I was disappointed with the minimal extractions - which was the main reason I went. I still see more clogged pores after the facial. I got the red light therapy for my enhancement. I assumed they would add a little time to the session, but everything was still wrapped up within the 50-minute window. It definitely made me wonder if another part of the facial was cut short (maybe extractions) to fit the light therapy in. Without the promo, this service would have been around $200 with the enhancement. For that price point, I'd probably pay a little more and head elsewhere to get a more "spa-like" experience and more thorough extractions.

I had this one spot that didn't seem to grow back and I COULD ALWAYS SEE IT. Then my friend used Ash and I was intrigued. Not long after I made a consultation and ya'll, this girl is so great. She asked a bunch of questions to 1) get an idea of why exactly I was interested in powder brows 2) get an idea of what I was expecting to get and most importantly 3) ensure I would be safe, if there were any safety concerns, and walk me through the process. I don't have a tattoo, I had no idea about the potential reactions, and she walked me through the healing process and what to expect. During my appointment she was so calm and relaxed that she made ME relax. She talked me through what she was doing. She checked in on me throughout the process. I will say there were a few parts where my eyes were watering, but overall not a problem. Ash even walked me through the differences between cosmetic tattoos and a body tattoo. (No, tattoos aren't as easy) After my appointment I was ANNOYING. For the first week I think I messaged Ash every day asking questions about "is this normal?" or "does this look ok?". She was always extremely kind and patient. She answered all my questions and even encouraged me to ask more. Ash is truly the best. She made the entire process feel comfortable, she has the patience of an angel, and is truly one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting.
