I visited this CVS pharmacy on a Sunday morning because I needed to pick something up. According to Google, their hours said they opened at 11 a.m., but luckily, when I got there around 9 a.m., they were already open! I quickly found what I needed. It was super fast and easy. The staff I interacted with was really helpful; I spoke to one staff member (I forgot her name, but she was great) who answered my questions and helped me right away. The store was well-stocked, and everything was clean, aisles, windows, all looked great. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. Great job to the team! read more

Very Disappointed with Recent Experience at this CVS I am very upset and disappointed with the experience I had today at CVS. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected. I came in with a return, and since no one was at the register, I went to grab the items I needed. When I approached the register, the employee, Vicky, seemed stressed and frustrated. I politely asked for help, but instead of assisting me professionally, she questioned why I didn't go to the register first and implied that I might be stealing. That assumption was completely unnecessary and upsetting. I was holding my items in plain sight and had no intention of doing anything wrong. During the transaction, she continued to comment about other customers needing help because of the register beeping, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I believe Vicky could benefit from additional training in customer service and handling stress professionally. I came here with the idea of purchasing numbing cream for tattoos for my young one and the pharmacist couldn't really help me me some anti-itch crap but the cashier and her name is Diane went above and beyond assisting me with what I needed. This Pharmacy is run by completely incompetent people. their record keeping is absolutely a mess! their system of tracking your medication's is a mess! Their system of updating refills from Dr. Communication is a mess! They are very nice in the pharmacy, but don't let that fool you because what they say is still cannot be trusted to be accurate. Their customer service by management in the store itself especially Chris "who in the state of California doesn't have to provide his last name", is completely unprofessional. " I have grand parents who take medications, so I get it", when I'm not old enough to be grand parent so that comment was irrelevant and insulting. There is no one in the store or the pharmacy who can truly help you resolve issues because they say one thing one minute and another minute later, they do not communicate with each other very well in the store, on their app, or with other stores.I used to love my CVS and Azusa up on foothill, no longer there which is what I should be able to compare it to and And this can't even remotely compare. They ask questions about about your prescription. Then they come back and ask the same question (3 times). They are nuts too. They slam the window in between questions. They ask a question. For the pharmacy: Exceptional every time I visit. They almost always greet me by name and just have me confirm by BDay. I used to be covered by 2 insurance plans which left me with $0 due no matter what the cost of the Rx. Sometimes they'd forget to run both plans, but that's minor....how many people are in that double-insured situation. It's easy to overlook. I see other people complaining about waiting in line in the drive through or inside. SMH Get over it. When you put a drug into your body, no matter how mundane, it's kind of important that there's a few double checks that go on at different stages for everyone's sake.....When they receive the order, fill the order and dispense the order. This was my family's go to store for quick items , but unfortunately for our safety we will have to go somewhere else to shop. The workers are great , never had an issue. Due to a really bad incident of theft that turned physical inside the CVS near the entrance., we have to avoid this location. We were a witness to a physical altercation that has traumatized my daughter. We are trying our best to help her through this, but it's been hard for her. She cannot be alone , she does not want to ever go back to that store, she is having emotional reactions to sudden loud noises and is constantly locking our doors and double checking them. This store needs a security guard to help the workers. I hope they get security , so this doesn't happen again. I get it won't stop theft from continuing, but sure would help some think twice. read more

Drive thru is slow. You will wait in your car for a long time if there is someone in front of you. I like that they send text messages when an order needs refilling or if its ready. You can also do that online. What I didn't like is they didn't call me to tell my order was not filled. When I dropped off the prescription she told me it would be ready in an hour. Online it said prescription filled. So when I went in they didnt have it. They said my insurance didnt cover it and they were waiting for my dr to call them back. Before all that my prescription wasn't even in the system even though it was online. That they had no record of me dropping it off. Other then that one incident and the wait the people here are friendly. They are more professional then Walmart. read more

On several occasions this particular location on the Northeast corner of Arrow and Citrus has let questions they had about prescriptions or issues they need to resolve just sit and wait. When you go to pickup then you get told, "oh we were out of that milligram strength and we are waiting to get authorization for another pill". This happens routinely. Stay away. read more

THE WORST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR PICTURES PRINTED AT! CVS states that they will have your pictures printed in an hour and after more than 24 hours later, my pictures are STILL NOT DONE. I was pretty excited to find a location near my home and I took the time to edit, load and submit my photographs on their online system to have my pictures ready in an hour, plus they happened to be having a sale so it was a win win for me. I've submitted my order online at around 1pm and received the email confirmation that my order was received at the store. I went out to lunch, ran errands and at 6pm decided to show up to pick up my pictures. To my surprise and disappointment, my pictures weren't even printed yet. Five hours later and they hadn't even started!! What kind of service is this?? I did receive an email confirming that my order was ready to be picked up at 2pm so I was pretty surprised. When I asked the girl at the register to help me with the pictures, she ended up calling her manager, Moe to help me out. He approached me with a "What do you need?" which wasn't very nice. I said hello, gave him my full name and the order number as well. He then confirmed that yes, my pictures were NOT printed yet. I did not understand why this had not been done already. It is not a very busy store and it surely had been a good amount of time since my submission. He said that the email I received confirming that my pictures were ready was just "automatic" and it did NOT mean that my pictures were really ready. He then asked me if I was Asian, surprised because of my last name, and then proceeded to pull out random stranger's pictures for me asking me if those were mine. Obviously, the last name on the envelope is NOT mine and no those are not my pictures. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! That def raised up red flags for me because for all I know this person will be showing my pictures to other people asking them if those are their pictures. After a whole hours in the store and after he called a few people, he stated that my pictures will not be ready today and that I should call tomorrow (Monday) to find out if they are ready then. I asked him to call me instead because I think it would be the right thing to do. Today is Tuesday and I've received no phone call from him. I decided to call corporate to inform them about my experience at this store. They decided to call the store for me as well and find out today if my pictures were ready and guess what.... MORE THAN 24HRS LATER and my "one hour" pictures are STILL NOT PRINTED!!!! The representative was pretty embarrassed to say the least that this store had not kept their CVS promise of one hour photo service. There is no excuse for it to have taken this long. I will no longer be coming to this store or will I ever recommend this store to anyone at all. read more

Come here often for quick fast shopping, they usually have decent prices on beer, but the selection is very small about 2 coolers worth. Workers here are pretty nice and helpful, there usually only 1 cashier open at any given time though so the line gets backed up pretty quick. like i said this place is ok for a quick stop. read more

The pharmacist at the location was amazing! She really knows her customer service! She acknowledged me right away even though they were busy. She was all smiles and was running around trying to get the line to go down. The rest of the store seemed ok, but the pharmacist impressed me the most. I believe her name was Kim? Then, when I waited to check out, employees were chatting with one another about weekend activities, making the customers wait. I felt like an inconvenience which was uncomfortable. How things can change in an instant. .. I arrive at the store on Friday April the 4th to pick up my medication. The girl assisting me gives me a perplexed look. She asks me did you ALREADY run out of the Singular? I said, uh yah, that's why I called in a refill. She goes into the system and comes back to tell me I had already picked up my allergy meds on the 22nd of March. I told her no, I picked up my water pill and you guys gave me 2 months worth of that medication, and I received my nasal spray. I told her, I specifically remember because when I talked to my mother that evening, I told her oh, they gave me 2 months of the water pill so I won't have to go back for awhile that's nice, and I told her about the nasal spray refill (mind you that I didn't request). So, she starts asking the other assistant that works there how to do an override. The system wouldn't let her, so she calls the pharmacist over (the Asian lady). The three of them stood at the computer talking quietly amongst themselves and they kept looking back over at me giving me weird looks. So, I asked what is the problem? The pharmacist comes over and tells me, there's no way you didn't get the Singular. We have to scan the bar code and it's correct in the system. I told her, okay so that's your procedure, but from some reason that is not what I received. She then tells me, well you signed for it. That means you accepted the purchase. I told her, so this means I need to check the bags before I leave then. I need to double check your work? (Mind you, they give you your prescriptions in bags that are stapled closed.) I said is it possible that human error came into play in this situation? So I explained to her what I received and she said it's just impossible. Then she tells me authoritatively, besides this is new prescription, you would have had to do consultation. I started laughing, and I told her now I know for a fact you guys messed up big time. Either you're lying to cover your mistake, or you're stupid. None of these are NEW prescriptions. The allergy prescription is ongoing since October of 2012. The water pill is ongoing since December 2013. Why would I need a consultation for prescriptions that are ongoing? Then I tore her a new one also by telling her why did you guys even try to get the nasal spray renewed? That is not a prescription from my primary doctor. That was supposed to be a one time prescribed medication that I received from going to urgent care. So you were calling some random doctor trying to refill a prescription for a patient he doesn't even see regularly. I NEVER asked you to refill that prescription, nor did I put it on auto-refill. So something is VERY VERY WRONG HERE. Her suggestion to me was, not can you please go home and get what we gave you? No, it was I NEED YOU TO GO HOME AND BRING WHAT YOU WERE GIVEN. I told her, excuse me. You NEED me to BRING you the prescriptions you messed up on? So I have to waste my time going home and coming back here. I was livid, and walked out, went home and got the prescriptions. Luckily, I'm a weirdo and I always save the bags until I get the next prescription. I go back into the pharmacy, and what do ya know????? I was given the incorrect prescription. They were not supposed to give me two water pill refills, one was supposed to be the allergy pills. I got a half-assed apology. She told me I could purchase the allergy pills. I was like, no you can take the extra water pills back and credit me, or exchange me for the allergy pills. She told me, NO YOU KEEP the water pills because ultimately you will need them next month. I told her no YOU MORON. This is a month to month prescription that I have to follow up on. Each month the dosage is tweaked according to my needs. So next month I may not need this dosage. I might need something stronger or something weaker. So essentially I am stuck with a medication I don't need. Then I thought about it, I got scared I might have received the wrong meds all together!!! UH NO BITCH I DON'T"T THINK SO! I opened the water pills dumped each out on the counter in two separate piles and demanded that she double check that indeed these were the correct pills. I told her no thank you on refilling my allergy meds. I told her I'd rather call my doctor and have her transfer my prescription somewhere else. I can no longer trust you to give me the correct prescription. What if they had given me the wrong pills? I could have been taking something that could have interacted with my other medication and I could have gotten very very ill or worse case scenario, over dosed. My very HONEST, COMPASSIONATE suggestion to you all. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS filled here. Or, double check your bags before you leave. Yes, in hindsight I should know better, that you always need to check things before you leave. However, I've never had to do this with something as SERIOUS as MEDICATION! Came to pick up a few things for a trip and had some cvs coupons. A 20% off and a $5.00 off. Our cashier "PAT" was in such a hurry she put the coupons in too many times and and to re-do it. That wasn't the problem. Her attitude towards my mother and I was ridiculous. I asked her a question and she had a smart ass response. As I was driving I came across this cvs store. I remembered I had to exchange some pink nails that I didn't like the color. Mind you , two night before I bought them at a different cvs and they were buy two get one free. So I go in and walk up to the register and tell pat ( the cashier) can I just leave this here real quick( my pink nails and receipts ) I'm just going to grab the nails I want to exchange them for. Then pat was like well let me give u your money I'm like no thank u I just want to change the color. I work in retail and they just give u part of what u paid when u do a return. So I just wanted to switch the color. She gave me attitude and then looked at a black lady that was standing next to her I'm assuming it was her manager. The lady I'm assuming was the manager just started to say no no no rudely without pat saying anything. Long story short. That's really poor customer service. The Service here is all smiles and all judgement. It's humiliating to come here!! My pharmacy closed and sold their customers to CVS. After years of dedicated service and knowing my pharmacist and them knowing me and my family, I've come to CVS to being questioned on every visit. 5 months now and I'm always asked why I'm getting my prescriptions given in half even though upon EVERY visit I've explained that the insurance only pays for half and I pay the rest. EVERY visit it becomes an inquisition again and again.! No one notes my record on the computer, no one cares to be discreet while questioning me in front of customers. - The WORST IS, I just walked out after being told that by my handing her, the Night Pharm Mgr., a Doctors written prescription that She doesn't know if that's real and why don't I just come back and pay for the rest when I am running out of the insurance paid portion? BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TWICE IN A MONTH.! Who are they being taught customer etiquette from? This is ridiculous.! Now I have no meds and I have to wait until tomorrow to shout at the day pharm mgr. for the 5 month in a row. The KICKER is, and why I'm even more upset, that the more days into the month they KEEP DOING THIS sets my 30 day timer with the insurance farther back. So I go to the doctor every month and have to keep setting that appt. even farther out to coincide with the 30 days on the prescriptions. Literally the worst pharmacy. EVERY single time I have dropped of a prescription I've been told "we need to order it and we'll give you a call in 4-5 days" and EVERY single time (you'd think I'd learn by now, but unfortunately this location is very close to my residence) I'm the one who ends up having to call a couple days after the fact and have to demand where my prescription is, to which the latest answer was "Oh we couldn't order it." I finally got fed up and asked why I hadn't received a call and she said that it was up to me to call to see where my prescription was. Uhhh??? Not to mention when you call the place, you immediately get placed on hold before the operator even finishes saying "could you please hol-". Cue holding music for 5+ minutes. I usually have to hang up and call back before I actually get someone on the phone. Do NOT go here. You'd think that handling people's medication would be handled in a professional manner... Nope.
