So, not much to say with this review. I was not overwhelmed, nor was I disappointed. I got exactly what I expected. But, compared to prior visits and my experiences at other Panera's the staff here seemed to simply be going through the motions with no real drive. I came here today, and felt like trying the broccoli macaroni and cheese. I got a small portion, and with a baguette and drink it was enough for my lunch. I was waiting quite a while for my buzzer to go off, and decided to go up to see if it was ready. Well the buzzer did not work so it had been sitting there. I was going to just take it, but the very nice man, preparing the food insisted on giving me a fresh, hot portion. I was glad he insisted and enjoyed the broccoli macaroni and cheese! Don't usually patronize chain restaurants but i promised a friend lunch out as a thank you, and this is her favorite place for lunch. Our orders were filled quickly, politely, for take-out. I don't normally write reviews when I go through a drive-thru at a business as I can't see what's going on inside the building but I just have to say that the interaction that I had with the girl working on the drive-thru yesterday taking my order and then her bubbly and wonderful personality when she gave me my food at the window I felt like I needed to go on and give her a shout out I was having such a crappy day but after the interaction with her my whole demeanor for the day changed. The food was also great. I believe her name was Sami, so if you get a chance to stop in and Panera in Auburn make sure you see that bright smiling face she'll make your day better read more

Used this place for catering 2 months ago and it was terrible. I placed the order a week in advance. I requested plates, napkins and utensils and nothing was included. The sandwiches appeared that they were made the day before. I tried again today giving them the benefit but was awful once again. 1/2 of the sandwiches were label and those that were labeled were all wrong. 3 of the sandwiches weren't wrapped so they started falling apart. I've never had issues with Panera and have spent a lot of $ with them but I will not use this location again. read more

The best bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The panera card gets you many freebies. I used to get a sandwich every day on the way to work and would get something free almost every week. Tuesday bagel deal is awesome. Bakers dozen for $7 and they have some very original flavors. The cinnamon crunch is almost a hybrid bagel/muffin. I'm now getting bagels every Tuesday, slice them and freeze them... soooo good. read more

Apparently they are not capable of giving plastic wear for food items and sealing the lid completely on soups. I went through the drive-tru and could have had a very large mess in my car due to a lid that was never full closed. I get that it's important to offer fast services, but at what price? If you are looking for good coffee, fresh and healthy food options, and/or a nice place to sit and get some work done, this is your place. The service is always friendly and now that they have self service ordering, it is very quick too. Also, get the panera rewards card. It is one of the few retail/restaurant cards that actually gives you redeemable rewards that are actually attainable. I typically stop in to Panera once a week and it seems every third or fourth time I have a free coffee or pastry on my card. It's worth it. read more

Never order tuna salad here. Overly sweet (is that mayo or Miracle Whip?) soupy slop on bread. Just gross. My husband agreed. This is what you call "quality" ingredients? And to add insult to injury, the girl who took our order asked me if I wanted a whole sandwich or a half. Well, I wanted one whole bagel, so I ordered a whole. Then my husband ordered same sandwich - also a whole one. Well, I got one bagel sandwich and my husband got TWO bagel sandwiches. I've always had great service here. The food is great and the atmosphere is as well. They have discontinued a few of my favorites recently, I can only hope they bring in something that I'll like even more soon. Nice atmosphere and a lot of great baked goods and awesome breads. However the selections of sandwiches sound great, but taste awful with vinegar mixed with everything I've tried.
