I feel like wings and pizza are what they do best based on the menu, but I can't do chicken and I wasn't feeling pizza ‍

Okay so hear me out, I am giving 5 stars because the service was great. I double checked the receipt and our servers name was Brittany. She was great and she did tell me the fries were good and the first ones were not good, I told her it was fine, but she brought me new ones anyway, and they were so much better and I was living for the fact that she did that for me! As for the vibe of the restaurant, it was very much giving bar, but there is nothing wrong with that. Overall it was a worthwhile stop.

    Horrible calamari

If you are not a local, avoid this place. Wings are decent, pizza crust is horrible, mozzarella sticks just ok. Do not get the calamari...it is all breading and comes with a horrible tasting sauce. The worse part is the server doesn't tell you that if you are seated inside, the music is on super loud that you can barely speak to each other. Juke box was put on after we were seated and ordered... Saw several older couples leave because of the noise. I get it...its a pub, but loud obnoxious music is just pure shite. I Def would not go here again if I am in the area. I did go to Prison city on 07.12.25 and what a different experience.

First time at Curly's and it was a really enjoyable experience. We were with a party of 14 for a celebration and we were able to reserve a table a couple of weeks in advance. It's nice inside with a large bar and a fair amount of tables for sit down dining. There was also space downstairs I didn't see as they were also hosting a baby shower. The staff were incredible, handling our large table with ease and efficiency. We did ask about splitting the check and they don't do it for parties of 8 and larger and they do add 20% gratuity as well for such parties. The menu is full of goodies to choose from and I was really impressed with the value we got for the pricing. Our meals were very good overall, not everyone was as satisfied as my wife and I were. I got a side salad and a 10 inch meat lovers pizza. Both were great and the pizza was perfectly cooked. My wife really enjoyed her Caesar salad with added chicken. We will definitely go back and try more in the future, some people did get wings and they were quite pleased. Easy to recommend and I hope you Enjoy!!

Despite living in Auburn for over 5 years, this was my first trip to Curley's. In fact, I had thought I lost my opportunity when the original ownership had closed during the pandemic, but alas a new family decided to buy it and reopen it! Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, it's been busy since their reopening, and influenced by the popularity, I decided to stop by for a few take out slices and a pinwheel! Even at 1p on a Saturday, business was booming and the parking lot was full! Entering the restaurant, it has that "Cheers" feeling to it, where regulars are having a great time together and newbies are welcomed all the same. I wasn't exactly sure where to go but quickly saw the pizza counter straight back from the front door; I think it's pretty cool that such a busy restaurant has a counter to grab a few slices too. I was immediately greeted, had to make the difficult decision between at least 6 types of delicious pizza, gave my order and was soon on my way! The pizza was delicious, thin crust with a great sauce. The broccoli and garlic pinwheel looked like it could have come out of a magazine; amazing! (Very garlicky if you're on a date and want to impress, but delicious nonetheless!) Side note, they accept cards and cash; there's a small up-charge for using cards but it wasn't extraordinary (I like knowing that when I read reviews so I figured I'd share) I can't wait to come with friends to enjoy a full service meal! Restaurants like these are a dying breed, just the nostalgia alone is worth the trip, but the food is worth the stay!

What I did know is that I preferred not to dine at a chain restaurant. Low and behold, I took a right turn and ended up Mattie Street, and to my left was a very unassuming green "house." Once I approached and read the sign, I realized it was a restaurant. The welcome sign stating that this was a farm to table establishment was all I needed to convince me to walk in. Upon entering Roseadah's, I instantly felt very comfortable. This eatery has a very laid-back, cozy vibe that I particularly enjoyed. My family and I were the only ones dining at the time, so I had the opportunity to truly soak in this lovely eatery. The ladies who assisted us were both so very wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who's also the amazing chef, and her personality alone won me over! Now, on to the food. Delicious, scratch made appetizers and entrees. I enjoyed every bite! Not only did we enjoy our meals while there, we also decided to order some food to take home for dinner. My personal favorite was their duck bacon wontons, so good! We also drooled over their freshly breaded mozzarella sticks. (we are fried cheese fanatics). When you visit, definitely do yourself a favor and order those appetizers before your main meal. If I didn't have a reason to return to Auburn, I certainly do now.

Really nice bar and restaurant with great food and good prices…read more It's a two page menu with a nice amount of options for vegetarians, although they made my inner-Buffalonian happy when I saw Beef on Weck on the menu. I had a veggie burger and it was pretty tasty! A good meatiness - if that's what you're after. The real star was the fried cheese curds from the specials menu - salty, a hint of sweet from the light glaze on them, crunchy fried outside, and ooey gooey cheesiness. The drink prices weren't listed on the but turned out to be very reasonable. I was at Parker's with a large group and they handled us really well. We happened to be there on night with live music and the two brothers they had playing were great and part of my group kept half singing along while the rest could carry on conversation just fine. The decor is nice- old wood and gorgeous stained glass ceiling lamps that are all different. Everyone had their own favorite. The bar has a patio area that can be opened up in nice weather. Car parking is in on the street. I didn't spot any bike racks nearby but there are sign posts that could serve. It's in a very walkable downtown.

We shared 2 desserts: the turtle cheese cake and the pbexplosion cake (layers of chocolate cake and pnut butter mousse); the cheesecake was the winner here although both were very good. Actually we each felt as if we had too much chocolate; who ever says that?!

Perfect spot for a burger type summer…read moreSaturday dinner and perhaps a little ice cream... how ever... we my friend and I are in our late 60's so have been around the block... so I'll be brief. Initially we were ignored by all employees, waited way too long to order as they seemed to all be engaged mostly talking to one another... food: once we got it, was horrible... French fries were cold and soggy. Burger was kinda messy, the lettuce was wilted from being under a heat lamp way too long. chicken sando likewise and everything seemed out of the box (Sysco reheat house) no condiments, no napkins or service ware.. when ketchup was sought a few "packet" were offered. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with each other with no one knowing what even bad service was... tried for an ice cream... ordered a cup and a small cone... dismissed to the "other window" upon paying where a unidentified cup was sitting with no apparent service ware available. I asked for a spoon and the counter creature barked there were sooon right in "front of you". There was a container above eye level with I guess had a few spoons at the bottom but since I had forgotten my x-ray goggles, I was unable to see the two spoons... then watching a young ice cream ... ahh tech, I suppose, struggle with the soft serve machine, but she did have a roughly 1 foot high cone and soft serve combo and she was trying to secure some help with this endeavor, I asked if that would be my small twist? At which time the excited gaggle of gathered counter kids all chortled "yes... that's our small!!!" OMG what a waste of marketing effort... no one over 15 needs that much ice cream... and it was a small... I refused it and asked for a reasonable sized portion to which they, the aforementioned gaggle said you want our kiddie portion... I agreed to that size but this could have been avoided if the had some sort of size posted. Over all it was a horrible customer service experience... management has zero clue what or how a fast dining experience should be. As a side note they recently upgraded the pos and need help adapting to the system. But none of our issues were related to that... it was a series of lost opportunities to show that anyone cared about what or how they should treat a guest along with old poorly packaged food that sat way to long. Incidentally there is zero reasons to have BAD French Fries with all the superior products available I will not be back!
