Amazing food and atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating. They have the absolutely best raw oysters and wedge salad. Great prices too.

Nice alternative to the restaurants on the main strip. Their Boston Scrod dish is delicious. Filet was tender. Salads were tasty. Quaint.

I went in a party of six, and to be honest was not very impressed with the service. Of the 5 tenderloins for our table not a single one was the correct doneness, some of our party didnt recieve an appetizer so we had to remind them. Glasses sat on our table until the end of the meal, and we waited for our check for over 30minutes whilst we could see the staff standing on thier phones in the back. It was a little awkward.

I chose the soup to start and it was simply amazing! Creamy with Asian spices (I don't remember the name). My entree was chicken pesto pasta. That was really good with the pasta cooked perfectly. The desert I picked was pumpkin bread pudding. It has really good flavor but very heavy so I had enough for 3 deserts (not a bad thing). My friend got coconut cream pie and she said it was good! The waitress was excellent! Very attentive but not overly so. I can't wait to go back

My friend and I came in to share dinner after our ski day and the food was fast, hot, yummy, and waitress was kind and attentive. They had live music on Jan 2nd, I thought there would be singing but it was just the music which was nice to have on in the background. We shared an appetizer of mac and cheese and a flatbread and it was the perfect amount of food to fill us up. We really liked the mac and cheese but the flatbread was nothing impressive, pretty flavorless. We also each had a hot chocolate which is exactly what I was craving all during our cold ski day.

Awesome drinks and appetizers! Unfortunately, things went down hill. Our meals came out and everyone's was cold. Not just lukewarm, but cold, confirmed by the chef who did offer an apology. I'll probably give them another opportunity to redeem themselves as everything up to that point had been spectacular.

Once again, it was outstanding. Great service great atmosphere and the food is superb. The price is worth what you pay for. If you have not come here yet, I strongly suggest it. I was genuinely looking forward to dining at what is often described as "the best restaurant in…read moreSyracuse," especially for their Valentine's Day prix fixe experience. Unfortunately, based on our visit, I do not anticipate returning. While I do have several culinary critiques--such as paying for the luxury wine pairing only to receive a bold Burgundy alongside Linguine and Clams, or seeing "Caviar" listed on the menu and discovering it was actually Bowfin roe--these are ultimately matters of taste and expectation. Likewise, the eclectic menu progression, shifting from Korean/Asian-inspired starters to Eastern European notes and then unexpectedly into Italian influences, was unusual but clearly stated ahead of time. SEE UPDATED REVIEW FOLLOWING THIS SECTION SPECIFICALLY RELATING TO "SERVICE FEE". What was not clearly stated--and what I believe crosses into dishonest practice--was the service fee. The menu advertised on Instagram included fine print noting a 3% service fee. That seemed reasonable. However, the check we received instead included a 22% service fee, which is a significant and unexplained deviation. This is not a simple oversight. The terms presented online at the time of reservation did not match the terms presented at the restaurant. (UPDATED REVIEW: Following my review, one of the owners of Noble Cellar reached out to discuss my experience. We had an in‑depth, thoughtful conversation about the complexities of New York State restaurant laws, particularly those governing how front‑of‑house staff may be tipped and how back‑of‑house employees may be compensated. While we were in agreement that the language surrounding the service fee was confusing, our discussion gave me a clearer understanding of the intent. I now feel far less certain that the discrepancy was malicious or deliberately deceptive. That said, it should have been made much clearer to diners that the service fee included what is traditionally understood as gratuity. Transparency in this area is crucial for maintaining guest trust, and clearer communication would have prevented the confusion I--and likely others--experienced. I want to commend the owner for reaching out directly and taking the time to address each of my concerns. His willingness to engage, listen, and provide context demonstrated genuine integrity. We also discussed my other critiques in depth, and it was evident that he was sincerely interested in my perspective and committed to further elevating the experience they aim to provide. I was invited back to experience a standard service, and I appreciate the opportunity. I look forward to giving Noble Cellar another chance and hope to update this review again following a future visit.) Our total bill was $599, including a $100 "service fee." I still chose to leave a $100 tip, as our server was attentive and should not be held responsible for management's decisions. In the end, we spent $700 for two people--paired with the added disappointment of feeling misled. I have photo documentation of both menus, and the discrepancy is unmistakable. I will be reaching out directly to ownership and management regarding this issue. Until then, I feel compelled to leave a 1-star review, as this level of inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Without the inflated and undisclosed fee, my rating would have been closer to 3 stars, based on the food and overall experience.

We were a party of 4 and ordered 2 Reuben's and 2 beef on weck, with a side of chips on all 4. Our order was served to us at 1:10 pm, 50 minutes after placing it! The 2 beef on weck were served on hamburger buns, more like beef on wreck! When I commented that that wasn't a weck, waitress said yes she knew, they ran out of weck. But she never told us that, as I may have changed my order. The weck is what makes that particular sandwich! I could be a little more forgiving , but for that order I think 50 minutes is a bit much.BTW there were only 3 other diners in at this time . I feel she could have offered us a bowl of chips or something during this timeframe. She came over to the table twice to say our order should be coming out soon. Third time she came out to say 3 orders were ready and the cook was working on the last one! These were sandwiches!!!! Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Waitress kept saying she needed help, there were 2 people seated when we arrived and 1 person came in after we arrived. Not exactly a lunch rush. Been there, won't be going back.
