Today i went to use my point system since my points were stacked, the older Asian guy was there(usually rude to others and the problem). There were 3 customers ahead of me that tried to use their points but the older guy kept making comments like "you shouldnt use points, you should use money, dont come here without money", or if there's a discounted price if you buy 2 items he doesnt believe them until he has to take his lazy self to check. Then came my turn, I used my rewards from my T-life app for a free soda, also had points for some slushies, my kid was with me as well. I tried using my points and he said "why are all you mexicans the same, stop using your points, come here with money" then I told him I always do this since I buy alot from here for the past decade I've lived here and use my points every now and then. He then proceeds to tell MY KID(10 year old) "you people need to bring money, your mother cant even buy you your soda". By far the worst person to work here and should be fired. Literally any other employee always honors point system however that one older man will do anthings to avoid having you use it and is after your money and will not hold back to embarrass you and everyone with you especially kids because he is just hateful and possibly racist like that to others

Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

There are so much to choose from. They have different spice level to choose from. Simply pick a ramen of your choice. Once you selected the package, pay at the counter. If you need to add any toppings, side dishes or make it a combo, you can do so at the counter. After you pay for Ramen, you can simply go and cook it. Instructions are provided on the machine step by step on how to cook the ramen and when to add the ingredients. Your ramen will be cooked within 4 minutes. You can also purchase snacks, drinks and ice cream desserts. They have merchandise like lalabu, beauty items, etc. Ordered: Added egg, green onions. It was delicious Rabokki Noodle dish. There used to be a retail shopping center down the plaza, but it's currently under major renovations right now, so not many places to walk around. I liked the grocery items and prices inside because they're actually much cheaper here than elsewhere. You can find familiar brands of your favorite Chinese snacks and beverages. Fruits/vegetables/meats look decent for the selling price. Vibes inside felt more like mainland China with some Taiwanese folks working nearby. Expect old fashioned style employees in this spacious grocery store that doesn't have many grocery shoppers in it. Employees look hardworking, but it's pretty dead for business operations. You can still find takeout foods and the tiny barbershop/hair salon is still operating. Don't expect lots of tables and chairs at restaurants inside. Better foods are outside. It just felt like this place is struggling to survive or may go out of business eventually. I hope the shopping center nearby opens soon to attract more customers to the plaza. They have old style deli foods and BBQ plates. It needs more life around here. When I hear HK2 Food District, I was expecting much better foods/dining options inside, but it wasn't like that at all.
