very rude workers and all they want to do is socialize with friends and vendors. You cannot even get a flavored coffee after 11 am. out of 6 pots of coffee that is able to be made only 2 are made. When asked if you can get a flavor coffee made they only say can't told not to make any coffee except decaf and mild blend per the owner. Can't believe this, 7/11 brags about how you can get a fresh cup of coffee flavored or not anytime of the day and at this location that is not true. Don't use this location go to the one on Amar and Unruh or Gale and Stimson if you want great customer service along with fresh coffee anytime of the day. read more

The girl working there yesterday 6/20/24 . At around 4ish I came in with my family. My little sisters got slurpees but with no lids. The girl was just looking at my mom struggle to find the right lid. She did proceed to say "thats not the right lid" with an attitude and continued cleaning. As a worker I feel like she could've gone out of her way and been like "oh they're not the right lid let me go ahead and restock" but instead she just continues to clean the microwave. Hot dogs were warming up as well and I kindly asked if she knew how long it'll take for them to be ready. She said "they're not ready" with an attitude once again. I asked my question again and she said "no I don't" with another attitude. Her guy co worker on the other hand was very kind and helpful. He restocked the lids for my mom. Very kind worker. If you don't like your job, don't work there. Doesn't make your customers feel welcoming. read more

I had the receipt. The attendant called SAM and he denied me without any hesitation didn't ask the condition of the product, he didn't even want to follow up with me. The guy didn't even hesitate he just said no. Well here's what you get Sam, thanks for not being accommodating. I don't quite understand why I was denied. I go to this location quite a bit the employees are always friendly but the other day I went to this location to get my free small slurpee. I went to where the cups are got the size I wanted and then was told that they can't scan my app. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location in fact it has happened every year which makes me believe the owners are telling their employees to tell the customers the app wont scan so they will buy a larger size. This only happens at this location so I usually go to another location but was not able to this time. This store wont give you anything that is free with your app read more

This branch is a 5 minute walk from my parents house when I was still young and living at home with them. As a matter of fact, I had a summer job there stocking for Mr. Ho but it has changed owners since then. Overall, place is clean and is always busy. One of the only retail/liquor stores in the area which is residential so they get most of the business. They always have new stuff such as foods, drinks, snacks created to keep customers coming. Overall, if you want nachos with all the cheese and chili you can get, then this is the place to go. Slurpee is also a long time favorite. If you have a need and can't go far for emergency stuff like cold medicine or antacid then this is the place to go. Just don't be surprised with a higher cost than normal prices. read more

Well what can I say it's 711. Always a good place to stop for anything you need. I have purchased the sandwiches that they make there and gotta say they are good. They have tuna, egg salad and turkey. I recommend the turkey, tomato with the southwest mayo on wheat. Really good and hits the spot. Their $3.99 and I'm sure you can get more sandwich for your buck at subway but if your in a hurry and no subway in sight definitely pick one up there. I buy protein drinks from there and most times have a good sale on shamrock farms protein. Since it's close to my work I am regularly stopping by to get either lotto tickets or some type of snack. To my surprise I have won several times with their lotto scratchers so I go purchase every 2 weeks when I get paid. If your into energy drinks they don't seem to have a big selection of them so if have to I'll buy Amp Mountain Dew. Oh and let me not forgot the beer selection. Wow!! They have come a long way now. I've seen craft beers being sold here and I'm like woo hoo!! They actually have some good IPA's and Ales. A plus also is the redbox outside. So go grab some scratchers, junk food, brews and rent a movie. read more

I just left this place and I don't know what cashier dude's problem was, but if I'm in line and at the front, it should be first come first serve. It wasn't my fault he took a while to figure out the lottery ticket I was trying to redeem. Apparently a line formed behind me. I had won a free ticket with the lottery scratcher and I wanted the free ticket, not cash back. He rang up the big gulp I had and gave me the change from the $3 winnings (ticket was worth $3). He didn't ask me if I wanted another ticket. He just assumed I wanted the cash so when he gave me the change, I said I wanted to get another ticket. He said, "ok, let me just help the next person in line." As he was helping them I pulled out another $3 and put it on the counter and waited.
