I was so excited to try this place out on the weekend. Checked the hours to make sure we arrived early and avoid any crowds if there were any. My sister and I showed up at 10:30 and the location was closed. So disappointed since I was really looking forward to visiting this location. Should've paid attention to the reviews stating the hours are all over the place.

I feel like 3 stars keeps in neutral. We really were excited to try this place out. The aesthetic, decor is amazing; stepping into an 80's horror dream. VHS cassettes mounted on counters & walls. However... the drinks mid at best at least the coffees. I ordered a momma's boy I think that's the name. Never tasted any coffee, it tasted like watered down chocolate milk... I know I know flashbacks to LAUSD lunch. Idk I probably wouldn't try this spot again.

Really liked the drinks here lol. It is more for if you have a sweet tooth than if you want coffee but i always love the horror aesthetic and my fave coffee place stopped offering ube matcha and this place had it omg. Bangin i loved it and now i can satisfy that craving again. Really cute and the service was cool too as they asked for any allergen, which i dont drink cow milk so thank you lol

I live close by so if I'm in the area I'll try and stop by the hours are weird sometimes it's open sometimes it's closed on a random day The theme and concept is cool a horror themed coffee shop decor is great We got a couple of there newer drinks for the Halloween season Both good Service was good, one person working They were playing terrifier while we waited

Super detailed as soon as you walk in!

Super cute shop! This place is a little hidden, within the alleyway near the Bank of America ATM's. I came in on a Tuesday around 2-3pm, and was greeted immediately. The staff is warm and attentive. The decor here is amazing, and there's indoor and outdoor seating. I liked the details on the VHS tapes on the walls, and they have horror/slasher movies playing. Now, I came for the Frankenstein collab drinks, and they didn't disappoint! The "Victoorrrr" was a pistachio matcha, beautifully green and rich! The "Spirit of the Forest" was a rosemary and thyme mocha, which I really enjoyed! Only downside is that I didn't see a public restroom, but this location is great to hang out and take pictures. Would definitely come again.

This place is always randomly closed. I love supporting small coffee shops but it's frustrating when three times now I've tried stopping by and they are closed with no note on the door or explanation on social media.

I was lured over by their limited time My Chemical Romance themed drinks. This spot is tucked into a huge lot surrounded by businesses. So plenty of parking. Decor is cute and I loved the VHS touches. Huge horror fan so automatically was sold on this place. We went up and ordered our drinks. Unfortunately like the other reviews, they looked nothing like the pictures. No MCR stickers on them. It was a red velvet latte and sad to report it was not good. Expected at least to resemble somewhat of a coffee taste and no it did not. Pure sugar. They were out of the MCR treats. Service was a little slow but polite. There were couches and games available for people who wanted to sit and play. Love the vibe but would not return.

We've been really excited to try this place out. We came yesterday 2 hours after it opened and it was closed with a sign that said sold out. There was other people who tried arriving as well. One person said the coffee wasn't even worth it. But We still tried again today. Woke up early to arrive at opening which is supposed to open at 10am, but it's still closed. One of the workers from the other shops told me she always opens late and to try at 12pm. Hours definitely need to be updated for people driving out just to check this place out. So disappointed.

Delish coffee and pretty on theme decor. I got the pumpkin spice and that was pretty good and strong. The guy in the front was kind and took my order and helped me decide on what to get. Not enough seating and kind of hard to find in the plaza.

Came on Saturday 11/29 around 1:30pm but it was closed?? the hours for this place on the IG page is advertised as being open Tuesday- Saturday from 12-8pm & Sundays 10am- 8pm... and closed on Monday. If you're not planning on being open despite the schedule you made for your business, the least you can do is let your consumers be aware via IG story etc. that you won't be open. It sucks that my family and I drove from Lake Forest just to try this place, only to be disappointed with a "sold out" sign. Make sure you know they'll be OPEN before making your commute!! I'm sorry I was just bothered bc where is the professionalism?? Let your people know please!! also why are we deleting instagram comments when asking a question?

Cute decor

Came from Las Vegas for their Ghost drinks as we were in town for the concert. Loved everything we had! We tried the Satanized Hot chai with hot honey and absolutely loved it! My girl got Ratttsss and ate the whipped cream with a spork!! My kiddo got the Lachryma and the drink was gone before we got the others. Love the Horror movie vibes and service staff was incredible!! As a disabled person, I love the comfortable seating. It is a smaller shop but everyone was so nice!! We will be back again!!

I love the coffee here. The shop is a bit hidden and one must go through the shopping center to find it. The staff is super friendly and give great recommendations. They have a variety of milk types in the case that you're lactose intolerant. The music was great and the decor was amazing!!!

The decor, games available to use and vibes are great here. It was a bit stuffy in there but service was fast. I wish my Slasher (strawberry matcha) had bits if strawberry in it. It was more like strawberry milk with matcha. Still tasty and sweet. I will have to go back and try the chai options!

There were a few parties entering throughout the time that we were there, but it didn't get very busy. Really the hardest thing was finding a street parking spot, given the Little Tokyo location. The cafe is small and sure it was decorated but if you compare themed cafes in Japan to this it's not that impressive at all. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the food as most of it was sold out when I went so I got Robins drink which was recommended by the staff. The pricing seemed decent for most of the items. It was sweet but very watered down, to me it tasted like a grape propel drink....not my favorite. I noticed a lot of the drinks were premade into cups already. I don't know how I feel about that as the freshness aspect isn't there but maybe they were slammed when they first opened and that was the best way they could get peoples drinks out. The souvenir cup was a nice touch but I personally wouldn't come here again.

She explained everything and even gave out food recommendations. The hospitality here is great. The ambiance is clean, bright and exceptionally friendly. Some of them even come in packages so you can basically get a whole combo. Some of the drinks are interactive where you get to cast a fun "spell". For extra pricing, you can request for a fun silly dance and even take Polaroid photos that you can take home for a keepsake. Overall, very fun and entertaining meal. I got the tuna melt and it was heavenly! Only thing I didn't care for was the veggies as they were welted since it was a hot sandwich. Other than that, very good flavors!

I was hoping to have my own AE86 built and ready when I finally stopped by, but maybe for the new location. As an honest critique of the actual storefront, the appearance and decor is very charming. In a very bright, Japanese themed cafe kind of way. But because this is an Initial D themed drink and snack spot, I can see this being a place where mostly guys use this place as a meet-up hub. Especially for a small car meet. Very niche right? Especially for the dying breed of 1980's 1990's - 2000's JDM cars. That said, how many guys in the city could you actually get to come here regularly for soy and soy-based accessories, drinks, and snacks? The dessert was okay, and I wasn't in love with the drinks. Light, tofu refreshing, but not captivating. Personally, the menu doesn't appeal to me, since I try to avoid soy since it tends to be a pro-estrogen consumable. I don't think they had to box themselves in into being a purely tofu-only cafe. They could sell tofu products, and also have something simple but repeatedly addictive; like In-n-Out, Wurstkuche, Howling Ray's, Tea Master Matcha Cafe, Savoy, Langer's, etc. The closest idea I can think of that would be forced into tofu would be like really excellent, authentic mabo tofu, agedashi tofu, or like a karaage or Tokyo fried chicken style fried chicken with a mabo tofu dipping sauce, heavy on the ma-la flavors. Hell, I might even stop by more if they imported more car parts, from like Impulse, TRD, or Apex'i. But the way the AE86 market is, it makes more sense to sell online to the global niche. Wonderful atmosphere and mood for the Initial D/MF Ghost/Subaru to Subaru fandom. It was fun just to follow on instagram and catch a glimpse of all the influencer personalities in the car community stopping by. I'll look forward to what their next Project T(ofu) looks like. See you next time, Space (cow) boy. Oh-oh-oh. I need you babe.
