Portion cups are like 4 or 6 oz and the chicken tenders are about twice the size of chicken nuggets. Today, my mother, sister, and I went to KFC just for something quick to eat. When we got to the front counter we were greeted by probably one of the kindest and happiest employees I have ever met. Her name is Ashaya. She asked us how we're were and commented on how it was good to hear that we were doing well. It felt like talking to a friend. She was absolutely amazing at her job. Went in one night at around 6 pm to order dinner for me and my family, lady at the counter was not friendly at all, and ended up waiting for 40 minutes - 1 hour for my food because they "ran out of chicken". Was really craving KFC for some random reason so headed up to Auburn. Have had this stuff since I was a kid so as a chain restaurant you'd expect the same out of each location. Not sure if this is a corporate or franchise business but honestly so dissatisfied. Messed up my order by handing out the wrong order which I didn't realize until I was home, 20 minutes away. In the long run was fine because I got more food than I asked for. But I've worked in food for 7 years and I know what old fryer grease makes food look like.. this stuff must be like 2 weeks old honestly or they're not properly cleaning the fryers. Smallest breast and darkest chicken breading I've ever seen in my life. So dry it was almost like it was sitting for a while and recooked. Flavorless as well. Really friendly staff so no complaint there. Probably won't be returning sadly. Love me some KFC. 1 star because the staff was nice but otherwise the food was terrible and I got the wrong order. read more

The chicken and potato wedges were severely overcooked and we asked for it to be replaced as we could barely chew it and Nicole was very rude and wouldn't remake or give us a refund and argued with us. It wasn't busy here and we were the only customer here. Other people came in and complained also and she was rude to them also. I will never come to this location again!! read more

Although there's always been love and craves for the Colonels original recipe chicken, this restaurant does not have it. The food sometimes has a chlorine like taste to it and the place is absolutely disgusting. They do not wipe down any tables or clean any mess after diners eat. The benches for the booths are broken and are duct taped where there is damage. Severe disappointed in this place. read more

The best thing about this place is they maintain a dignified silence when it comes to divulging the contents of their seasonings. All I've been able to discover is that they number over ten. The chicken meals often induce an urge to partake in a session of "finger lickin," and this is the only restaurant in town with that feature. No wonder A & W went out of business with Kentucky Fried at this location. Very poor management and rude emps. Equipment broke frequently and things out of stock repeatedly went there for the only thing I would buy from them and only actually got it twice in one year as they were out of stock or equipment broken.
