I've only really gone here for their pharmacy to pick up antibiotics due to a really bad and really mucus-y infection or to get my COVID/flu and cold shot in the past. There's almost always a line at the pharmacy and I also had to wait a bit for any shots. They do their best, but again, large patient population and limited staff. But at least on the pharmacy side, staff is very polite and do their best to be efficient. Never really found any sale items or weird energy drinks or sodas that caught my eyes, but unless I really need something, Walgreens isn't my place to go.

I placed an online pickup order a few days ago, and when I got home, I realized some of the items were not what I ordered. I came back the next day for an even exchange, but the customer service was very poor. The employee at the front seemed confused about my issue, so I had to explain it several times. Eventually, she asked the supervisor for help, but the supervisor immediately gave me attitude. There was also a long line, and no one tried to open another register to help customers waiting. When the manager name Crystal got involved, the attitude continued instead of trying to resolve the issue politely. It honestly felt like they did not want to help customers at all. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and the whole experience was frustrating and rude. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location.

One time I bought chips from this location and they were stale and expired. Another time the cashier came out from the store and accused me of leaving a car abandoned there. If it sounds crazy, I know. Today I went in with a gift card and he told me they do not accept shell gift cards. He said they don't accept Shell gift cards for the gas pump or for inside the store. They were not willing to accept my card. This place needs an overhaul or it needs to shut down. It carries the Shell name but it does not conduct business like a proper establishment. I will be reporting this location to their main corporate.
