We made reservations on a Saturday at 12:15pm to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. We ate here once before when they first opened and the menu seems to have changed to more of a buffet style. It also seems like the quality of food has changed since our first experience. Our wait time for our Main Event Avocado Toast was longer than expected and it was cold when it did arrive. I did like the items for the Endless Encore. My fiancé ordered the Captains Cut that came with crab legs, oysters and shrimp cocktail. She seemed to enjoy it. It was a busy time which could explain the longer than normal wait times for alcoholic drink orders. All in all our first experience at Cut 132 was much better than this visit. Maybe we will try to come again outside of Brunch hours which are 10:30am-3pm.

I came for the first time for their $35 Endless Encore Brunch on Saturday morning. It is served on weekends, 10:30 am-3 pm. It is actually table buffet. You can choose as much food from the menu as you think you can eat. Our server was really nice and explained how it works. There is an additional seafood option for $15, and the Mimosa (I had the peach) is $21. This seemed pricy, but I looked at the price of cocktails which were all around $20. It did say with one refill. Our server told us refills are $1. I had one refill. Not sure about the disconnect from what the menu has, but I wasn't going to haggle over a dollar. My friend had coffee for $5. The Preludes are actually small plates, which we appreciated as to not fill up right away. We tried the Buttermilk Biscuits, Bacon, Turkey Sausage, Deviled Eggs, Wings, Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit. The Main Event plates were regular entree size. I had the Scramble and Peach Cobbler Pancake. My friend had the Steak & Eggs. We finished with the Strawberry Shortcake. The food was pretty good. Some better than others. $35 is fair for the amount of food we had. I wouldn't get the $21 Mimosa again. A few of the small plates did not come out hot. My friend thought the steak was fine but lacked seasoning. We loved the potatoes that were cubed. The shortcake could have been lighter but the strawberry sauce and cream were good. The service is good and the dining room is lovely. Since we arrived early I was able to park on the street.

Fantastic food and service! It's so cute inside. Service was amazing and the food. Yum! Surf and turf was so good. Perfect amount of food. The pork belly melted in my mouth and the drinks were great.

Food was amazing- my 4oz. Filet was super tender and flavorful. Scalloped potatoes were decadent. Service was good but when we heard the server at the next table, we wished we had her. We were not offered bread service (didn't think it was available but the table next to us were offered ). Ambiance was pretty but it was FREEZING. We had to move tables but we're only offered another table in the same cold area. If you go in the winter DO NOT SIT NEAR THE GARAGE DOORS. Noticed other diners not comfortable with the temperature as well. We will go back- in the spring.

Arrived to reservation and restaurant was empty at 7pm on a Sunday. That was worrisome but the fear instantly went away upon be greeted and sat by the host. Our waiter came over promptly to get us started with drinks. We asked for bread and were told they were out...The filet was flavorful and tender. The short ribs were absolutely amazing, very tender and full of flavor.

When they ask you if you want tap water or bottled water, just know it's eight dollars a bottle.

I had my Mothers 82nd birthday brunch here. The last time I went it was a full buffet 70 bucks and well worth it. The best thing about the experience was the waiter DAWSON!!! Bald, bearded, tattooed, braces and on point from beginning to end. When we arrived on the morning of 12/6 the front hostess were very off putting. My mother is legally blind, it's easier to seat handicap people than to have them standing by around a lobby, she didn't understand why we couldn't be seated. I almost texted my group to tell them regroup. Truthfully I've had better breakfast at ihop. Idk what's going on with the company the entire format is different and I wouldn't have gone had I known. I bragged on this place just for poor hospitality, mediocre food, and that's being polite, BUT a fantastic waiter. I would never go back at this point. A very disappointing culinary experience

On a whim as we were passing by, we decided to do a HH... on a Thursday afternoon. We arrived at 430, and it was empty. Ouch. Two drinks, charcuterie board, hamburger, calamari. Ok all around, but the hamburger and calamari were not hot. How is that possible. Were they pre cooked and sitting around? I'm not sure. French fries did not present as new either. Attentive service from the bartender who wasn't sure about most things on the menu. He did make a great margarita. Attached to the next door Hotel and there is plenty of parking nearby. When we want steak, I will give it a go. I did notice they have a Brunch, $75pp. It must be something.

Sherry was so great!! Food was delicious! I got the sea bass, sea bass and veg were delicious!

Crab leg at $15 per person

The new Endless Encore Brunch was not the experience I had hoped for. While the main dishes were enjoyable, the dessert options were disappointing, as none of them seemed to meet the same standard as the rest of the meal. The service was attentive, which I truly appreciated. However, the additional $15 charge for seafood felt unclear. If seafood is offered at that price per person, it may be helpful to clearly note on the menu that sharing is not permitted so guests are not surprised by extra charges if someone in the party tries a single item. You may also want to consider returning to the previous brunch buffet format at a higher price point, as it provided a more consistent experience

My wife and I chose this place for our Anniversary dinner. We drove 100 miles in hopes it'd be everything the reviews said it would be. We were so impressed! From the first call to make reservations. The lady staffer was kind & offered options. As we pulled up to the restaurant, we were able to park extremely close with a parking lot close. We made the short walk across the street in the Easton Town Center and walked in. When you first walk in the ambience is beautifully done. There's an aged wine cellar at the front where we were greeted by a very kind & smiling host. We made our way through the restaurant, taking note of the beautiful lighting fixtures, exposed piping & half view of kitchen. It was a warmer day so we got to sit right next to the large windows that were open. We were greeted by our host who offered us the drink menu. We are both sober so we asked about mocktails. There were 2 options. Wish there were more but we had options. We then went on to order our appetizer, the crispy calamari. It came out in a timely manner. The name fit the dish well. It was crispy & delicious! The peppers and onion were a nice touch, and the lemony tarter type sauce was a hit! Our dishes came out- I ordered the Colorado lamb and my wife the short ribs. My lamb chops came out perfectly cooked- medium. Served on puréed sweet potato and sautéed spinach. Everything married well! My wife's short ribs were so tender & flavorful with the mushroom gravy & roasted broccolini. We ordered a side of seeet potato mash. It came out with a charred marshmallow and a crumble on top. We were left so pleased & full! This place goes down as one of our top restaurants for fine dining steak houses. Well worth the drive of 100 miles there and 100 miles back!

We started with the king crab brûlée, which was as good as it sounds -- rich, a little indulgent, and gone faster than we planned. The Wagyu flight was outstanding across the board, but the Japanese A5 was on another level entirely-- borderline unfair to the rest of the plate. Sides don't always get the spotlight, but the creamed spinach absolutely deserves it. If all vegetables tasted like that, I'd have made better life choices years ago. The potatoes Anna were also excellent --crispy, buttery, and exactly what you want them to be. Dessert sealed the deal. The honey butter cake was fantastic -- warm, rich, and worth saving room for (even if you think you don't have any left). My only "complaint," if you can call it that, is I was hoping to see a bananas foster on the menu -- but I'll survive. Overall, a great meal, great atmosphere, and a place we'll definitely be back to.

I ordered the scallops and a chopped salad, plus a couple of espresso martinis (can't remember the exact name on the menu). My friend had the Caesar salad and cheesecake. The scallops were unexpectedly beautiful -- presented on a bed of sea salt with a creamy, cheesy accompaniment around the perimeter. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation elevated the dish. The wedge salad dressing was flavorful without being overpowering. It's definitely on the pricier side, but worth the experience if you're looking to treat yourself and enjoy the ambiance.
