5 STARS! If you haven't been, make it your mission to get here. The biscuits served with honey & jelly reminded me that Florida is technically the south. The biscuits were fresh & soft on the inside. I internally fought myself from allowing the waiter to bring more out. The 8 oz filet was cooked to perfection. It was served with sea salt & garlic. They seared/charred the outside of the steak perfectly, leaving the inside tender. The loaded baked potato was perfect. The caramelized onions were very sweet. The service was out of this world. Our waiter even recommended the luxury ice cream shop down the street. The restaurant is quaint. The tables are far enough apart that you aren't forced to hear anyone else's conversation. Parking is street parking as it's on the main avenue but they have bathrooms. Now I just went for happy hour on a Saturday. But my friends swear the food is just as amazing for the regular menu. There was a LINE out the door waiting to get in for happy hour (5pm-when it opens). And well worth it. This place was amazing. Drinks range to about 6-11$ for happy hour cocktails and nice wines. For food I had the Caesar (gf) and fries (GF). And drinks I had the espresso martini and 50/50 margarita. The margarita wasn't my favorite mainly because it was mezcal so more Smokey and I like really limey/sour margs. The espresso martini was insanely delicious. On the sweet side though. But I have a massive sweet tooth so it was perfect for me. Great staff! Kela was the bartender that helped us and she was amazing. And I was never left asking for more water, silverware or another drink. Which is impressive these days. Overall looks like it would be an amazing nice date spot. Went to Cut with my family from NH. One of us was a 14 year old who was shy to speak up. The other 3 of us have a taste of foodies. We frequent the best of the best. To me Cut is considered "the best of the best." A bit loud but great service. The food was delicious and the team took great care of us. I got to take home the leftovers and would gladly do it again. We had the meatball and some oysters to start. We continued on with lamb, and two steaks, and my niece had the burger. Everything I tried was top notch. Excellent ! It's in a prime area on Atlantic Avenue and Delray Beach where people are walking by and you could people watch. I usually sit outside on the patio area two people watch and enjoy a great meal with excellent service. They have a phenomenal filet mignon. They have a phenomenal lobster tail. Also one of my favorite things there is the miso Seabass is to die for. It's so so good it's buttery Melts in your mouth. The miso sauce is amazing. I always ask for extra miso sauce because the glaze is so delicious and you get a really big piece of fish too and the plate sizes are always big so you definitely get your money is worth yeah it's pricey, but you're paying for location service and quality of food. They were moist. The scallop potatoes were delicious. The baked potato was delicious. Steaks are second to none for six people. The food is very good but there is room for improvement if I'm picky: -Great drinks -Crab app was good -Miso Sea Bass was 5/5 -Dry-aged KC strip. Meat quality 5/5 nice aging. I prefer my strips black & blue because it's the one technique I can't do better at home. I always ask carefully because most places just can't do it right. Waiter was told by back of house they could. But they could not. First, they charred it on only one side. Second, the charred side was significantly over charred. The char edge was thin which is good - so they just had it on the salamander a bit too long and needed to flip it. It was still tasty, but a technique miss. They don't know how to do it but it's an easy remedy. All that said -- fun night, great service, good food. read more

When it's a really special occasion, Cut 432 never fails to deliver a top - flight experience. Celebrating my son's birthday, we chose this restaurant because of our history with it. From the biscuits to the Seafood Tower ($185) to the 36 Oz porterhouse for two ($150), to the crab cake and seared tuna, beyond huge shrimp scampi, and the star of the night, the truffled lobster Mac and cheese, everything was outstanding, including the service. Our waiter went over and above to make sure we were happy every minute. It was far from cheap for what we had (lost $200/person), but you'd look far and wide to find a more memorable and delicious meal. Absolutely delicious! My husband and I went to this restaurant last year and loved it so much we came back. It was just as amazing as we remembered. I ordered the whole roasted chicken and my husband ordered the steak with a side of Mac and cheese. For dessert we ordered the banana cream pie. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the chicken and Mac and cheese. The servers and service was outstanding. This is one of our favorite restaurants now. An upscale steakhouse with very high quality and perfectly cooked, but not super flavorful, food. We got one of the real solid booths to the right of the modern and spotless resta, and our server was real welcoming and made us feel so comfortable here. The menu is extensive without being overwhelming, and we got a bunch of recommendations. I'm not a big drinker but the Smoked Old Fashioned was calling my name and absolutely did not disappoint. It was the right level of smoky and sweet, and hit the spot. They start you off with some fresh biscuits which came out warm and fluffy and perfect, along with some butter, honey, and jam. The Crab Cake was basically all meat and no filler, which was nice, and the meatball was also good. Everything was cooked really well, and the quality was very good, but they weren't super flavorful or memorable. I am a big steak guy, so I had to go for some good meat. NY Strip is usually my go to, but again, despite the very high quality of the mesh here, it unfortunately didn't blow me away. It was dry aged and basically all of the fat was cut away, so it didn't have that rich fatty flavor that I love about the strip. There was some great seasoning on top, but it wasn't enough and the whole thing just wasn't as flavorful as I hoped, especially for the price. Everyone that told about this place said that the chicken was incredible, but again, it was just fine. It was definitely cooked perfectly, but it just wasn't super flavorful even though it was in a sauce. Overall, things just fell a little flat, which was definitely disappointing especially since it was all so close with the high quality of it all. Maybe it was an off night? This was our first visit, but definitely not the last at Cut 432. For starters, we ordered OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER, which had a little more spinach than oyster but still was very tasty. I went with 3 friends for happy hour tonite. We went because 2 of us had been before and really enjoyed it. Aware we would have to stand in line for a bit before happy hour began at 5pm we arrived at 4:20. There were 3 parties ahead of us, 2 people in each party. As we went in I went to the seats closest to the door as there were 4. Mind you one in our party had a broken ankle and was wearing a brace on it. As I went to put my things on the seats, a bartender, who I later learned was named Dana told us that seats were reserved! We quickly asked how seats could be reserved for happy hour and she just responded that they can. As we kept asking how, one man in the party said that you have to "be special." As time went on we realized that these people were friends of the bartender. We asked again about how seats can be reserved and now were told that it was managements discretion. After hearing this so many times I got up and went to speak to an actual manager who proceeded to tell me that this was inappropriate behavior for the bartender and he would speak to the general manager and keep an eye on us. I went back to my seat and my friends were now talking to Mike, the bartender who we thought was much nicer than Dana. He proceeded to say to us that this was common practice for their happy hours and "after all, would you want to wait on your friends or just customers"? He then told us that the managers were big believers in this practice and we should expect it to happen anytime we come to their establishment!! I got up a second time to find the general manager myself and told him what Mike said. He told me he knew the story and would reprimand both bartenders at the end of the evening and would get us a round of drinks on the house. We did receive a round of complimentary drinks but were told they were from the people who were the bartender, Dana's friends! The food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful but they need to get some new bartenders who don't act like this to the paying customers! Management was nice although could have been better. If we felt we could have left $0 for a tip, we would have. But we didn't want to sink to their level. We were treated very poorly and although it's a very nice happy hour we will not return and anyone who goes and stands in line should think twice! read more
