The workers are thieves here!!!! They ring you up different things than what you're actually purchasing. I got two 2pk of cookies and none of them were the right product on my receipt. To be fair I didn't explore the entire store... I just wanted some hot food to take home after work, I don't think Fastrip has anything to worry about though because they each offer entirely different services aside from refrigerated beverages and coffee but I think most locals will stick with the Fastrip coffee because I always see droves of people buying it there. I think they compliment each other... 7-11 has the basic snacks while Fastrip has bunches of pastries I don't find anywhere else, meanwhile Fastrip doesn't have hot food on the ready so it's kind of a trade off; personally I think they are gonna be good and prosperous neighbors ^_^ read more

I don't recommend this place at all. Only go there for small thing like drinks or snacks. But don't get the food. Place is dirty, workers don't care. They don't even stock the shelves. I've found bread with mold on it, these also a guy in there that every time I walk in (between 9pm-11pm)I always see him sitting on the counter on his phone with his bare feet on there. DONT PAY FOR FREE CHEESE! I've been here plenty of times and they always try to be slick in upselling you to something else charging you full price. They act like it's a promotion but try to be slick. Also there's a sign on the machine that says "FREE CHILLI AND CHEESE" and they tried charging me $1 for cheese. I told the guy that I wasn't paying for the cheese and he said that I was a bad person. I told him that the next time I came in they better have a sign that says what you have to purchase for free cheese if not I will contact home office or the bad business bureau. Usually come here for a Morning coffee . Not alot of parking just like any 7-11 you might go to. One time I went and was surprised to see that the refrigerator coolers would not open and sign stated to have teller unlock it . I have never seen that in any 7-11 at midday. I love 7-11... I go there all the time... I go to all different stores. I been here several time. I am easy, I get my spicy bite, put cheese, pay and go! Today.. I came in the store... The associate was not paying attention to me at all. She was paying attention to the guy at the back through the camera. I think she was worried that the guy may steal something. I stand in front of the grill and wait for her to acknowledge me but that didn't happen and I just called her and told her I want the spicy bite. She said that spicy bite was already over cooked and I said it's okay. She handed it to me and I went to the cheese area and tried to pump some cheese and there's no cheese. So I told the girl hey no cheese. Since she was alone in the store I gave her a little bit of time as I see that she was helping somebody else, so I kind of like walk around and when I saw her change the cheese I went back there and watch her change the cheese. The black cover fell in the floor and she pick it up and put it aside. She was changing the cheese without putting on a plastic gloves and she keep holding the nozzle with her bare hand. She wants to try it on my spicy bite I said no, you should try it yourself and not on my dog. She tried it several times and no cheese is coming out. She tried several times more and then she pick up the black cover and tried to put it back. That's the time I said something - hey are you not going to wash that cover as it fell in the floor! And yes I said it loudly because beside not wearing a gloves and keep touching the nozzle she was putting back the cover that fell on the floor back to the machine without washing it! I was literally shocked and excited so my voice was loud at the time. and then she got mad because I'm loud and say I am not helping her and why am I not be nicer to her. first and foremost if you want the people to be nice to you you should probably be nice to other people first. Pay attention and do the right thing. You cannot even change and make the cheese work. Now this is the kicker. She said that I should not call her b****! This make me furious because I do not curse and we'll never call people b**** so why did she accuse me of calling her b**** when I have not utter the word at all... I was furious!! Bang the food from my hand in front of her and left the store. Went back to my car and started laughing because I realize the reason that she thinks that I called her b****, it's because people are calling her that all the time that she assumed that everybody calls her that. That's the only explanation I can have and I pitty that girl that she doesn't know how to be a nice human being so that people around her will not call her names. 3/5/18 did not visit but made a phone call. Asked the employee who answered the phone around 7:30pm, if they had a certain product. He said they have it but there are many options. I asked if he could check if they had the one I was looking for. He hung up on me. I guess that means no. Very rude and horrible customer service. It was a simple favor, only takes a minute or less to check. I highly doubt it was super busy that he had to hang up. read more
