This was on a snow day in which the store had no customer at the pharmacy, and they informed me they only take appointments for the day. I stood at the pharmacy counter and login to the CVS portal to check appointment availability and saw all appointments for the day to be available ( (Friday 12/5/25). I took the next open slot which was 5 minutes away. Still got denied after all this.

Can make for an easy stop to retrieve what you need and be on your way (if you are up for a walk). I came here recently as I was doing a detour home. I needed to hit up a grocery store and was hoping that I would find one soon on the Metro. Once here from the stop I went inside and oriented myself. I had to use the signs to find exactly where things were. I was in here to grab what was needed and not to browse. I wanted to make it as quick of a run and get back home to continue my workday. I was able to accomplish finding everything, then I made my way to the registers. Self checkout seemed to be the way to go here as it was not busy during my visit, and I really don't remember anyone at the other registers. Then that is when something had to go wrong. I scan all my items, put in my reward information, and then the register said I didn't bag an item. I can assure you I did put it in the bagging area robotic ma'am, but you just did not register it. Then I had to wait for the sole employee to make his way to me. I am very much an introvert, and I hate when I am being forced to talk with someone, so this was unneeded for me. As soon as he scanned his badge and got me going, I was on my way.

I would not recommend coming to this location. Kat (or Kate) was extremely unhelpful and dismissive…read morefrom the moment I walked in. I came with my cosmetology classmates, and when we asked for assistance with registration, she told us we had to do it online and made no effort to guide us or even point us in the right direction. What made it worse is that I personally watched her help someone else in-store with the exact same process, so it felt like she simply chose not to help us. After purchasing several items, I asked for a bag since I had a lot to carry. She looked annoyed and told me, "we don't have any," while scratching her head like I was inconveniencing her. Yet I had just seen her provide store bags to other customers right before me. On top of that, she was watching me closely the entire time I was shopping, as if I was going to steal something. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and left me feeling singled out. I was glad I found the items I needed, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. The service felt unfair, discriminatory, and completely unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this location.
