Service was excellent, and the tea had a nice aroma. The price was quite steep though. $10 for an extra large jasmine milk tea + 2 toppings. Compare it to Tpumps where the same item is $6-7. The drink was good, but nothing special to justify the cost. Conveniently located in the Heights at West Covina plaza, nearby to Home Depot, Target, and a number of other businesses. This just happened to be close to me while I was taking a drive. I usually order Matcha drinks or strawberry, but today decided to try their Thai tea blended. The drink was average, but it was what you would expect it to taste like, it's fine. I think the menu board just needs to be updated since it seems like there were items that were not available and may have not been available for a while? And the restaurant itself look like it needs to be renovated or the interior needs to be redone because you could not , go in there to have a seat to enjoy your beverage. I've been going to this Quickly since it's first opened, and so glad that it's still around after all these years. The staff here are so dang friendly! They removed the indoor seating area however there's plenty of tables outside. We usually order the passion fruit green tea or peach green tea and add boba and lychee jelly. The popcorn chicken is a must every.single.time! It's a nostalgic snack and generous serving for $8. Sometimes we wished they offered a plate with rice and some veggies for a nice filling meal as we go about running errands! Me giving a Quickly 4 stars? I mean more like 3.5 stars, but it's more likely than you think ! This has been a community staple since this shopping plaza opened and it's a nice cheaper option for boba. I'll be honest, Quickly is my litmus test for whether a boba place is worth going to. If it tastes worst than Quickly (and costs more?) into the 1-2 star category. Absolutely dreadful then. Yeah this place uses lots of powders and their jellies and puddings taste pretty dang artificial, but at least its cheap! I would honestly skip out on the milk teas here and get their fruit teas and readjust for an extremely low sugar level. Snacks are SUPER worth it though. Cheaper than a Ten Ren's or similar boba chain offering food and they give you A LOT. I've never had issues with this Quickly specifically and there's always a ton of parking. This location also has stamp cards too, so take advantage of that. read more

She was so apologetic that she offered to give us the drink with boba for free aside from the correct one. But we declined her offer. We stopped by after going to home depot in the same plaza. They share a very very large parking lot with multiple other businesses. There was a small crowd inside and about a few minutes wait for the drinks. We got two milk teas, one with boba and one without. Their boba is a bit hard, but their drinks here are very cheap compared to most boba shops I visit (boba milk tea was $3.15 for regular size). Their regular milk teas were already premade, so you can't adjust the sugar levels. Personally it was a tad too sweet, but I normally order my drinks half sugar. Overall, not the best tea ever, but good for the price! read more

I love this place. Denise is great. They're always super sweet. Sometimes it can get busy and there can be a wait. I only get teas here so it's usually pretty quick. Their milk tea is perfect. (Not watered down like some) Love the Jasmine tea and Thai tea too. Cheaper than most places. Good quality for what you pay. Sometimes they run out of boba later in the evening and obviously aren't going to make anymore because they would end up having to throw boba away. Also there's officially a boba shortage so boba shops not having boba or running out early is going to be a more common thing. It is what it is. Don't forget to tip them! read more

This place used to be my go to boba. They used to be good, used to be very clean, used to be good ambience and used to be friendly but now the people that work there are very rude! I ordered by phone and one of the drinks i ordered was large but when i got there it was on regular size. I told them that i order large size and the hispanic lady said " well i already made the drink". And i said i clearly ordered a large one. So instead of making another one she transferred the drink in the large container hoping it will stay the same. When it did not make it to large she starts giving a tantrums and showing some attitude like slamming the container. Im not sure if the owner of this place is still the same because if it is it will not look like crap and people that work there will be friendly. I come here for the jasmine milk tea with boba and their popcorn chicken. For the amount of chicken they give you, pretty good. You can adjust the level of spiciness as well. One of the nicer Quickly locations I've been to so far. It's nice and clean inside with a few tables and chairs. Came here at 10 pm so it was pretty much like a ghost town. The guy at the counter was nice and quick with my order. I come here for one thing only and one thing alone: HONEYDEW MILK TEA! I haven't had anything like this from all the boba places I've been to (no names). Not even other Quickly branches. It's only here that makes the BEST honeydew milk tea and I don't think I can ever go back to ordering this drink somewhere else. That sucks because I live about 40 miles away. This boba place is the closest boba place that my family and I live to. Their services are fairly quickly hence their name. I went here three times in the past week and I've enjoyed each of my drinks so far. Last night when my sister and I came and bought a few drinks. It actually took them about 15 minutes to get to our orders which was my first time experiencing this long of a wait. I guess it was because we came 30 minutes before they closed? And there was a couple orders too. But that didnt diminish my thoughts and impression of this place. I love this place and WILL keep coming back but the one flaw that subtracted one star from them is that they charge a minimum of $10 on plastic. I don't usually carry cash on me nor coins. I actually don't like carrying coins around too that's why I use plastic a lot but each time I go to this place I'll be brining coins with me or at least a quarter because a large boba drink is $3.23 and for about each of the past four visits I came to I wasn't carrying coins with me and so basically I ended up with a lot of coins at home...which is why I use plastic in the first place... ...but then again their minimum of using plastic is $10.00. read more

This review is about a week late, but I thought I'd make it now. We visited this location about an hour before closing and waited a few minutes outside before getting served. The store does have a 2 customers in the store at a time limit, so that wasn't bad. We ordered a strawberry kiwi with lychee jelly slushie and a strawberry mango with mango jelly slushie. It took about 10 minutes for them to make the drinks and we were on our way. The strawberry mango was way sweeter than I expected, but the strawberry kiwi was at the right level of sweetness. We went by there again today before deciding to go over to the juice shop a few stores over. I always get their super cup tapioca milk tea when I'm in the West Covina area, but today I got two popcorn chicken one mild & one medium & once I started eating mine it was HARD, burned obviously. I don't live close by so going back wasn't an option, and the second popcorn chicken luckily wasn't burned but it had no flavor. My review is based solely on their popcorn chicken. I had a major craving for popcorn chicken since I haven't had it in years! I chose this place since it was close and convenient. We ordered regular popcorn chicken and spicy popcorn chicken. Here's a quick bit of information on my credibility (or lack thereof, if you think so): I've been going to boba places for over fifteen years now, including Boba Guys, Happy Lemon, Tea Brick, Lollicup (ass), and Omomo Tea Shoppe. These are all the types of places numerous blogs will rant and rave to you about, endlessly spreading the good word of the latest matcha oreo drink with honey boba or whatever. What these bloggers AREN'T telling you, unfortunately, is how Quickly is the absolute cream of the crop. I walked into Quickly with my girlfriend (I'm not a virgin or anything) at 12:09 pm (Quickly operates from 12 pm to 8 pm) and nonchalantly ordered a Banana Milkshake Snow with boba. My girlfriend ordered a Strawberry Green Tea with lychee jelly. The worker who helped me, and I curse myself endlessly for not remembering his name, was an absolute gentleman. He answered a couple of my questions regarding the menu with a smile (despite him wearing a mask, I could feel his amiable presence) and worked quickly (get it?) to make our drinks. I noticed how a line was forming behind us, and now ai understand why. Upon receiving my drink, I noticed how much boba was packed into it. Usually the amount of boba I received would've easily gone for double boba order at some other lesser, only-worthy-by-means-of-Instagrammable-content boba joint. It was a pretty plain looking drink. But was I expecting anything more than plain by ordering a banana milkshake snow? No. I took my first sip and was absolutely blown away. The drink itself was not too sweet, and was balanced nicely with the generous amounts of boba. There were nice hints of banana and milk. The drink was everything I had ordered. Nothing more, nothing less. It was nothing short of perfection. I'm writing this review as I sip my drink, and I have the biggest smile on my face. I implore you to at least give Quickly a try if you haven't yet been. I look forward to going back. If you're a quickly fan, this one is not the greatest. Tried this location a handful of times and I am always reminded of why I don't go there. Service is on and off depending who's working. Menu is very limited. Drinks are not bad, but nothing to get excited over. The timing order of drinks coming out makes no sense so its a hit and miss on the wait time. Great little boba spot in West Covina. The spot is located in The Heights shopping center in West Covina. Place is located in the corner suite, small but big enough to handle a lunch rush. I got a Strewberry Kiwi slush with boba and it taste amazing. Not to sweet and it taste great on a hot sunny day here in Socal.
