We went on a Saturday afternoon and even though it gets busy, they sat us quick. The place is so cute, lots of items to share, nice cocktails. Perfect for a friends night out. We tried a few things, you can't go wrong with anything. We had the pulpito herradura, the acevichado roll, the arroz charapa, the lomo saltado, the jaleon imperial, and the trilogia ceviche. Portions are very generous. Ask your server for sizing and you may want to share to try different things. I will 100% come back. Everything was truly delicious. Came to the Dadeland location with the family on a weeknight and we sat outside. It was happy hour, but you must need order from the bar for the promotions because we didn't get told about it until I asked what someone's dish was that was walking by. We started with drinks and they were all made nice and strong. I had a martini and the only disappointment was there are no blue cheese olives. Our server was very nice and attentive and suggested the Hamachi to start. It was very flavorful, but served in a bowl with a bit too much sauce for the amount of fish you're getting. I loved the crunchy onions on top. From there I had the Whole Deboned Fried Snapper with their new leche de tigre mayo sauce and side of tostones with guac. The fish was nicely done and I enjoyed the sauce. The tostones were HUGE (I could only finish one). For dessert, we had the coconut flan and appreciated the coconut flakes baked inside. To top off the evening, their espresso martini was a hit. I am suuuuuper picky with Peruvian food but would come back again and try some of their more authentic dishes. I decided to come here as I had just been to their new establishment that recently opened in Coral gables (it was fantastic, see my other review). The vibes here are awesome! From the decor to the music and the staff's attitude, it really felt like a weekend celebration even though it was a Thursday night. We began with a happy hour at the bar and honestly, for the quality of cocktails and appetizers, the price point is excellent. Once we sat, we were greeted very quickly and served at lightning speed. Our server and even the manager came to see how our food and beverages were throughout the night, it was truly white glove service. CVI.CHE 105 is a Peruvian restaurant in Dadeland Mall. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is clean but very tightly arranged as to seat many people. I ordered a Lomo Saltado that came with rice, vegetables and French fries. For dessert we had a dulce de leche and strawberry cake with coffee. The food was delicious and the service was great. I've always been a big fan of Ceviche 105, and their Dadeland location delivers great flavors and service once again. We went for the ceviche, and our server Susana suggested the Fuente Pacifico for me and my Tia to share. It comes with two different ceviches, a hamachi tiradito, and a maki so it is massive and absolutely delish. I love trying a bunch of things, so this dish made it easy to have a taste of a variety of things on the menu. It's $52, and splitting two ceviches would be around the same price, but with this you also fry a few other things. Susana also recommended the white sangria to us, which I ordered. It was refreshing and not too sweet, the perfect lunch cocktail. In the course of the lunch my Tia spilled and broke her water glass onto her dish by accident. Susana and the team were SO attentive and even brought us a new ceviche bowl since some of my Tia's had gotten ruined. Really nice of them. We closed out with an espresso. The service, ambiance and food were great. Would definitely put this on the top of my list for dining while shopping at Dadeland. read more

We came to have dinner with my grandma and this was my first time coming here! To start off I had the Lychee martini (THE BEST lychee martini I have ever tasted in my life!!) and we ordered the tostones to share. The tostones were yummy and such a good starter. My grandma got the fried fish, I got the Linguini Mar y tierra and my brother got a ceviche plate as well. The fish my grandma got did lack a lot of flavor so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that dish. My plate was delicious and very creamy! I still felt like theres a seasoning missing in mine even though it had a good amount of flavor, it just felt like something was missing. Just excellent! Let's start with the decor, the place is beautifully decorated with a Peruvian flair . It is nicely lit and the noise level was good. There was a DJ (Friday night) but the volume was good enough for you to have a conversation. The service was great from the hostess that brought us to our table to our server and wait staff. Now the food! Nothing to complain about. We had the Mysterious ceviche which as its name had a mysterious sweet taste along with the citric of a typical ceviche. The portion was just fine for 2 to share as an app or one as a main course. For main course we did the parrillada, which is on the for two menu. It was amazing! Every bit of it was delicious and the sauces outstanding. Unfortunately, we were so full we did not try the dessert but will start there next time because for sure we will be returning. The Causa Limeña from CVI.CHE 105 is my favorite. The potatoes are perfectly whipped, and the chicken salad is not overpowering. The pepper and lime juice give it the perfect kick. A MUST have at CVI.CHE 105. The Lomo is excellent. On my last visit to , the service and food were outstanding as always. Our server, Valeria, was excellent and ensured everything arrived promptly, and when asked for suggestions, she was accommodating. We started with the Sangria Special and the Causa Limeña. The Sangria Special is a light and refreshing passion fruit sangria with a Peruvian twist by adding Pisco. The Causa Limeña is still the best Causa I've had so far. As our main dishes, I had the Chaufon de Pollo, and my friend had the Rissoto Y Lomo Saltado. Both were delicious, and the best part is that their portions are so generous you can save your leftovers for the next day. For dessert, we had Misti, and our server said it was one of their famous desserts. Misti is set to represent a volcano filled with lucuma mousse, crumbled cookies, and suspiro limeño. This is top 5 spots for Peruvian food in Miami! It's located in Dadeland mall, there is valet parking and parking across the street. It's an inside/outside restaurant, the ambiance is very nice. The reason for the 4 stars is due to one specific occasion when my husband ordered his ceviche, when asked which type of fish he would like he requested the more expensive option. The server went out of his way to let him know that there's a price difference for the more expensive fish. He went on to stating the exact price, when we did not request to know. We are regulars here and no other server has ever prompted that to us. Overall, most of the servers are very attentive and respectful. The food is spectacular here from the ceviche to all the different main courses. They also have sushi rolls if you want something Peruvian styled but with a twist. My favorite dish is the jalea mixta, it's a combination of different fried fish. From octopus to calamari, it is absolutely superb. The drinks are delicious, even the non-alcoholic drinks. The lemonade that I had is garnished with a flower and dehydrated lemon, extremely refreshing! My go to cocktail is the pisco sour, it's made with pisco and an egg white foam. We've been to CVI.CHE 105 so many times I've lost count! To start they always give crispy corn kernels, plantain, and yuca chips since there's no bread starter here. This last visit, we tried the causa de pollo and papas a la huancaiana as our starters, followed by the lomo saltado, ají de gallina, and "El Arroz con Pollo de Mis Recuerdos" for mains--and they were all AMAZING! Each dish had its own unique flavor, making it hard to pick a favorite. I also ordered the "Mi Favorito! Lo Dice Juan," which features tenderloin, basil pesto pasta, huancaina sauce, and a fried egg. Honestly, this dish was to die for! I've had plenty of Peruvian food from different spots, but nothing compares to what you get at CVI.CHE 105. And don't skip dessert--the Suspiro Limeño is a must! It's absolutely spectacular and should be part of every Peruvian meal. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has an upscale vibe even though it's part of a mall! This place is a great spot for Peruvian ceviche but even my daughter with a shellfish allergy was able to eat a rice plate they had with some delicious steak. The server was very careful about her food allergy. The ceviches are so unique and all taste so different, great variety of options on the menu. Came in on a Saturday around 4:30, there was no wait. It was a party of 4. For appetizers we ordered a papa a la huacaina, it's not a favorite but they made it well here. They also provide complimentary corn and chips (it's very small). For entrees we had 3 lomo saltado and one grilled chicken breast with salad and fries. They actually brought it out with white rice and took very long to get the fries out. The lomo saltado alwas excellent just the way I like this dish, it was however over priced compared to other places that are just as great. The grilled chicken was extremely underwhelming, I suppose this place is known for ceviche and other Peruvian traditional dishes, so I would recommend that instead. The service was not great, as mentioned the order was wrong, it took long to get it corrected, we never got refills on our water. Ultimately we just asked for the check and left. The service wasn't terrible or anything, everyone was nice, there was no attention to detail or what you would expect at a place that is pricey and was not busy. Yes yes yes! I'll admit, I was skeptical going to a restaurant on the outside of a mall, but the food was incredible! Although it could be considered a bit pricey, the portion sizes are big, the staff is incredibly friendly (shoutout to our waiter Ethell who was so kind and patient) and the vibe is so nice, whether you sit inside or outside. This restaurant has multiple locations and it's no secret why. Clásico De Toda La Vida - classic ceviche with seafood: 9.5/10 This dish was so delicious. The white fish and seafood tasted so fresh! I loved everything that was in it and didn't even know what everything was. This dish cleanses your palette and is perfect for a table appetizer. I only wish it came with some extra plantain chips but by itself it was incredibly tasty. Furai 105 - salmon, avocado, and cream cheese roll lately toasted: 9/10 I will always be skeptical when cream cheese is in a sushi roll because I don't think that's how the Japanese intended for all their rolls to be eaten. I don't typically like it. In this case, I did! The cream cheese was no hard but soft from the toasting, and it made the whole interior of the roll one soft texture. The flavor added a nice creaminess. The lightly toasted addition to the roll also made it incredibly special. It was such a thin crispy layer. Very well done! It is pretty expensive for what it is, but if you want to splurge, it is good! Lomo A Lo Pobre - wok style tenderloin with rice fries, peppers, and onions: 8.5/10 This dish was so different from the two above. The gravy that the beef and peppers and onions were cooked in tasted incredibly especially as it made the fries soggy. I will say the rice and fries combo was a lot of carbs for the little gravy present. I think this dish could be $5 cheaper and not include the rice. With all the components though this dish is massive and very hearty! Tacu Tacu Marisquero - almost like a bean, rice, and pepper patty with a yellow pepper sauce and pork: 10/10 When the menu says you may get addicted, it isn't lying! This dish was UNREAL. Granted I have never had tacu tacu before, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. I don't like peppers though, so the fact that I'm eating this dish that is mainly peppers is definitely saying something. The rice and bean cake was very soft and very crispy on the top.
