This place definitely disappointed me extremely. Customer service was not attentive and the wait was slow. When we got the food it was sloppy and the taste was mediocre at best. The ambience in this Taco Bell was extremely loud and obnoxious especially the overhead radio. I had decided not to go back here again a few months ago. Always dirty inside. If you go through the drive through it takes forever. I have sat in line15-20 min before they even take the order. Then you get there and they tell you they are out of this and out of that. Normal things they should not be running out of. A good manager would know how to order supplies ahead and prevent that from happening. Usually I do not even bother to do a negative review. I just don't go back. Tonight they advertised that kids dressed in a Halloween costume would get a free taco. I had my grandson and great nephew at a Halloween event that they advertised at. I would not have come, but I had two little boys wanting their free Taco Bell. We got there at 7:40 and stood in line. When we got to the counter at 8:09 they said they were not honoring the free taco for the kids after 8:00. So we had stood in line that whole time, there were only 6 kids left in line, and the manager refused to honor it. All of the adults there in line with kids would have bought food too, but instead they walked out angry. I bought a taco and drink for the kids, after standing there with them wanting it. But I did not buy anything for myself and will not return. Too bad, because I actually like the food. Just not worth the hassles that I encounter at this one every time I come here. Not sure what happened, used to really like it here. It has been terrible since they re-opened after the fire. read more

this taco bell says that they're open till 2am we tried to go at 10:00 and first we try to go inside and the doors are locked but we see a customer inside getting food, how they got in we don't know. then we go to the drive through... we proceed to sit there waiting for someone to take our order. We waited for a solid 10 min. no one answered. so we pull up to the window. mind you there are other people in line behind us. then we're waiting at the window for someone to acknowledge us. we finally see a man working look at us with a dirty look. then a lady comes over to the window and doesn't even open it and yells "we're closed" bitch ik you are not closed. read more

Drive thru lines are always super long. Ordered 4 tacos waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Only 4 cars. 10 at night as well. Good food. Horrible guacamole. Tastes like plastic? Ok, yet another horrible experience at this Auburn store. We are, finally, done with this location. Time after time they continue to mess up orders.... the restaurant is filthy, floors & tables, and windows are disgustingly dirty. The manager's name was TAYLOR, and she was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and actually REFUSED to correct our mistaken order. This Taco Bell location has exceeded my expectations. My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru at around 12:59 am (one minute before close), absolutely famished and craving a Crunchwrap supreme, expecting to be greeted by an annoyed/inconvenienced employee or honestly ignored altogether. However, we were immediately greeted by the kindest and most pleasant employee. We felt terrible ordering so last minute but the employee made us feel as if we were no bother at all. To top it all off, our order was prepared flawlessly and piping hot! I will go out of my way to get back to this Taco Bell due to the impeccable service! read more

Went in after my night shift (about 10pm on 9/20). The woman taking orders was super polite and helpful in getting me what I wanted when I couldn't think of the name of a certain item. So, it's Taco Bell. You know what you are going to get when you come here. Doesn't matter the state or city, it's Taco Bell. While I am always up for a beefy taco burrito (with Fire Sauce) or Locos Taco, I only give it three stars for a very specific reason. This Taco Bell is dirty. Like gross dirty. Tables are a mess, floor full of stickiness and food, I could go on. If you are going to go, go for take out... BUT... Check the bag before you pull away. They are notorious for messing things up. No sauce on a chicken quesadilla means NO SAUCE, this seems to boggle the help time after time. With that said, a quick trip back in or a phone call (when you forget to check the bag) and they will rectify the problem. read more

Restaurant was out of everything containing a soft wrap. The drive in worker had a copy of all the items and the cashier at front register had no idea which items were unavailable. They squabbled over the list. The place smells like smelly shoes when you walk in the side door near bathrooms. Floors where workers stand are filthy! The workers themselves look dirty. read more

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The food is delicious but the employees know nothing about customer service. The place is staffed by kids that care about nothing but their cell phones. A trip through the drive thru takes at least 20 minutes on a good day. I would love to spend a couple of days in this place to teach everyone there how to serve the public. read more

I'm giving this Taco Bell restaurant a two stars for a couple reasons. The food tastes like the food from other Taco Bell restaurants but this specific location is awful. I would recommend the drive thru because inside the tables are filthy, floors are so sticky you have to pull your feet up with each step, and you can barely see if you look out the window due to all the fingerprints and grease marks. Also, they have messed up my order on several occasions. Lastly, I'm not sure what it is with this place but they claim the freezey machine is broken everytime! I also hear the same lie over and over, "it's getting repaired shortly!' Yeah, that's a lie! Anyways go through the drive thru but make sure your order is correct! read more
