Terrible and very dishonest way to run a promotion, especially in refusing to honor it during open hours as advertised. Any positive reviews are probably only here because the car wash was free. I'd recommend being just a regular business and honoring their word.

It's never been one of those pristine gas stations, but it's been going down hill for a while now. Due to convenience, I continued to use it but frankly after today I won't be utilizing this gas station any longer. I have other options in the area, and won't give my business to someone who doesn't care about their establishment. It's absolutely filthy, from the pumps, to the floors, to the walls, even the overgrown vegetation and weeds around the station and graffiti everywhere. Management obviously doesn't care about the upkeep of this gas station. Please do better, power wash this station from top to bottom, disinfect pumps and keypads occasionally. I spent $90.00 in gas and yet the male attendant refused to allow me to use a restroom. I told him I've driven from Riverside to LA and heading back and really needed it and he clearly saw i bought gas yet he still said it's only for employees. CA Building Code requires buildings to build public restrooms for the public not only employees yet they continue to use Covid19 as an excuse not to let a customer use the restroom. I agree that it should only be for customers but he refused. What do they want travelers to do? A gas station has a restroom for a reason. If I could give zero stars I would. I only reason for 1 star is they're open 24/7.

Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

I won $40 on a Daily 3 ticket. I was in the area when I found out I won and im so happy that i decide, why not, give the mobil another go. I went in to go redeem my ticket. I slipped a younger Indian guy the ticket. He huffs and puffs and tries to get me to waste my money on more merchandise so he doesnt have to fork over the entire amount owed to me in cash. I say no and then calmly and plainly ask to just have the cash. He sighs and counts out my money... once again, in SMALL bills. What is with them doing this shit? I got 1 $10 bill, 2 $5 bills and he literally wasted my time by counting out 20 $1 bills. When he got to 11 bills, I asked if he could just give me a $20. He ignores me and keeps going. He finishes and I leave without saying a word.. It seriously must be some wicked policy of the management to payout any lotto winnings in small bills, therefore discouraging people to walk away with the cash they're entitled to. I gave them a second chance and they're still assholes. DONT go to Mobil off Nogales. Get gas and other sundries at another gas station in the area. Credit prices are usually about $0.10 higher per gallon at all three price points. At least the facility is clean. When I tried selecting Car Wash type, it wouldn't even let me select the car wash. So now I was stuck... instead of driving through the car wash (I didn't want to risk driving over spikes since the machine wasn't letting me pay), I had to reverse out of a very narrow and windy drive way. What a waste of time and effort! I've used several drive through car washes at Shell and this was just a failure. Avoid at all cost.

Unfortunately we also knew the lines to get the gas would sometimes take 30 minutes out of your day. Well that's no more. The industry Costco closed its pumps to expand. After a short inconvenience it's now open and the lines are flowing well. Amazingly well as a matter of fact. I've been here many hours of the day and each time was in and out in about 10 minutes. It's very unfortunate that the guest doesn't come first here. Even though I'm here for the Amazon locker, the more foot traffic you have through your store, the higher the potential of a purchase in the store.
