I placed a mobile order for this location yesterday for a Chunky Strawberry bowl and a small Orange Dream Machine. But my issue and reason for my rating is based off of the bowl I received. I paid $9 for this bowl and it wasn't even filled half way. The store was filthy. Built on gunk on counter tops, dust bunnies in the food stand, doors and counters looked like they were cleaned with dirty, milky rags. The floors wete dirty, there were old juice splatters on the glass. Why anyone would buy a drink orvfood here is beyond me. When I spoke to the store manager about it, I was told they are doing the best they can and to calm down. Jamba Juice got lucky with this location. They currently changed the store hours to accommodate with Planet Fitness gym members. I've seen it get new customers on a weekly basis and I'm sure the employees don't enjoy that as much, more with for them. Yikes! Thanks for keeping a smile and positive attitude on, that makes this spot cool. The line moves pretty fast and the staff handles the work load. Good job! The inside and outside is maintained throughout the day so it's clean. Except for some who decide to leave trash on the countertops or drop it on the parking lot ground, shame on you. The trash can is 3 feet away from the door. Do the right thing you bum, pick up your own mess. Most people that come here take their drinks on the go. Totally convent for me that its right by work so a quick pop in and out is what I usually do. They're usually quick with it and Im out within 5 minutes. I haven't had Jamba in forever and so the first time I came back, I asked the girl which drink I should try. She recommended the acai antioxidant one - it was delish! I was skeptical at first because i wasn't sure if i was going to like acai but yes, its very good. and very good for you as well. I also like to pair my smoothies with the waffle that they have. Ask them to warm it up for you (although 2/3 times they usually warm it too much and it gets more burnt then i like) but the warm waffle is so good. Going through some of the other yelpers reviews and it seems like this store has a customer service issue - which i haven't personally dealt with yet - but i hope management takes care of that so they don't lose out on customers. read more

I always go to have my Island Pitaya bowl for breakfast, its my favorite item of the menu. They are usually quick with my order no matter how many people is in there before me. ****GIFT CARD BUYER, BEWARE**** I purchased two gift cards from this store as gifts for Christmas and recently found out that one gift card didn't have a balance. I checked the balance on the other card to make sure they didn't put the entire amount on just one card... NOPE... not that case.... Called customer service.... no answer.... during business hours.... had the option to leave a voice message, so I left one. Called the store and spoke with the general manager. These claims aren't handled at the store level. Fine, she leaves a message for the district manager to contact me.... no response.... Left an email on their website... didn't get a response until today (3 days later). The rep got the gift card numbers from me to check out what's going on. She tells me that the "blank" gift card actually had the two card balances on it, and was listing dates and locations where the card was used in early December, leaving the card with a ZERO BALANCE. Problem was that I purchased the new gift card well AFTER those transaction dates. The rep opted to put the said amount back on the blank card, regardless of if the funds had already been used. Problem for me is that there was never money on the card. I'm not trying to be dishonest, I'm not at fault. Imagine how embarrassing is it give someone a gift card to find out the the card has a ZERO BALANCE on it. Not so Merry Christmas! Sad thing is that the two cards had different amounts, and the person who got the working card got the wrong amount.
