I go here all the time and no issues but the other day l came here and got nuggets, there was hair and pubes in my nugget box and i gagged and spit it out. I felt something in my throat and i pulled a hair out of my throat. absolutely not impressed . The food was as expected, my chicken sandwich was not hot but that isn't what I'm upset about. I ordered an ice cream cone and when given to me the paper wrapper was already taken off, which was odd considering I could see where the glue was. Not only that but the employees who gave me the cone said not once but twice, " sorry it looks like it has Down syndrome" I found this comment to be very inappropriate and offensive. Ordered a big mac meal with no pickles and a 6 piece kids meal. Kids meal we got at the window and had to pull forward and wait for the adult meal.
