This is the store I always go to after skating with my family. Some workers are very polite and know what theyre doing. Today i went to use my point system since my points were stacked, the older Asian guy was there(usually rude to others and the problem). There were 3 customers ahead of me that tried to use their points but the older guy kept making comments like "you shouldnt use points, you should use money, dont come here without money", or if there's a discounted price if you buy 2 items he doesnt believe them until he has to take his lazy self to check. Then came my turn, I used my rewards from my T-life app for a free soda, also had points for some slushies, my kid was with me as well. I tried using my points and he said "why are all you mexicans the same, stop using your points, come here with money" then I told him I always do this since I buy alot from here for the past decade I've lived here and use my points every now and then. He then proceeds to tell MY KID(10 year old) "you people need to bring money, your mother cant even buy you your soda". By far the worst person to work here and should be fired. Literally any other employee always honors point system however that one older man will do anthings to avoid having you use it and is after your money and will not hold back to embarrass you and everyone with you especially kids because he is just hateful and possibly racist like that to others read more

The worst management ever. I scanned a lotto ticket and it was a $3 winner. I brought it to the counter to redeem my cash AND buy my items, like I've done plenty of times before, and I've always been handed my cash. This time, the manager decided to apply my winnings to my subtotal without even asking me first--which would have been fine if he had asked. Instead, when I asked where my cash was and if it was on my account, he said yes, and never once mentioned he had used it toward my items. I had points stacked, so I assumed that's why my total was lower. There was zero communication. When I questioned it, his attitude was rude and dismissive instead of just fixing it or acknowledging it. I do want to say the other two employees who are usually there are always kind, respectful, and actually understand customer service. I've never had an issue before--this was strictly a management problem. Completely unprofessional and honestly just frustrating to deal with. read more

The worker T.K is so very rude!!!!! There was only cheese pizza and I asked when is there going to be pepperoni and then he told me pick whatever you see. I asked if he can make the pepperoni then he raises his voice at me until I told him I was going to leave a yelp review for his boss to see. Not good customer service at alllll. ZERO STARS!!!! These Asian workers (2 men) are rude!! Every single time I go in there they always on a good one. I could only get $5 cash back but I pressed $10 cash back and when he saw that on his end he canceled the transaction and said"$5 cash back only" like wth why? He gave me no explanation. Other times I ask for slurped and you can't grab it yourself because of "covid" but they grab it themselves with the same dirty gloves they touch the register and money from customers throughout the day. I really dislike some of these Asian businesses. I was going to give them my support by shopping there, but when I pulled up into a spot near their area dumpster to park, this old Asian man in the dumpster area, probably where he belongs, who I assumed worked there, started blurring out...."no parking", "no parking". Really? I let him know that I didn't see any "no parking " signs posted. He continued with his "Asian" chant...."no parking", "no parking" Why do people have to be like this? I left, didn't even bother going in. Of course, things could have escalated, but then again, their rules, their way. What satisfaction did he get from this? That he had a rule in his head, and that he wouldn't allow nothing but his rule. I won't be going back to this establishment. This 7-11 store has no line concept and does not enforce line concept. Customers would just cut in line but the clerks don't say anything. They continue to serve without daring to say anything. I encourage these Korean clerks should speak up and keep customers in line in a first come first serve order. Also, the store has some many markers on the floor which create an even more confusion. Bottom line: this 7-11 has no waiting in line concept. And, the clerks are too scare to speak up. It does not have a concept of right vs wrong in this store. Speak up when you see something is wrong. Their service used to be nice! I was back from Knott's berry farm at 1:30 on October, I stopped the middle of my way here and asked for 6 chicken wings, it was ran out of it but the sales man still cooked few for me. But today, I went there at 12:30, the sales has been changed, and the new sales man said he couldn't give me the chicken wings because the time is over 12:00 otherwise his manager will blame on him. I would give negative stars if I could! I just went to the 7 eleven in Rowland Heights. Extremely rude young woman working at the cash register. I have been going there for years. This is my first bad experience. My teenage son went in to buy me a big gulp. He asked the woman if he could input my phone number for the points. She told him "No, the Big Gulp is not on sale". Doesn't matter. A good customer service person would have allowed him to enter it for the points. I went in to ask her and she lied to my face and said my son asked if on sale and she said no. Looks like this place is serving pizza soon! Good thing for late night munchies. I remember in Copenhagen all the 7 Elevens had pizzas, and they were so good as a late night snack after drinking with the Danes (all the hot dog vendor carts had packed up by then and gone home). I also notice they have a little section of make up and make up brushes. Not a bad idea gearing towards females. I've never seen this before at a 7 Eleven. Been going to this 7-11 for many years without any problems. Staff is generally nice. However , one man in particular has anger issues and a temper. He's a Korean man looking late 30s , early 40s. We know of each other since he's served me many times without prior problems. Yesterday, I went at 4am to get coffee and cash back. Prices of coffee wasn't readily listed or posted. I asked for pricing , the guy says it's on the sign. Didn't see sign price , asked where it was... He replied in disgust by shouting the prices to me in a rude antagonist way, then made a condensing remark to his coworker in his native tongue. I find the coffee I want and was ready to pay and forgive his rude demeanor. When paying, I had two debit cards out and my 7-11 app to be scanned. The first card declined ( grabbed the wrong card) . The second one was the correct one. At that point , clerk loses patience , and Doesn't want to sell me his coffee implying I must have no money at all since the first card , declined. He's basically making judgements about me. Finally, I exploded and yelled at him for being unreasonably rude after all these years ... Other things were exchanged but he crossed the line by mentioning my Race/ethnicity into this. " What kind of asian you are?" Or "This asian guy" and he might have included the word "shame". Later turns out he has a history of verbal confrontations with other customers. That 7-11 even gets into fights with the other retail stores in that small plaza. I heard they lost their liquor license for selling to minors btw. Horrible service. This cashier was very rude. I asked the guy how come the slurpee is not working? Instead of slurpee, it was just complete liquid. I am paraphrasing: he said that machine #4 is broken. I responded by saying the machine I used was #3. Then he goes to say can't you see it is still mixing? I was like, your machine # 3 did not have a "do not use sign" like machine #4 so how am I suppose to know??? The cashier was an Asian gentleman and I am Asian as well. I would say he has the intelligence and politeness of someone who is not highly educated or taught any manners by his family. He gave me a stare as I was leaving and I sure returned the favor. I would definitely not recommend this store. Most 7-11 stores I have been to have manners as good if not better than 3 year old children that I see in pre-schools but not this cashier (20s to 30s in age). read more

7-11 usually has things that are overpriced. However, it is a convenience store.. so it's going to be convenient. They also have the strawberry ice cream bar that I like from Mexico. It's delicious. It's so close to my boyfriends house so we come here if we need things like gift cards or if we're craving some ice cream. The workers are friendly so no complaints there but just the fact that it's overpriced really throws me off. This 7-11 isn't the biggest around either. Their selection, I feel, is a bit less than other 7-11s that I have been to. Also, parking here is a pain because it is such a small lot and people coming in and out of the lot is really annoying because it causes traffic. So, location wise, this isn't the best place either. read more

Who doesn't love 7- eleven, especially on July 11th. It's good when you want a snack to batteries or even a cheap movie, hence a convenience store. Its small enough where you can see everything but big enough to carry most thingsfor everyday stuff. I have been there at all hours of the day ( and night) and never have seen anything malicious or creepy so its cool. Plus there are usually cops chilling in the parking lot. read more
