go in and out of and there was a lot of parking spots to choose from. The cops didn't bother us nor say the 7 eleven was closed for that homeless lady's conversation either. So it just was a lame excuse for the 7 eleven employee to speak to us with so much hostility, to a willing to pay customer. He said "We are closed for more than 15 minutes for mopping" that was a very unprofessional excuse to close a store. There were wet floor signs, so I don't see the issue. Normally, workers would ask customers to go around and watch their step. But sure ok Mr. 3 AM employee of 7 eleven you can power trip and say you are closed on any whim and in this case mopping. Sucks. 7-11 date today and plenty of promotions everywhere for free small slurpees the whole day. They still had the promotion cups, and I had the coupon on the app, they just didn't want to honor it and posted about three signs like these in the store. So many kids going and leaving right away since the employees decided to post these signs. Not sure why this store decided not to honor the promotion for the one day this corporation decides to give back due to this celebration. Extremely disappointed. I recommend going to Taco Bell for freeze drinks instead. read more

I'm a regular for cigs and water, occasional snacks. Place is always clean and staff is quick and friendly. Parking can be tough during rush hour because of the restaurants next door. There arent many solicitors outside and its in a decent neighborhood so it's a safe plaza late night. read more

First time here.. needed a coffee and made a wrong turn.. thought i hit a Jack pot to look up and see a 7-11.. experience.. eh.. been to better 7-11s.. there were only a few hot dogs there.. all spicy.. i wanted a plain all beef.. not going to wait for one.. so got a drink and left.. The most convenient 7-Eleven to my house. Literally one stoplight down. Need to satisfy a quick craving for something I don't have at home? A candy bar? A soda? I'm there! The most exciting thing for me is the 79 cent soda refill, which used to be 99 cents! I'm trying to reduce my soda intake, but this makes it hard. I try not to buy cans or bottles for home, but when you gotta feed a craving, you gotta go. Then I'd run to the 24-hour fitness across the street to balance things out. Well, it's your typical 7-eleven. The shopping center is a little small, and businesses there do well. So the small parking lot tends to be a hassle. I don't like parking out on the street. And it's a little difficult to park on the street there too. Once side I think you need a resident permit and the other side is already full of cars. But the service/people are great there. They've got what a 7-Eleven needs to be successful. read more

Rude customer service! I've been here 3-4 times to get money orders for my rent and I came in tonight and one of the cashiers counted my money and was going to continue to giving me the money orders, and the other cashier interrupts and takes my ID to the back for who knows what. He comes back and tells me that they can't give me money orders with 0 explanation, then I complain and tell him I come here every month. I was trying to get a money order for $2,000 and he changed his mind and said I could only get a money order for $1,500 max. So I asked if my brother could use his ID for the other $500, which he said yes to at first. He goes into the back again and comes back and tells me that his manager said that they couldn't give me any money orders. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused. Horrible service and a waste of time. Next time just say no from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Absolutely no reason for them to refuse service to me. read more

Avoid this place. I tried to use my app for free gulf coffee in the morning. The attendant is very rude I asked what size can I get he ignore me.I decided to just get any size and went to the counter to get scan . I come to this 7-Eleven about 3 times a week. This store is usually very well kept, friendly staff and they are willing to tell you about specials they have. For being a busy convenience store I give this place credit for staying clean and having positive attitudes. They usually don't run out of things and if they do they have a sense of urgency and replace it quickly (iced mocha runs out in the mornings). I use their rewards program and it's nice when I get my free coffee or candy just by being a customer. read more

This 7 Eleven's parking lot is crazy...be on your toes... cars are coming from all directions. So if your lucky to get a spot in one piece.. don't count on much of a selection.. and what they do have is twice the price as anywhere else. I was racially profiled, as soon as I walked through the door the man told me to put my backpack up front when other kids had their backpacks on my class mate had to tell him that he was wrong and told him that he didn't ask her to put her bag down when I still refused to put my bag down in the front he said he called the cops mind you I barely walked in so I couldn't have stolen anything I'm only 16 and had to go through this when I was only trying to purchase a drink read more

Went in to get a regular refill on my coffee like I do everyday of my life at my local 7-11. Today I decided to try a different 7-11 since I was heading a different direction. I walk in, no one greets me, I get my coffee and go to the cashier who argues with me about my coffee cup not being meant for coffee when I had purchased it from 7-11 from the coffee section and have refilled it numerous times, then he proceeds to complain because I used too much creamer, then sends me off angrily after scanning my app and having a free coffee. Terrible service, language barrier, and greediness. I do not recommend this 7-11 location to anyone. read more

tell my why is it that its only this 7-eleven that doesnt accept coupons. I have gone to another 7-eleven and they gladly accepted the coupons that i had. the clerk was arguing with me that one of the 7-eleven stores accept any kinds of coupons, which is absurd for them to say that. never coming back here again. the customer service here is poor. read more

This is the best 7 eleven store any where around in terms of customer service . Also the people working there are so kind and friendly. I personally like to thank the store manager, Gary, who is always polite and kind to every customers that enter the store. Every morning that I go there to get coffee , I am greeted with a friendly smile by Gary. He makes my day start off in a good way. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

I am absolutely disgusted! Let me tell you about this specific person who happened to be my cashier.. let me more specifically.. so yall could see who it is.. and to be careful because I don't think he knows about hygiene :( because when I was gonna tap to pay.. and let me tell you.. he's on the phone the whole time.. speaking his native tongue.. wears a ear piece.., hat. The meat counter is not a place to be polite or you'll keep missing your turn. Inside is clean and organized but the price point here is usually more than other chain grocery stores. The sale items are also misleading if you're not careful. I saw a big sale sign and a number which I thought was the sale price but when I checked out I was told no, that number was how much I saved if I bought the item. So you need to take that number and subtract from the original yourself.
