Yesterday 04-29 I went to Burger King 225 Grant Ave for a Whopper. When I arrived the drive thru was a very long line so I thought I'll run in order a Whopper and run out. "Fast Food", needless to say 25 minutes later I'm headed to the cashier, with another customer, to ask for my money back when they said my order was ready. I stood there with literally 10 other customers waiting, when I went outside to leave there was still a line of cars in the drive through, of which one was a white minivan that was there when I walked in. It seemed like they were filling DoorDash orders and nothing else. Absolutely terrible service and no regard for the customers. read more

Man, I really hate updating a good review, but this BK has been heading swiftly downhill over the past year and a half. I get that good help is hard to find, but for a company this large, there's really no excuse. Came today, put an order in online, and proceeded to wait in line to get to the intercom for over 20 mins. I even called the store to make contact which they didn't answer. Turns out they only had 2 people behind the counter, and despite this they were still kind. I feel terrible for the workers, that's unnecessarily stressful for them, I'm sure others weren't as nice to them. My food was cold and unpalatable and I lost almost an hour of my life I'll never get back. Your delivery hand-off apps to delivery drivers are not working right if they do not allow apartment numbers to be used as a delivery address. The address your apps give to the delivery people are the address of the whole apartment complex. The one for my deliveries to D74 Brogan Manor, Auburn NY 13021 (mailing address) is given to them as 50 Olympia Avenue, Auburn NY 13021. That is the street address for the whole Brogan Manor apartment complex but there are more than 100 apartment units in Brogan Manor, so my deliveries get delivered to the office which is closed most of the week and by the time I can figure out where they got delivered to, they have sat there in the open for an hour or two and no telling if anybody messed with them. If y'all can just get the delivery and driving aps to accept apartment numbers as delivery addresses then it would save delivery time and customer care! Steven read more

Out of all of the fast food places in the area, Burger King is always the most reliable. Food is always correct, staff is friendly. Service is fast and the place is clean. I recommend over any other place. Also love their rewards program. I get free food all the time. read more

Usually this Burger King is great but today it was absolutely not. The food was not good when I asked for extra mannaise they put way too much on overwhelming my whopper to a sloppy mess. I did the drive thru to place my order and some rude young woman handed me a drink and said turnaround while not giving me my whole order. Some of the people here are extremely lazy and have no respect for customers. The Ambiance is noisy and annoying, Better off eating in your vehicle. That woman should be fired! 1/5 Stars! Well, this place doesn't ALWAYS disappoint me. One thing I have an issue with is that the food is always cold, or at the very least, lukewarm. The other day I went in the drive thru with the intent of getting a yummy sandwich. I asked for my usual, a Whopper Jr, and asked for extra pickles and to leave off the mayo. I got a burger with a thick tomato slice on it. Nothing else on it. It was correct on the screen, but whoever made the sandwich even crossed off the pickle "emoji". Who the hell wants to eat that? I threw it out. I went to the McDonald's across the street today and got a cheeseburger and asked for extra pickles. There were a good 7-8 pickle slices on there! I have NEVER gotten extra pickles on BK stuff. Two slices if I'm lucky. Oh, and it was hot, too. read more

Newly Reopened- Understaffed and totally unprepared for it. Did not have medium drink glasses so customers forced to either but small or large. Despite dining room only being half full at time they ran out of trays for dining in orders, they should at least enough trays on hand for every seat in the dining area. Ordered a hot yumbo sandwich and what I got was unheated cold meat with 2 slices of cheese on top. It was also served on the wrong roll as they said they were out of the right ones! This restaurant has only been reopened for 2 days and it's utter chaos and a disaster.....avoid unless desperate! read more

Love the food here! Fries are ALWAYS fresh and my burgers always taste amazing. I have never had a bad experience here. The only thing that weirds me out is the atmosphere and the odd people it attracts. There are so many weirdos around but other than that the food is so much better than any fast food place in auburn. read more
