Can get medicine when you need it. Just need to know hours. The staff is helpful. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion when I've required additional help. read more

Pharmacy tech and pharmacist are rude, unfriendly and disrespectful. I went in to get a prescription refilled because I could not get an appointment with a PCP. Was told the pharmacist could help and there was a Minute Clinic on premise When I asked about getting a refill and into the minute clinic I was laughed at and eyes were rolled. She walked away while still speaking to.me but.i could not hear as her back was to me and she was mumbling. read more

I have been receiving coupons from CVS in my email for some time now, and as time has moved in, I have gotten better at using them before they expire. I actually traveled 2.5 miles to come to this location specifically, in order to use the coupon that I had received just yesterday. The item that I wanted to purchase was a Red Bull in the green, kiwi, or blue flavor. Luckily for me, they had one single Red Bull green edition available in stock. No other flavors were available, which probably wasn't the fault of the store itself. The Red Bull drinks were situated at the very bottom shelf within the drink cooler. It wasn't the easiest fine, bit I did find them. Hopefully, their lack of Red Bull flavors will be replenished soon. The regular flavor reminds me of cough syrup. The rest of the process was easy, and I'm absolutely a big fan of the self service checkout. read more

I defy anyone to find a pharmacy with worse customer service. If you are a veteran and need anything you are better off just dealing with the VA. It doesn't matter if you have all the paperwork and approval, they will make up an excuse not to serve you. read more

I wish I had something positive to say about this location. Unfortunately I do not. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for a few months before COVID hit and they have stayed at a consistent low on the customer service department. The pharmacy employees are always rude and will hardly even acknowledge a customer when they are present at the counter. When asked questions, they hardly respond and if there is a response you are shuffled around other employees only to be put back to the original employee who then magically has an answer with a very rude attitude. I do not think it is hard to check the status of a refill, nor should there be an obvious attitude when it is asked. This location is also terrible about not posting correct hours or often not opening when posted opening and closing before posted closing times. Find another pharmacy, you'll thank me later. read more

I have tried to patronize this CVS twice and twice I walked away with nothing and not having been appropriately served. The first time was with a prescription from my doctor that they refused to fill without a doctor's note. Hello, that is what a prescription IS!! I ended up back at my usual pharmacy at the Fair Lakes Wal-Mart for no-fuss, no-muss service. The second time was this weekend. I went in armed with my coupons and tried to take advantage of all the posted yellow sale signs, only to find out at the register that the sale would not actually start until the following day. They were willing to honor the sale price, but I had to catch everything that was being rung up. Fine, but that meant I was running around the store checking signs. The line was backed up and I was embarrassed. Then, the clerk started banging my purchases around in a huff. Then, he mistakenly tried to school me. I walked out. I did not spend the better part of an hour shuffling coupons and making careful selections only to be berated by the clerk. I walked out. Never going back. This store needs to educate their cashiers and probably the pharmacy crew on customer service. In doing so, I gave up the use of the $5 bonus beauty bucks I earned because they expired. All staff is always very helpful and nice! I am so surprised to receive customer service like this. And I also did 2 vaccines there and both pharmacists were very respectful and kind, I asked a ton of questions and they answered all of them. read more

Today I couldn't find the liquid glycerin in the CVS. I approached an employee who tried to help me with no luck. Another employee came out from behind the counter to help and also couldn't find it. I explained it was what I needed to make bubbles for my grandchildren. The manager came out and heard us talking I took me right to the spot that carried the liquid glycerin I needed. They were very kind and very helpful. read more

They made a lot of mistakes in the past with my pills, and I had to wait a long time there and the lady with the fake eyelash and hair gave me attitude. She was yelling instead of apologizing for their bad service (e.g.making us wait just for the pick up). read more

Horrible pharmacy service. They have posted hours for the pharmacy but don't open when they say they do. Sign next to pharm window shows Only 8am as an opening time, went on Saturday at 8:30, the manager told me the pharmacist was there but would let me pick up my order till 9. I asked about the sign, she said "it should say 9am but it's missing"...not my first encounter with them. Absolutely no customer service. Walgreens just up route 1 is far better. read more

Disgusted with my past experiences with this store. My mom lives close by and I visited her on a recent holiday. For some reason, a coupon I tried to use didn't work as it should have. Once I brought it to the cashiers attention, he didn't care and continued on with the transaction and handed the coupon back to me. I completed the transaction, however once reading my receipt on the sidewalk I realized there was an error and I should have been able to be discounted. So I went back in, asked for the manager and the cashier, Javier, laughed, called his manager and then began playing on a tablet instead of tending to the customers behind me waiting. The manager was able to correct Javier's mistake, but for whatever reason Javier still felt the need to be disrespectful and continue laughing about charging a customer more money than he should have. I wouldn't have an issue if this had been the first time. A few months ago I was charged twice for one item I bought. I hope there isn't any type of fraud going on with these cashiers, but be sure to check your receipts and change when dealing with this store. read more
