I turned away, took 3 steps toward the door but still is close eye sight of that clerk, then realized that the home test purchased was Covid only. I turned and approached that clerk, handed him that purchased test kit for exchange, and was directed to the rear of the store to the pharmacy where I found the 3 in 1 test kit. When I returned to pay the balance in that exchange ( about $2), the clerk discovered that the prior mistaken kit couldn't be returned or exchanged. He called the store manager. Both of us, the clerk and I, told her the mistake and that I had never left the store or the clerk's sight. I literally had the mistaken purchase for just 30 seconds in my hand. She adamantly refused to assist in correcting the mistake or refunding my money. She claimed "the CVS system will not allow it. There is nothing I can do." I purchased the second and correct test kit. My wife tested POSITIVE for influenza A. I won't be going back to any CVS if a soulless computer runs all customer service.

The new Espresso drinks machine and of course being open 24/7 late nights is the reason why I'm back to use 7 eleven after almost 8 years of never getting anything from there! The Espresso machine at midnight is a live saver for me! Great Espresso it's really good for Espresso and late night! I also buy water , use the restroom and continue the night working on old Town! It became a habit to go there every Friday and Saturday night! It's always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming! I love it when Mr Fouad the owner is there and how welcoming he is!
