This one star is for my Grubhub order I did this evening.. I ordered a spicy big bite hotdog. I received this grey looking thing with NO Bun .. This is not what I ordered & when Sonia (a Sweetheart) is working I NEVER have a problem with my order, but when The Man is there I have had a Problem twice now ..I called the store, he answered , I let him know about this order about 7:25 pm He put me on hold and then I was disconnected.. Slow at ringing up customers. In the middle of ringing me up the cashier goes off and takes pizza out of oven and never came back. Second guy rings me up for ice ask me if i want large or small bag, I say large. I go out to get the ice the chest is locked. Dude does not come out to unlock. When he finally opens it, I only see one size. I ask if this is large or small. He all the sudden gets rude hostile. I wouldn't come back to this place and give them any more business. read more

My favorite 7-11 location! The coffee and food bars are always clean, well stocked and the day shift staff are super friendly. This is the only location I've been to where the food is always fresh and available. I love that they offer different diet/zero sugar options on their soda machine since most places don't. My experience at this 7-Eleven was terrible While I was getting a soda at the fountain the clerk moved my cup so that he could fill his cup first. After that, when I went to pay he clicked the screen opting out of me being able to put my number for rewards before I could even get the opportunity to put my number in on the screen. When I called him out on it he blamed the system, but this isn't the first time I've experienced this at this location. The customer service sucked. read more

This place deserves zero stars. I've lived in BP for 50+ years and the worker is rude as you can imagine! Only reason for going here is to use the free atm and lottery tickets. I've been to this 7-Eleven in the afternoon hours twice and both times, service was poor. There was a line both times and they were moving very slowly because there was only one employee working the cash register. The first time I was here, there was one cashier, but eventually, another one started ringing up customers because the line was moving so slowly. The second visit was a whole different story. I ordered two pizzas, so the cashier had to prepare my pizza. While he was doing that, the lady behind me with a Gatorade was waiting to pay. Anyway, there were three employees behind the counter, but two of them decided to make themselves unavailable leaving the one who was helping me to man the entire store. Before he could ring up the woman behind me, some customer wanted to buy hot dogs. The cashier had to help that customer while a longer line was forming. After a few minutes, the frustrated Gatorade woman left the store. That was when the man behind her decided to do something about it. A woman begrudgingly went behind the counter and assisted the customers. The man said that service was really bad and that a frustrated customer had already left the store and if he was the manager, he would have had another cashier on the floor. The woman then said that she's the manager. She rang up a few more customers and then went and got one of the employees to the work the cash register. I was surprised at how disinterested the manager was in helping customers or getting her employees to work. I always thought a manager's job was to make sure that the store ran smoothly and that the employees were taken care of in a timely manner. But then again, I've never been a store manager, so I wouldn't know. All in all, I thought service (or lack of) was horrible here. Aside from the one guy who was working, I thought the other employees were unmotivated and did not want to work. They had a sense of indifference to them. read more

Very disappointed. This WAS my home 7-eleven but after this experience...nvm. So I roll up around 3am and try to walk-in but the door is locked so I ask the store attendant politely if he's open and he continued to talk on the phone and gesture "no" very angrily as I proceeded to leave. This is a very busy 7 Eleven location. They don't have the best selection of alcohol, but they do provide you with what it takes to get the job done. ;p Usually they have deals like 2/$5 on most drinks and snacks and will carry some of coolest impulse buys! This store is pretty clean and close to home, they even have a Red Box outside for your convenience. Some of the employees are not the friendliest, but last night the lady was way cool. read more

I dropped my wristlet in the parking lot, when I returned about 30 mins later. I was hoping someone with a conscious would turn it into the clerk.
