Great tasting food and presentation. Service is quick and friendly. The ambiance is comfortable with tv screens that are aquariums. Pretty cool concept based on an anime.

I had a memorable, fun experience at the One Piece Cafe (Los Angeles). I ordered the Franky Double Burger & Fries ($24.50). It's HUGE!! This burger made a beautiful photo, but the meat patties are unfortunately overcooked. The THICK, big burger is dry; however, the cheese and sauce helped. Still, the experience is very charming! (Important: Cash is not accepted. Bring Card. Also, the location has about eight interior tables, so there's a real possibility that you might not even find inside dine-in seating due to the crazy popularity. I arrived near opening time, and the line to the counter took about 45 minutes. The line didn't even shrink when I'd left.) I arrived at the One Piece Cafe (Los Angeles) on Sunday (around 11:08AM). There was a very long line upon arrival. They had a security guard to monitor everyone, so I felt safe. Parking is difficult since it's Los Angeles. Street Parking was very hard to find, so I parked at the nearby Parking Structure (Sho Tokyo Garage - $15 Flat Rate on Sat or Sun). It's a short two minute walk to the One Piece Cafe (Los Angeles). Staff is professional and polite. Staff worked hard despite the HUGE line of customers. It took about 45 minutes to reach the counter. And my food was completed within 14 minutes. I was lucky enough to find an open table inside. As mentioned, I ordered the Franky Double Burger & Fries ($24.50). This burger is definitely a fun spectacle, but it was also a fairly dry & overcooked burger. It was presented lovingly on a bed of crisp, well-seasoned fries. At the very least, it's HUGE!! I had plenty of leftovers. However, if I ever revisit, I'd focus on the fresh popcorn chicken or refreshing drinks. I had brought my fanatical One Piece buddy on this trip, and my friend's food tasted way better than mine. On ambiance, the One Piece Cafe (Los Angeles) is absolutely lovely if you're able to find an available table. The "windows" show the animated ocean's waves as if you're inside the One Piece boat. There's also screens showing the top pirates in a fun animated way. The location is very clean, and it felt whimsical like a themed cafe inside Disneyland or Universal Studios. The One Piece Music also plays as you wait outside in line and sit inside as you dine. If lucky enough, the experience is very special. Overall, I had a happy, cheerful experience at the One Piece Cafe (Los Angeles). There's many families, young ones, and anime enthusiasts happily adoring their One Piece Themed dining experience. If you're able to arrive early, I happily recommend. 4.5 out of 5

Made a pilgrimage to One Piece Cafe from SD. Well worth the trip. We made several Animae stops and this was one of them we made for my daughter. The restaurant was decorated with the One Piece theme. Very nice! The food was actually really good and the prices were not bad at all. All the items we ordered were delicious. Although the drinks were on the sweeter side. The service was top notch. Very friendly staff. Overall, a great experience. I loved the service, food and atmosphere.

Extremely cute place, my older sister is obsessed with One Piece so we came here it's about an hour from where we live and the wait was about 35 minutes or so! The food was actually DELICIOUS. You know some places are hyped because of the actual spot and esthetics but this place was that AND the food was amazing. The only problem that day was there was only one bathroom open and the wait was 30 minutes :( it's definitely the cafe vibe you order then you find a seat! It's smaller than I thought but definitely worth a spot to check out! Everyone was super sweet and nice!

This cafe, although small and not that much Greta ac, it was very delicious and themed appropriately! Me and my fiancé made the trip down from San Diego and it was 100% worth it! Wait was not too bad. Arrived right at 11 and line moved quickly and was able to get a seat inside. We purchased the spam masubi, French fries and egg fried rice paired with the ube horchata and flower power drinks ! Everything was as expected and tasted amazing. We would definitely travel back for the food!!

Arrived on a Saturday around 1 p.m. and didn't get seated until about 3ish. The line was long, and standing in the heat wasn't ideal, so just be prepared. We ordered a bunch of dishes because we wanted the full experience, but honestly, we weren't super impressed with the food. The menu is fun, and the atmosphere is cool, but I feel like the food has so much more potential. We ended up chatting with a few tables around us, and they all had pretty much the same reaction. The concept is cute and all, but the food just didn't do it for us. Don't let social media make up your mind--try it for yourself! We spent about $145, and while the overall experience was fun, I'm not sure I'd go back.

Great experience for people who love One Piece, me and my family went here and the food was great the first time I when i got the Zoros onigiri, and Luffys red hawk popcorn chicken which was very good and choppers cotton candy lemonade, and dragon fruit strawberry punch, its was so good I had to go again and get the robin flower flower refresher , gum gum ube horchata, snd the Franky burger. The service was good doing their jobs fine, nothing special, and the ambiance was amazing it has a very good vibe inside with all the One Piece decorations that make you feel like you're in the One Piece show which I love! But there's sometimes a big line for the bathroom and to go inside, still 5 fives!!!

As a fan of One Piece I was looking forward to coming here. I don't know what I was expecting but it was a little disappointing for me. The cafe is small and sure it was decorated but if you compare themed cafes in Japan to this it's not that impressive at all. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the food as most of it was sold out when I went so I got Robins drink which was recommended by the staff. The pricing seemed decent for most of the items. It was sweet but very watered down, to me it tasted like a grape propel drink....not my favorite. I noticed a lot of the drinks were premade into cups already. I don't know how I feel about that as the freshness aspect isn't there but maybe they were slammed when they first opened and that was the best way they could get peoples drinks out. The souvenir cup was a nice touch but I personally wouldn't come here again.

My son is a huge One Piece fan and we took him as a surprise, it didnt disappoint! We got there early and waited about 15ish minutes to get in, they let a few groups in at a time. Decked out from top to bottom to give you a full experience. Menu has lots of yummy options for food and drinks. They also have merch you can purchase. It was a little pricey but that is expected when doing an experience like this. It was worth it! If you are a fan or just simply love new unique experiences i would give it a try.

I was quite excited to go to this cafe as a one piece fan. I love the scenery inside and I love how they have the merch displayed with the prices. I don't think I got my curry with the chicken katsu I ordered, and the proportions are quite small for the price you pay. I don't mind waiting for my food, however, they did take quite a long time for my food to come out (30+ mins). Ultimately, I was a bit disappointed with the food proportions and price. Good for pics though!

As a fan of One Piece, this cafe has me on a chokehold with ambience and theming. The entire place is covered with One Piece photo opportunities, including the bathrooms. To eat here is an experience and the staff seem genuinely excited and happy to be working here. The cafe collaboration with outside companies to bring community events makes this food spot a stand out! On Tuesdays, they host One Piece Trading Card Game tournaments. On Wednesdays, they host board game nights. I have not personally gone to any of these weekly events but I did get a chance to go to the Kess sponsored pop up when they were featuring their "Dawn of Liberation" kickstarter game, as well as their "Luffy's Bento Picnic" party games. This particular event ran smoothly and made me excited for future collaborations! My only feedback would be to have more tables or eating space. The outside patio could definitely host more tables and chairs. The merchandise they sell seemed higher than market price to me but then again, this is LA! For food, we tried the Chicken Katsu Curry and the Chicken Katsu Sando (can you tell how much I love chicken katsu?). The chicken katsu was tender and well-cooked. The panko coating crust was perfectly crispy, light, and seasoned, providing that satisfying crunch. I was a little disappointed by the veggies on the chicken katsu curry because they were a little too pickly for my taste. The curry sauce tasted flavorful but felt overly thick on some parts. Presentation overall was vibrant and inviting, with the garnishes enhancing our overall happiness levels. Will be back to try other items on the menu and to see if they have other seasonal recipes that they cook up. Exciting to have a themed cafe thrive in Little Tokyo.

    Neha N.

Cute little One Piece themed cafe in Little Tokyo! We decided to stroll in and grab a snack/drink since it didn't look busy. Thankfully things moved quickly and we got our refreshments and a table outside. The cafe is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and all the decor added to its charm. They also sell some merchandise but it's all quite pricey. We enjoyed our drinks (ube horchata and tangerine slushy) and kept the cups. The ube horchata was nice and creamy and my slushy had a nice tang too it despite how sweet it was! Definitely a great place to check out if you're a fan of One Piece.

They have a surprisingly solid selection of Japanese trading card games like Weiss Schwarz, Hololive, and Pokémon, alongside some manga. It's an awesome touch if you're a fan of the hobby or just want something interesting to browse while waiting for your order. As for the food, I had to try the classic maid cafe staple: the omurice. I was hoping to have my own AE86 built and ready when I finally stopped by, but maybe for the new location. As an honest critique of the actual storefront, the appearance and decor is very charming. In a very bright, Japanese themed cafe kind of way. But because this is an Initial D themed drink and snack spot, I can see this being a place where mostly guys use this place as a meet-up hub. Especially for a small car meet. Very niche right? Especially for the dying breed of 1980's 1990's - 2000's JDM cars. That said, how many guys in the city could you actually get to come here regularly for soy and soy-based accessories, drinks, and snacks? The dessert was okay, and I wasn't in love with the drinks. Light, tofu refreshing, but not captivating. Personally, the menu doesn't appeal to me, since I try to avoid soy since it tends to be a pro-estrogen consumable. I don't think they had to box themselves in into being a purely tofu-only cafe. They could sell tofu products, and also have something simple but repeatedly addictive; like In-n-Out, Wurstkuche, Howling Ray's, Tea Master Matcha Cafe, Savoy, Langer's, etc. The closest idea I can think of that would be forced into tofu would be like really excellent, authentic mabo tofu, agedashi tofu, or like a karaage or Tokyo fried chicken style fried chicken with a mabo tofu dipping sauce, heavy on the ma-la flavors. Hell, I might even stop by more if they imported more car parts, from like Impulse, TRD, or Apex'i. But the way the AE86 market is, it makes more sense to sell online to the global niche. Wonderful atmosphere and mood for the Initial D/MF Ghost/Subaru to Subaru fandom. It was fun just to follow on instagram and catch a glimpse of all the influencer personalities in the car community stopping by. I'll look forward to what their next Project T(ofu) looks like. See you next time, Space (cow) boy. Oh-oh-oh. I need you babe.
