I came here wanting to get gas and get a car wash. Since most places don't provide the wash service at night so I knocked on the glass door a couple of times GENTLY and get the lady's attention. She looked at me without any saying anything or without any expression like shes emotionless. Fine, I don't mind because at least I got her attention. I asked "is the car wash service still available?" She looked at me without any response or emotion again for at least 5 seconds and shaked her head like that was a dumb question. I asked her again a second time and she stared at me again like i asked a dumb question. Hey, if you dont want to do your job or dont like your job, someone out there wants the opportunity. Lady, if you are the boss / owner / manager, shame on you. If you are an employee, i hope you get fired or the owner see this and fix her face and attitude.

Since we've been Mobil cardholders since 1990 we searched for Mobil on my way home and I really needed to use a the restroom. I spent $90.00 in gas and yet the male attendant refused to allow me to use a restroom. I told him I've driven from Riverside to LA and heading back and really needed it and he clearly saw i bought gas yet he still said it's only for employees. CA Building Code requires buildings to build public restrooms for the public not only employees yet they continue to use Covid19 as an excuse not to let a customer use the restroom. I agree that it should only be for customers but he refused. What do they want travelers to do? A gas station has a restroom for a reason. If I could give zero stars I would. I only reason for 1 star is they're open 24/7.

Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

They seriously have NOT changed their customer service or general politeness towards the human species at all --and so much so that it's to the extent that I basically repeated my same exact bad experience that I went through the first time. I won $40 on a Daily 3 ticket. I was in the area when I found out I won and im so happy that i decide, why not, give the mobil another go. I went in to go redeem my ticket. I slipped a younger Indian guy the ticket. He huffs and puffs and tries to get me to waste my money on more merchandise so he doesnt have to fork over the entire amount owed to me in cash. I say no and then calmly and plainly ask to just have the cash. He sighs and counts out my money... once again, in SMALL bills. What is with them doing this shit? I got 1 $10 bill, 2 $5 bills and he literally wasted my time by counting out 20 $1 bills. When he got to 11 bills, I asked if he could just give me a $20. He ignores me and keeps going. He finishes and I leave without saying a word.. It seriously must be some wicked policy of the management to payout any lotto winnings in small bills, therefore discouraging people to walk away with the cash they're entitled to. I gave them a second chance and they're still assholes. DONT go to Mobil off Nogales. Get gas and other sundries at another gas station in the area. These cheap bastards dont deserve to be patronized.

Credit prices are usually about $0.10 higher per gallon at all three price points. At least the facility is clean. I stopped by to get a quick car wash on the way home and drove up to the machine. It looked extremely outdated with graffiti all over it... and a slot for card payment was no where to be found. It only accepts cash in exact payment! And nowhere was there a sign that said cash only or machine out of order. Because that's really what it was. When I tried selecting Car Wash type, it wouldn't even let me select the car wash. So now I was stuck... instead of driving through the car wash (I didn't want to risk driving over spikes since the machine wasn't letting me pay), I had to reverse out of a very narrow and windy drive way. What a waste of time and effort! I've used several drive through car washes at Shell and this was just a failure. Avoid at all cost.

I picked this pick up location because it is literally on my route home, and I've decided to no longer use this location because the attendant clearly didn't care about the guest. It's very unfortunate that the guest doesn't come first here. Even though I'm here for the Amazon locker, the more foot traffic you have through your store, the higher the potential of a purchase in the store.
