I bring my own reusable cup to Starbucks because I'm trying to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. But today, somehow they ended up using two paper cups and one plastic cup just to make my drink before putting it in my reusable cup. That completely defeats the purpose of bringing my own cup. Instead of reducing waste, my order created even more of it. What's the point of encouraging customers to bring reusable cups if this is how the drinks are prepared? Came to the drive through today at 1:33pm and I ordered a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken espresso with only 2 shots once served at the window I noticed the drink was half full. I told the Asian woman with tattoos that helped me if she could add more oatmilk. She then told me "no" and if I wanted to "add more ice but that would make it water" with attitude like if I was making her job harder. I get this drink everywhere else and never had an issue. She could have added more oat milk not a big issue. Drove away unsatisfied at this experience. I can now see why everyone complained at the barista attitude here. read more

Unfortunately for us, this is the closest starbucks location we could go to. If we can avoid, will avoid this location. The service is the worst for morning orders, so if you are in a hurry, dont come here. I ordered a hot coffee and it wasn't hot enough ,but I couldn't return as I am rushing. Another time I ordered 3 travelers and I specifically put the pick up time. Lo and behold when I got there they couldn't even find my order, thank God I got my receipt. I've always hated this specific Starbucks, the service here was awful, the workers always looked miserable, and I truly avoided this place at all costs! I put in a mobile order today and asked my son to pick it up. When he entered the store to get it Alondra used language to the effect of " there are 3 other f**king stores you can go to." My son left without even getting straws. We'll he told me when he got to the car. In I went in my pajamas and slippers (because it's Sunday). Jaelyn ignored me at the cashier counter, when she acknowledged me I proceeded to ask for the manager. She told me the manager was not there but she was the shift lead. I asked her if Alondras behavior was appropriate and if anything was said to her about what she verbalized to my son. She indicated she didn't see anything wrong what was said. I continued to ask if she would like to be treated in that manner. She asked me to step aside to help other customer instead of providing me with the information i requested. So i took a quick video to get their faces to post. I had to ask for the managers name and number numerous times. I requested the names of every employee on shift during the exchange. She indicated that the employees were on the phone with the manager, instead of allowing me to speak with them. The employees on this shift should learn customer service. I finally received the phone number of Wai the manager and left him a message. I still haven't received a call back. I called starbucks corporate number to file a complaint. The corporate number is 800-782-7282. I leave this number because they don't make it easy to find and the employees aren't helpful in giving it. I look forward to communicating with the manager and district manager regarding my encounter...by far the worst starbucks around. read more

Just stay away from this location. I don't know if the baristas just don't know how to make their drinks or if they just don't care ? Paying minimum $7 for a drink that's filled with ice and watered down . When I've ordered hot it also doesn't taste how the drink should. She was SO KIND and patient with me, I am not a cold coffee drinker, and was getting a cold coffee drinK for my daughter. "Light iced, 5 scoops match, no lemonade" the recipe calls for "ice, lemonade, matcha powder, add ins- water" Barista just made a venti, ice and matcha powder. I have ALWAYS received great service at this Starbucks through ordering at the counter, pickup, AND drive thru. Today was a great example, I came to pickup my mobile order and was greeted by an individual who started with "Ari? Whatcha doing here Ari?!" and gave me a good laugh. When I got to the window, there was a bit of delay but in no way a bad way as a new employee was learning how to make the fall line of drinks. The employee who greeted me also reassured me that if there's anything wrong with the drink I can come back in and get it fixed. Shelly "the cashier" kills the vibe here. She provides bad customer service (no smiles, greeting or willingness to serve), is unclear about club policies and simply says no to questions she is unclear about instead of finding answers. But one thing she's certain about is trying to play the role as big boss. Respect comes from service, not from clashing with customers, and she's def not earned anything but a need for basic training along with an attitude adjustment. This year, I have consistently seen the decrease in product and service. I have come to get a coffee and the drink is not filled. For the price, you would expect the drink to be at capacity. It is consistently visually not filled and I get told "goodbye" right away as they turn so I won't say anything to them. I don't say anything because oh well one time, twice it happens no big deal but this has been consistent and I'm not about it anymore. Location has definitely become a place I rather not come to anymore. I will come back for the merchandise but not to purchase drinks especially or food. I've been coming here from time to time, over the last year or two, and haven't any problems with this place at all. Though, I don't usually order complicated drinks, mostly slightly sweeten fruit tea's/ lemonades, regular coffee' s on cold, wintery days. As far as the workers go, most are friendly, few luke warm, but still respectful. One thing that they need to improve on is that they need more electrical outlets for the tables along the windows. Interior is decorated nicely, clean, great place to come to, to do some paperwork, study, have meetings, or to just simply chill out. Little more than just OK, 3 and a half stars from me. read more

It's been a pretty hectic work week and I can't express how that small interaction improved my week. In the drive thru, I wanted to get a Vietnamese Iced Coffee but forgot what the build was. You helped me and suggested for a grande shaken espresso with classic syrup and sweet cream and I gotta say this is better than how I built it before.
