I loved the ambiance of this place. It was so beautiful and peaceful in the inside and out. The whole experience is very classy as well. We ordered some white sangria which my parents absolutely love!! It was delicious. My husband got a ceviche plate with octopus I believe. He said it was ok but nothing that blew his mind of. I ordered one of the steak plates and so did my brother. They were very good. But like I said nothing extraordinary. Very basic at best. They were very nice and allowed to bring our own cake for my mother and they also sang happy birthday to her!!
I came here for happy hour on Friday and had a great time. It was packed and the service was good. To drink, I had two Pisco Sour and they were delicious. To eat, we tried the pulpo estirado, anticuchos de filet mignon and conchas parmesana. The pulpo was tasty but the salad that it came with was my favorite. The filet mignon was good but I've had better. The seasoning of the conchas parmesana was delicious. The happy hour dishes are on the smaller side, so if you are hungry or going with a big group, multiple plates should be ordered. The ambiance was good despite it being full. However, after happy hour, it was not as full. This is a great spot for happy hour but I would just recommend going early to be able to get a spot at the bar.
Ceviche 105 in Dadeland delivers absolute excellence in Peruvian cuisine. I tried the anticuchos, classic ceviche, and the lomo saltado tacu tacu, and every single dish was executed flawlessly. Truly top-tier across the board. The anticuchos were perfectly tender with deep, smoky flavor and just the right balance of seasoning. The classic ceviche was pristine--fresh fish, precise acidity, and impeccable balance. The tacu tacu with lomo saltado was outstanding: rich, beautifully textured, and expertly cooked, with bold flavors that still felt refined. There is honestly nothing I would change. From execution to presentation, everything felt intentional and elevated. Yes, it's on the expensive side, but this is clearly fine dining Peruvian food. In my opinion, Ceviche 105 belongs in the top 5 Peruvian restaurants in the United States, if not higher. Compared to Dr. Limon, Ceviche 105 is significantly more luxurious, and while both are excellent, the technical execution and consistency of the dishes at 105 are superior. If you're looking for the best Peruvian food with a refined, upscale experience, this is the place. Worth every penny.
Ceviche 105 is one of my favorite restaurants, and the Dadeland location is my go to spot inside the mall. While my favorite location overall is still Coral Gables, this one is absolutely solid and I come here often, especially for business meetings. The service is always quick and efficient, which is perfect when you are on a time crunch, and the food is consistently good. It is an easy place to meet clients, catch up over lunch, or grab something reliable without thinking twice. My usuals never change. I always start with the Ceviche Nikkei tartare and the causa de pollo. For mains, I love the Acevichado 105 sushi roll because the flavors are just too good, and if you like crispy rice, La Perricholi 105 is a must. If I am in the mood for an entrée instead, the lomo saltado never disappoints, and the ají de gallina is one of my all time favorites. Overall, this location is dependable, fast, and delicious. This place is not to miss. Located in the mall with the exterior outside. Got a few favorites I like grabbing at most Peruvian spots - I will judge a place by lomo saltado and the aji de gallina and both did not disappoint. Service was top notch and had great attention to time and detail. 10/10, we will be back!
Good food, great waiter, nice decor, great drinks. Conveniently located inside of Dadeland Mall, there's plenty of parking in the area, and you can even do some shopping after. The food was delicious! Our table had a lot of different plates so we got to try a couple of things on the menu. I had the sushi that came with salmon and cream cheese, and it was soooo good. We also tried the sushi with scallops on top, but it was not my favorite. The lomo saltado was the table's favorite dish. It was so so goood!! For drinks we tried the sangria and a couple of cocktails, as well as some non alcoholic drinks. They were all a decent size and came nicely decorated. I definitely recommend stopping by for some delicious Peruvian food!
If you love ceviche like I do this place is a must. The gorgeous decor is an understatement. They have Peruvian style dishes and they also have amazing Churasco and the prime rib just melts in your mouth. The service here is very professional. Located in Dadeland mall. Also their white sangria is delicious.
Food was delicious as always. I had the classic ceviche and aji de gallina. Susana was very nice helpful. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is I arrived at 11.58 and was told I couldn't be sat because the restaurant doesn't open till 12... I feel I could've been told restaurant isn't open for another couple minutes but we can seat you so you don't wait in the sun with your baby.
Generally, you can't go wrong with a Peruvian place in Miami for the most part. Ceviche 105 is a staple and a well-known chain that tends to live up to it. It's delicious food. This location in Dadeland in the past had been a hit or miss, but I recently went for lunch and was very pleasantly pleased. Seems the kitchen is doing a little bit better. It's not five stars because of one particular dish, and the loud music (trend) but the service was good, prices were reasonable for Miami standards and four out of the five dishes we had were great. The ceviche classico as usual was on point fresh delicious. The anticuchos soft tender beef marinated in the skewer style were the best thing on the menu definitely order those! We also ordered Ensalada Warike, I think it was the only salad option so delicious and my friend ordered the Lomo Saltado, after the anticuchos we decided that it was good, but the anticuchos were so much better. Finally, I ordered the Pastel de Choclo de la abuela, amazing corn cake casserole stuffed with beef and spices; at the Gables location it was absolutely perfect but here it was too salty and I couldn't eat it, I had to return it. I hardly ever do that but they immediately took it and told me the manager tasted it and agreed, and took it off the bill. No dessert this time but they tend to be pretty on the sweet side in the past all in all. It's a good spot if you're in the mood for some Peruvian food and then shopping next door.
The short rib Arroz Charapa was amazing! Server Maria was absolutely stunning. She had the best recommendations, was attentive and knowledgeable. The best! The drink that I had was a silver tequila and passion fruit. Called the Chan Chan. Amazing. I had two. Will definitely be back when I am in town. Do recommend because the ambiance is tremendously beautiful

Heard about this chain through many locals - came on a Saturday afternoon - no wait time but I recommend making a reservation - outdoor seating was very nice & comfortable - our server was sweet & attentive - the drinks are really good & strong - I recommend the ceviche trio - the jalea - and the aji de gallina! First time at this place and so happy to have went. Parked in the Dadeland Mall garage and walked over after some shopping. Service was good and the ambiance was even better and very festive which I greatly enjoyed. Ordered the Pulpito Herradura which were tender pieces of octopus marinated in anticuchera sauce and Pisco 105, accompanied with golden potatoes & salsa. It was so tasty and delicious. Also tried the La Perricholi 105 sushi consisting of crispy rice bites topped with mancora tuna, rocoto aioli, eel sauce and truffle oil that was divine. Ordered the ceviche Clasico De Toda La Vida with seafood that was a great choice. My cocktail was absolute perfection , highly recommend the Tropical Sangria. read more

The food in CVI.CHE 105 is amazing, very creative. I recommend getting the Tetra of Ceviche. It's 4 different types of Ceviche, if it's for sampling on your first time here so you know what to get the next time or if you liked the experience of 4 different ceviches, 4 different journeys, and not wanting to just settle on one flavor, the Tetra is just great in my option. Although if you have more than just 2 people in your party I recommend getting more than one Terta as the portions of each Ceviche are small but enough to fill both people. The service in this place isn't fast but isn't slow, you'd usually wait 2-3 minutes for drinks, after drinks, 7-11 minutes for appetizers, and after appetizers you'd be waiting 10 minutes for everything else. The ambiance is really nice, would recommend, especially this location right next to the Dadeland Mall read more
Great new restaurant at Dadeland Mall. The restaurant was super packed when we went for dinner but we were able to get a table without waiting. The atmosphere was very lively, the music was extremely loud. We couldn't hear each other very well. That would be the only negative from the experience. I ordered the Linguine Mar y Tierra 105. It was very good. The pasta had a lot of sauce and was the perfect portion. The shrimp and steak were well cooked and complimented the pasta nicely. I would definitely order this again. read more

If you're looking for a great spot with wonderful food, impeccable service, & beautiful presentation look no further. I came here with my mom and stepdad on Wednesday night for dinner. We walked in and we're immediately sat inside in a corner table. The restaurant is super tastefully decorated with attention to detail in every corner Our server, Judith, was phenomenal. She really recommended great options to share for the table. We started with the trio of ceviches & the trio of causas. Both were very fresh and full of flavor. For main dish we had the rice dish that was highly recommended by our server and the acevichado roll which had an incredible white sauce on top of the fresh tuna. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Honorable mention to the assistant server, Arnoldo, what amazing manners and service. He never left a dirty plate stay at our table for more than a minute and always ensured our waters were filled to the brim. Highly recommend this spot! read more
Size-able food at an equally size-able price. Food is awesome, fresh, delicious. The atmosphere has that show off-y, art deco-esque, and tropical inspired decor that screams out Miami. If you have a deep wallet, love seafood, or are trying to impress someone with exquisitely present food, you should give this place a try. read more
I personally love this location even more than the one downtown, mainly because of their wonderful outdoor space. We got a table outside for dinner one night when it wasn't too balmy and it totally felt like a vacation! I've never had any complaints about the food at CVI.CHE 105- I always look forward to coming because they always serve the best tasting Peruvian food around. This time around I tried the Causa Limena from the Appetizer menu- the lemon pepper sauce is not spicy at all, it's very mild and creamy. I would recommend this to share. For the main, the cilantro rice with chicken (El Arroz Con Pollo De Mis Recuerdos) is so good! Just cooked perfectly in every aspect with the most flavorful rice and chicken. Another one of my personal favorites is the tenderloin with linguini in Peruvian basal pesto (mi favorito y lo dice Juan!). They make it the best here! We were there for about an hour and there were not one, not two, but three parties doing birthday celebrations. The staff here is really great and I can see why it's a fantastic spot to pick for that special occasion. read more

Shoutout to our server Claudia, and the amazing hostess who seated us when we arrived. We have not even had desert yet and I feel so compelled to write a review because everything up to this point has been AMAZING. The service, like no place I have ever seen before (1,000/10) and the flavors of all the food and drinks, impeccable. I am literally blown away by how great everything has been. From the moment we requested a table, up until the the food came out. Our server was so patient and kind and explained the dishes to us. She was also kind enough to translate in English as some people in our party did not speak Spanish. The food is out of this world, so much flavor and spices, literally made to perfection. And I just don't have enough kind things to say about our server, Claudia, who made this dining experience so wonderful for us. read more

The food was good but the rest of the experience was not. We came to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday and I told the server twice that I wanted to have them sing and/or bring a dessert, but the server did not do this. He said he had to ask management and get back with me, which he didn't. The entrees are pretty generous but the ceviche we ordered was not. Although we ordered a shareable appetizer, which was pretty pricey, the amount for the price was not worth it. The drinks were also on the pricey side with a mojito costing $17 and we went during lunch time. A lunch menu is not offered either. Overall I was disappointed with the fact that I asked about celebrating my daughter and my request was completely ignored. This is the first restaurant I go to for a birthday celebration which was ignored. Do not come to this place and expect any kind of acknowledgement in celebration of the event. read more
My husband was having surgery down the road at the Miami Vascular Institute. While I was waiting for him, I found this hidden jem at the Dadeland Mall. Still being cautious about Covid-19, I ate outside. When I used the restroom indoors, I was amazed at the beauty of the restaurant indoors. I am a new fan of cheviche, so I ordered a meal with octopus. It was absolutely delicious! I love lemons. That's what made the sauce so tasty. The waitress was on the ball. She realized right away that I was "english speaking." So she switched right away to english mode. The desserts being served at the other tables looked delicious. I will definitely return and try some. The prices were a little high, but I guess that's because of supply chain issues caused by Russian sanctions. I have become a fan of Peruvian food. We are so fortunate to be in Miami where there is an abundance of culture. I definitely will return. It is my outlet to calm my nerves when my husband comes to Miami for chemo. read more

Ceviche 105 is a consistent delight with yummy food, drinks and friendly service. Their menu is extensive with tons of hearty Peruvian dishes that are great for sharing and best enjoyed with a group. As a crispy rice stan, my go to is always La Perricholi 105 roll, which offers a unique twist with truffle oil. Their Ají de Gallina is also one of my favorite comfort foods. The bar serves excellent cocktails. My first choice is the traditional Pisco Sour, which really pairs well with any ceviche. I visited last night and they offered a daily special ceviche mixto with lobster, oysters, shrimp and fish in leche de tigre with tostones and it was as great as the presentation. Someone sitting next to us even got up to ask us what we had ordered because of the grand display. read more

The seafood here is fresh, la leche de Tigre es la mejor. It's a little pricey, but the service is awesome, the servers are very knowledgeable & friendly. They have live music which sets the mood perfectly if you're going with a big group, their melon margarita is delish too read more

My girlfriend and I came on Monday for lunch service and I was impressed as always. The food was great! The service was amazing and the drinks were awesome! Ariana was our server, very knowledgeable and attentive, gave us great service and offered us amazing recommendations. We had the pulpo with golden potatoes, which was a great appetizer. Super tender, moist and flavorful. We also shared a Ceviche and whole snapper fried with fried shrimp and tostones. Weather was perfect to sit outside and the music was nice and calming, yet also upbeat. Overall great experience! Also, drinks are TOP notch and a must have! read more

My aunt has been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, so I decided to fulfill her wish haha. I have been here a few times before, and it never disappoints let me tell you. The place was packed, and it was Saturday night, but we still received excellent service. The food here is always exquisite! I wish the tables weren't so close together, that is my only complaint. read more

The surf n turf sushi was to die for. Could've ate two rolls. I also had the lomo Saltado. Really good and the limonade. Very nice establishment nice lively and aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be back again. read more
Everything we had was excellent. Service was fantastic and the ambiance is great. The place feels really open and airy with the high ceilings and open doors. We shared a few items like ceviche and causas... all delicious and fresh. We also shared a pisco sangria carafe and was enough for 4. For mains I had the lomo saltado but with risotto and it was and interesting but very delicious combination. They also offer sushi and other classics like jalea de marisco and chupe de pescado. Our server was fantastic, very attentive, offered great suggestions and explained everything in detail. I'm looking forward to come back, the vibe is really nice....chill but elegant. read more
